Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue is a 134 m (440 ft) residential skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. Designed by Weber Thompson, the 38-story tower contains 143 individual condominium homes. The building is located near the historic Pike Place Market. Construction was completed in late 2008.

The Hahn Building (formerly Hotel Elliott) is a historic building at the intersection of Pike Street and 1st Avenue (103 Pike Street) in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. The structure has been designated a city landmark. It currently houses Green Tortoise Hostel.

2nd & Pike, also known as the West Edge Tower, is a 440-foot-tall (130 m) residential skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. The 39-story tower, developed by Urban Visions and designed by Tom Kundig of Olson Kundig Architects, has 339 luxury apartments and several ground-level retail spaces. The 8th floor includes a Medical One primary care clinic.The project was also known as the Candela Hotel & Residences from 2007 to 2009 and was planned to include a hotel in addition to luxury condominiums. After Candela was removed from the project, the revised skyscraper proposal was approved in 2011 but would later undergo further changes in 2013. Construction did not begin until July 2015 due to financing issues that were later resolved. The building topped out in August 2017 and was completed in March 2018.

Daily Dozen Doughnut Company is a doughnut shop at Seattle's Pike Place Market, in the U.S. state of Washington. Established by two sisters in 1978, the stall in the Economy Market features a "Donut Robot", and is widely known for its hot, freshly made bite-sized doughnuts that are served in a paper bag. The business has been operated by Barbara Elza since c. 1989. Daily Dozen has garnered a generally positive reception and has been favorably included in several overviews of Seattle's best doughnuts.

The Colonnade Hotel first known as the Stimson Block then later the Standard Hotel, Gateway Hotel and Gatewood Hotel is a historic hotel building in Seattle, Washington located at the Southeast corner of 1st Avenue and Pine Streets in the city's central business district. One of the earliest extant solo projects of architect Charles Bebb, it was built in 1900 by Charles and Fred Stimson, owners of the Stimson lumber mill at Ballard, for use as a hotel. It served that purpose under its various names until the early 1980s and after a brief vacancy was restored into low-income housing by the Plymouth Housing Group. Once owned by the Samis Foundation, it was sold to various LLC owners who would convert it back into a hotel in 2017, currently operating under the name Palihotel. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 7, 2007 and became a City of Seattle Landmark in 2017.

The Economy Market (sometimes the Economy Market Building) is a building at Seattle's Pike Place Market, in the U.S. state of Washington. Previously known as the Bartell Building, the structure was completed in 1900. The building was originally used as stables for the farmers' horses. The building took its modern name from its historical purpose as a discount or day-old section of the market.Businesses operating in the building include the Daily Dozen Doughnut Company and Tenzing Momo.

Left Bank Books Collective is an anarchist bookstore, founded in 1973, in Seattle, Washington. It is located at 92 Pike Street, on the corner of Pike Place Market. Its Lonely Planet review states that it "displays zines in español, revolutionary pamphlets, essays by Chomsky and an inherent suspicion of authority."The store hosts occasional events that are described among the "top 15 things to do this week" or similar reviews in Seattle. It is also a small publisher and it ran an IndieGoGo fundraising campaign in 2014, when it had been operating for 40 years.

Matt's in the Market is a restaurant in Seattle's Pike Place Market, in the U.S. state of Washington. The menu changes based on the season, and has included fish, fresh vegetables and organic meats, seafood paella made with clams, mussels, octopus and prawns, as well as deviled eggs. Nearby Radiator Whiskey has been described as a "sibling" bar. Dan Bugge is the owner. Matt Fortner replaced Jason McClure as chef in 2018.
