Kea Monastery was a monastery at Kea in Cornwall, UK, of which little is known. "The mysterious land-owning monastery of St Cheus mentioned in Domesday (in Powder), 1085, possibly refers to Kea."--Charles Henderson, in Cornish Church Guide, 1925, p. 116. Old Kea Church and the nearby village of Kea are said to have been named after the Saint Kea who arrived at Old Kea from Ireland in the 5th century.

Other notable villages within the parish are the much larger Tresillian 1.4 miles (2.3 km) to the north east of St Clement village itself and another village at Malpas to the south of the parish. The urban part of the parish of St Clement was incorporated into Truro in 1895. The remainder of the parish had a population of 1,064 at the 2011 census.From 2009 to 2021, St Clement was covered by the Ladock, St Clement and St Erme division. From the 2021 local elections, it will be within the Truro Tregolls division. St Clement is attractive for tourists: aside from the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside they come to see the village church and its associated conservation projects that are maintained by members of the local community. The Tresillian River includes many scenic paths leading to a walkway owned by the Duchy of Cornwall.

Old Kea (Cornish: Lanndege) is a hamlet in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is situated on the west bank of the Truro River approximately two miles (3 km) south of Truro.This and the nearby village of Kea are said to have been named after the Saint Kea who arrived at Old Kea from Ireland in the 5th century.The manor of "Landighe" (Landege) is recorded in the Domesday Book (1086) when it was held by Godwin from Robert, Count of Mortain. There was one hide of land and land for 5 ploughs. There were one and half ploughs, 3 serfs, 2 villeins, 4 smallholders, 2 acres of meadow, 3 acres of woodland, one square league of pasture, 2 cattle, 40 sheep and 15 goats. The value of the manor was 10 shillings though it had formerly been worth £1-10s.Only the tower remains of the original parish church which stood at Old Kea. A small mission chapel was built onto the church in 1863 and services are still held twice a month.Old Kea lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

St Anthony Battery is a former 19th century gun battery at St Anthony Head, Roseland Peninsula, Cornwall, England. It was built in 1895-97 and served during both World Wars. Following its decommissioning in 1956, the battery was acquired by the National Trust.

Malpas is a riverside village, and former port, in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is situated two miles (3 km) southeast of the city of Truro, on the confluence of the Truro River and the Tresillian River.The village is in the civil parish of St Clement and is a popular centre for boating with navigable waterways to Truro, Falmouth and the sea. Historically, Malpas is known for its ferry service to the Roseland peninsula and there is a myth that this crossing was used by Iseult. Ferries and boat trips still operate from Malpas.Ships were built in Victorian times from Messrs Scoble's boat yard and timber was discharged here. Cargo for Truro was unloaded from ship to barge for transport to the city.Malpas lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The Truro River from the city to the village form part of the Malpas Estuary SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest). It is an important habitat of tidal mudflats, which are feeding grounds for wildfowl and wading birds. The banks of the estuary are also noted for its flora.The Malpas Wassail is a song collected from a group of local singers in 1951. It was included in the Topic Records album Songs of Ceremony and also recorded by the Watersons for their album For Pence and Spicy Ale (and then included in their The Definitive Collection HPO 6004).

Tolverne Cottage, also known as Smugglers Cottage, is a small Grade II-listed cottage in south Cornwall, England. It is situated within the civil parish of Philleigh, on the Roseland Peninsula on the River Fal, between Truro and St Mawes, north of the King Harry Ferry. Made from slatestone rubble, the building probably dates from the 17th century, but was extended in the 19th century. It was designated Grade II listed status on 25 June 1985. The area was used as the assembly point for American troops before the D-Day landings and General Eisenhower stayed at the cottage during preparations for the landing. His chair was amongst memorabilia at the cottage which was auctioned off in 2012. The cottage was also frequented by members of the SS Uganda society while the ship was laid up nearby in the Fal.

Merther (Cornish: Eglos Merther, meaning marter's church) is a small hamlet and former civil parish, now in the parish of St Michael Penkevil, in the Cornwall district, in the ceremonial county of Cornwall, England. It lies 2 miles (3 km) east of Truro, on the eastern side of the Tresillian River. In 1931 the parish had a population of 150. It was formerly the churchtown of the small parish of Merther, and also the site of a manor house and medieval chapel dedicated to St Cohan (also spelt Coan). The former parish church is now in ruins. St Coan was a martyr; there were formerly at Merther a chapel and holy well dedicated to him. A new church was built at Tresillian Bridge in 1904 (the font, bells, statue of St Anthony and pulpit from Merther were moved to the new church). The church was abandoned in the mid-20th century.

Lamorran lies 3+1⁄2 miles (5.6 km) southeast of Truro, within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). In 1931 the parish had a population of 49.Lamorran church was built in the mid-13th century and has never been enlarged. It was dedicated (to St Morenna) in 1261 and restored unsympathetically in 1845 (by William White) and 1853 (for Lord Falmouth; Evelyn Boscawen, 6th Viscount Falmouth (1819–1889)). The tower is separate from the church and the font of Catacleuse stone may be Norman (or 15th century work in the Norman style).A large monument of 1658 commemorates John Verman and his wife. The churchyard cross is a fine example of a Gothic stone cross. This cross is made of Pentewan stone; the crosshead is now incomplete as the upper limb is missing.Lamorran was an ancient parish, and became a civil parish in 1866. The civil parish was abolished on 1 April 1934 and absorbed into the civil parish of St Michael Penkevil. For ecclesiastical purposes the parish is now united with Merther to form the parish of Lamorran and Merther.

Philleigh lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Almost a third of Cornwall has AONB designation, with similar status and protection as a National Park. The village is the home of Roseland Rugby Club which was formed in 1971.
