The Rodovia Engenheiro Renê Benedito da Silva (official designation SP-274), also known as Estrada Velha de Itapevi or just Estrada Velha, is a state highway in the state of São Paulo, in Brazil.

Granja Carolina is a rural neighborhood of the municipality of Itapevi and the city of Cotia, in the state of São Paulo. Granja Carolina is an old farm that belongs to the estate of Celso Santos. With an acreage of 8,896,100.25 m2, it is divided into two tracts: one located in Itapevi with 5,660,320.00 m2, and another in Cotia, with 3,235,780.25 m2. A partnership agreement was established between the owners and Alphaville Urbanismo SA, in which the owners provided the whole property and Alphaville would implement real estate developments in the neighborhood. A large real estate development (Vila Florestal - Reserva Cotia) was developed by Alphaville to deploy a high standard condominium in the neighborhood.

Ambuitá is a train station on the Line 8-Diamond operational extension, formerly operated by CPTM, located in the municipality of Itapevi. It was rebuilt as a counterpart of the concession of Lines 8 and 9 to ViaMobilidade. Construction works began in January 2024 and the station was reopened in April 2025.

Arena Barueri is a multi-use stadium located in Barueri, São Paulo state, Brazil. It is used mostly for football matches and hosts the home matches of Oeste, and hosted the matches of Grêmio Recreativo Barueri until the 2010 season. The stadium has a maximum capacity of 31,452 people and was built in 2007. It is owned by the City of Barueri. During the reforming of Palestra Italia Stadium the Barueri Arena was being used for some home matches of Palmeiras.

The city is served by the trains of line 8 of the Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (literally São Paulo Metropolitan Railway Company), (CPTM).

Ginásio Poliesportivo José Corrêa is an indoor sporting arena that is located in Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil. The capacity of the arena is 5,000 people for basketball and volleyball games.

Granja Viana (commonly known as Granja, sometimes spelled as Granja Vianna) is an upscale district in the city of Cotia, São Paulo, Brazil. Officially, the district is located in the east side of the city, but some portions of southern Carapicuíba, northern Embu das Artes and eastern Jandira are often referred to as Granja Viana as well. It can be accessed via the Raposo Tavares Highway. In Cotia itself, it occupies an area of 50 km2, with a population of 35,000(2014), and it possesses 70% of the city's industry, including automotive parts, food & beverage, metallurgy, graphic, informatics, serigraphy, chemicals, pottery, horticulture, woods, plastics, etc.The district is part of the Transition Towns network, having a local community called "Transition Granja Viana".

The population is 142,301 (2020 est.) in an area of 179.95 km2 (69.48 sq mi). It was founded in 1625 near the Tietê River by Susana Dias, an important Bandeirante (Brazilian pioneers) wife. It was the birthplace of prominent Bandeirante Domingos Jorge Velho. The word Parnaíba means rocky river. The municipality contains and administers the 367-hectare (910-acre) Tamboré Biological Reserve, a strictly protected conservation unit.
