Desjardins was a regional county municipality in the Chaudière-Appalaches region of Quebec, Canada. It and Les Chutes-de-la-Chaudière Regional County Municipality were formed from the division of Lévis County in the 1980s. Desjardins ceased to exist when most of it, along with most of Les Chutes-de-la-Chaudière RCM, amalgamated into the expanded city of Lévis on January 1, 2002.

Prior to January 1, 2002, it was an independent municipality. Pintendre is the home of Pintendre Auto, a company recognized in 1990 by the Automotive Recyclers' Association as the best structured auto recycling facility in the world (chosen from 1800 other auto recycling corporate entities located in 14 countries). Prior to its 2002 merger into the city of Lévis, it was a parish municipality, whose name was written as Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-de-Lévy. It was also more colloquially known as Saint-Joseph-de-Lévis.Population: 1,141 (2006)

Saint-Isidore is a municipality in La Nouvelle-Beauce Regional County Municipality in the Chaudière-Appalaches region of Quebec, Canada. Its population was 3,286 as of the Canada 2021 Census. Founded in 1855, it is named after Isidore of Seville.

The Levis De-Icer is a High voltage direct current (HVDC) system, aimed at de-icing multiple AC power lines in Quebec, Canada. It is the only HVDC system not used for power transmission. In the winter of 1998, Québec's power lines were toppled by icing, sometimes up to 75 mm. To prevent such a damage, a de-icing system was developed.The Levis De-Icer can use a maximum power of 250 MW; its operation voltage is ±17.4 kV. It can be used on multiple 735 kV AC power lines. When there is no icing, the Lévis De-Icer installed at Hydro-Québec's Lévis substation operates as static VAR compensator improving the stability of the AC lines.

Saint-Jean-Chrysostome is a sector within the Les Chutes-de-la-Chaudière-Est borough of the city of Lévis in central Quebec, Canada south of Quebec City on the south bank of the Saint Lawrence River. It was a separate town, incorporated in 1828, but in 2002 was amalgamated into Lévis.It is a mostly suburban community, connected to Quebec City by bus (Société de transport de Lévis) via Sainte-Foy. The main high school is École secondaire l'Horizon. Beaumont is a municipality of about 2,900 people 10 km east of Lévis, next to the Saint Lawrence River, in the Bellechasse Regional County Municipality in the Chaudière-Appalaches region of Quebec. It is a mostly rural community, with most people working in Lévis as there are no major businesses in Beaumont. It was chosen as one of the top 20 nicest villages in the province of Quebec. It is crossed by Route 132, with many of its shops and commodities built alongside it. A few small streets are attached to the road, but the rest of the municipality is divided using the seigneurial system. The many open fields in Beaumont stretch all the way to the Saint Lawrence river, giving the visitors a large panorama.

Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse is a village with a population of 2,159 (2006 Census), established about 20 km southeast of Lévis in 1749, in the Bellechasse Regional County Municipality. Its total area is 93.12 km2. It is a rural community, with several notable businesses such as Meuble Idéal, Prodel (Cuisichef), Georges Laflamme Home Hardware, Aliments Breton, Unicoop and many small enterprises. It is also the home of the École secondaire Saint-Charles high school. The Boyer River, CN Railway, road 218 and road 279 cross the municipality. There are two small lakes inside the municipality, lakes St.Charles and lake Beaumont.

Les Galeries Chagnon is an enclosed regional shopping mall in Lévis, Quebec, Canada. It opened in 1974. It has 106 stores and its floor area is 526,734 square feet (48,935.2 m2).After its opening in 1974, it was expanded in 1985 and renovated in 2000 and 2006. In 2008, the Westcliff Group purchased the property from Cadillac Fairview.According to a 2006 study, the mall was one of six regional or larger malls in the Quebec metropolitan area, but the only one located south of the Saint Lawrence River. In 2012, the mall had 4.8 million visitors.
