Central Cikarang

Meikarta is a planned city project in Indonesia, which is aimed to become a modern city of international scale. The township is being developed by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. The township has land area of about 500 hectares. The project was officially launched on 17 August 2017. The project is located on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road. Meikarta expects to serve as the residential area of other industrial estates in Cikarang region such as Kota Jababeka and MM2100. Total investment for development of the township is about Rp 278 trillion (US$21.11 billion).

Lippo Cikarang is an independent township, which is being developed by PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk, a subsidiary of Lippo Group. The township is located at the eastern corridor of Jakarta at Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. The township has land area of about 3000 hectares. The township has more than 14,000 houses and 993 manufacturing companies in its industrial areas.

Kota Jababeka is an integrated industry-based township development at Cikarang, Indonesia, which is within Greater Jakarta. It is located 35 km east of Jakarta city center with a land area of about 5,600 hectares. The township has separate zones for industrial, residential and commercial purpose. The township has a public transportation network, shopping, leisure and entertainment establishments, as well as a dry port, power plants, water treatment plants, waste water treatment plants and other civic amenities. The township can be reached by Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road and takes about 1 – 1.5 hours journey from Jakarta.

Lemahabang Station (LMB) is a class III railway stasiun located in Simpangan, North Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. The station, which is located at an altitude of +16 m, is included in the Operation Area I Jakarta. The name of this station comes from the hamlet where this station is located. This station is opposite the market and across Jl. Pantura (Pantai Utara, lit. 'North Beach').

Cikarang Dry Port (CDP) is a dry port located within Kota Jababeka at Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. CDP was established in 2010 with a total area of 200 hectares. It is operated by PT Cikarang Inland Port, a subsidiary of publicly listed PT Jababeka Tbk, and becomes the first and only Integrated Customs Services Zone in Indonesia. As an inland dry port model, CDP serves as a port extension providing solution to chronic congestion and delays at the major import export gateway of Tanjung Priok. The main objective is simply to cut the dwelling time from 3.2 days to the government target of 2.5 days.To proceed 2.5 days dwelling time, CDP is involved by the government to maximize its function. It has been designed in such a way to integrate with Tanjung Priok. The concept is that when Tanjung Priok has completely accomplished the loading and unloading activities, then CDP runs the next stage i.e. port clearance. To accelerate its process, a freight train will carry containers from the seaport to CDP for inspection, administration, and quarantine purposes. For export, the similar process can also be done. The integration between Tanjung Priok and CDP is believed to be able to increase port capacity up to 8 million TEUs per year. With CDP, the entire supply chain is coordinated and synchronized to facilitate productivity - a crucial matter for an industrial business development. CDP itself is able to accommodate 250 thousand TEUs.

Cikarang Station (CKR) is a railway station located at Karangasih, North Cikarang, West Java in Indonesia. Previously the station was only served by regional train services between West Java and Jakarta. It is included in the service area of Jakarta metro commuter rail since October 2017.At present the station serves as the terminal stop for Jakarta metro commuter rail Blue Line. Regional train services such as Jatiluhur (runs between these station and Cikampek) and Walahar Express (Cikarang to Purwakarta) continue to serve this station. On the other hand, Manggarai to Cikarang Double Double Track (DDT) project is expected to be completed in 2020. Cikarang Station is located east of Cikarang river. A market also stands behind the station building.

Metland Telagamurni Station (MTM) is a class III railway station located in Telagamurni, West Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. The station, which is located at an altitude of +18 meters, is included in the Operational Area I Jakarta of Kereta Api Indonesia and only serves the KRL Commuterline. The station has two railway tracks. Located nearby Metland Cibitung housing complex, Metland Telagamurni Station is a public-private-partnership between Directorate General of Railways of Ministry of Transportation, Kereta Api Indonesia, property company Metland, and contractor PT Majumapan Bangunindo. In a roadmap designed by those parties, the station was built to be used by Metland Cibitung residents to catch public transport without the need to go to nearby Cikarang Station.

Cibitung Station (CIT) is a railway station located in Wanasari, Cibitung, Bekasi Regency. The station, which is located at an altitude of +19 meters, is included in the Operation Area I Jakarta. Previously the station was small, 1.5 × 1.5 meters wide and only functions as a ticket sales counter. The station platform is low and short. The station building was then enlarged to meet the extension of the KRL Commuterline blue line towards Cikarang.The station is quite busy because it is located near housing complexes.

Tambun Station (TB) is a class III railway station located in Mekarsari, South Tambun, Bekasi Regency. The station, which is located at an altitude of +19 meters, is included in the Operation Area I Jakarta. This station has four railway tracks with track 2 and 3 as straight lines. Nearby the station is historic Gedung Juang Tambun building, a former landlord house during colonial era that currently houses Museum Bekasi.

Paspampres Resident or Perumahan Paspampres is the Housing in the Bogor Regency of West Java, Indonesia. Perumahan (Resident) Paspampres had 26,591 inhabitants at the 2010 Census.

CitraLand Cibubur is a township development at Cileungsi, Bogor, West Java within Jakarta metropolitan area in Indonesia. The township has a land area of about 220 hectares with facilities such as commercial areas, shopping malls, offices, fitness centers and others. The township is being developed by Ciputra Group with five clusters of residential area. The township also has a dedicated commercial area of 20 hectares for construction of shopping mall, office, shop houses, and hotel

Jonggol is a district (Indonesian: Kecamatan) in the Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia. It is located 50 km to the southeast of Jakarta and is part of the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area. The average elevation is 295 meters, maximum 732 m (1.890 m in Mounth Baud, Sukamakmur, Jonggol District), and minimum 150 meters above sea level. Under Dutch administration, Jonggol was the centre of a wider administrative area (Kawedanan Jonggol), and after the proclamation of Independence it was stated that the kawedanan would be re-established as part of the proposed State of Pasundan. This was not done, but Jonggol was one of the areas more recently considered for new central administration (capital) of the Republic of Indonesia.
