The Centro Cultural Bella Epoca is a cultural 3,000 square meter cultural centre in the Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City. It includes the Rosario Castellanos bookshop (claimed to be the largest bookshop in Latin America) which carries over 35 thousand different titles, and has a children’s area, a coffee shop, and reading facilities. The Cine Lido art cinema and Galería Luis Cardoza y Aragón art gallery are also housed in the cultural center.

Universidad La Salle also referred to by its acronym ULSA is a private Catholic institution of secondary and higher education run by the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools in 15 campuses in Mexico. It offers high school, bachelor, master and Ph.D degrees. It has had an expansion in the country, creating its own university national system. Escandón is one of the colonias of Mexico City that were founded at the beginning of the 19th century on crop terrains that were formerly part of the haciendas. This colony formed part of the Hacienda de la Condesa, being property of the family Escandón, who fractionated the terrains situated south of this. The colony is divided in two: Escandón I and Escandón II, because of its big extension. The first section is located from the Patriotismo Avenue and confines with the Tacubaya neighborhood; whereas the second section extends from the Viaducto Miguel Alemán and confines with the Condesa Neighborhood. Escandón II has greater economic and social success than its homologous. The colony still preserves some of the constructions that were built in the first half of the 20th century, particularly from architectural styles as: art decó, colonial Californian, and the neocolonial. At the north, given the vicinity to the Tacubaya neighborhood, some examples of constructions that correspond to the architecture ecléctica can be appreciated. The greater part of the buildings constructed around the middle of the 20th century correspond to apartment buildings. As many other colonies founded in the first half of the 20th century, Escandón has several services and businesses that aim to attend the local population; some examples of this are the Jardín Morelos park and the market established in front of it. In recent times, the neighborhood has experimented a development in real-estate activities because it is near neighborhoods of medium-high economic levels, like Condesa, Roma, Nápoles and del Valle.

The Condesa pocket park, (Spanish: Parque de bolsillo de la Condesa), is a pocket park in the Condesa neighborhood of the Cuauhtémoc borough in Mexico City. The park opened in June 2013 and was created on land that was formerly part of the intersection of Avenida Michoacán and Avenida Vicente Suárez streets. The park is 231 square metres (2,490 sq ft) in size. Its design features include: 8 Magnolia trees, 3 bicycle racks, 10 park benches, and 16 raised planters.The cost was about $650,000 Mexican pesos, or $50,000 USD in 2013.

The Michoacán Market is a “mercado público" or traditional retail food market located in Condesa, one of the more prestigious districts of Mexico City. It is located between Avenida Michoacán, Avenida Vicente Suárez, and Avenida Tamaulipas streets, where three intersect. The Michoacán Market is considered to be “the heart of La Condesa. It is the only mercado that provides service to the 3 colonias (official neighborhoods) of the Condesa district: Colonia Condesa, Colonia Hipódromo, and Colonia Hipódromo Condesa .The market is small and frequented by the residents and restaurateurs of Condesa, one of the major artistic and commercial areas of the city. The market is located among boutiques, restaurants and bars, with the streets around the market are usually jammed with cars. These are mostly residential neighborhoods, with some office buildings. They are considered to be cosmopolitan structures in style, with Art Deco and other styles from the 1930s and 1940s, and a number of more modern structures. It is an upper income area, although it has had problems associated with urban decay, and earthquake damage vulnerability such as from the 1985 Mexico City earthquake and 2017 Central Mexico earthquake.

Juanacatlán is a metro station on the Mexico City Metro. It is located in Mexico City's Miguel Hidalgo borough in the San Miguel Chapultepec neighborhood, and lies on Line 1 of the Metro. In 2019 the station had an average ridership of 11,669 passengers per day, making it the least used station in Line 1.

The Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, or Office of the Federal Prosecutor for the Consumer (PROFECO, for short), is an organization of the Mexican government led by on the Attorney General. Mexico became the second Latin American nation to pass a Federal Consumer Protection Law, on February 5, 1976, and later became the first to create an Office for the Prosecutor. By 1982, the Office had 32 representations, one in each state and one in the Federal District. PROFECO has in total 51 offices all over the republic, and its main office is in Mexico City. The most recent reform of this federal law was signed by the Mexican president Enrique Peña Nieto at the beginning of 2018.PROFECO works together with other organizations like CPSC (U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission) from the United States. and Health Canada from Canada to guarantee that imported products are safe for consumers. In February 2018, the representatives of these three organizations met in the U.S. to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU). With this agreement these three countries compromised to ensure the quality of imported products for south and North American consumers. The representative of PROFECO in this meeting was the attorney Rogelio Cerda Perez, who has been the federal consumer attorney since August 2017.

The 32nd federal electoral district of the Federal District (Distrito electoral federal 32 del Distrito Federal) is a defunct federal electoral district of Mexico. Occupying a portion of what is today Mexico City, it was in existence from 1978 to 1996. During that time, it returned one deputy to the Chamber of Deputies for each three-year legislative session by means of the first-past-the-post system, electing its first in the 1979 mid-terms and its last in the 1994 general election. Votes cast in the district also counted towards the calculation of proportional representation ("plurinominal") deputies elected from the country's electoral regions. The 31st to 40th districts were abolished in the Federal Electoral Institute's 1996 redistricting process because the capital's population no longer warranted that number of seats in Congress.

Esquina Común is a restaurant in Colonia Condesa, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. It is co-owned by chef Ana Dolores González and her partner, Carlos Pérez-Puelles. It was first founded in their leased department in the Roma neighborhood in 2021. After being reviewed by The New York Times, the restaurant became popular. They relocated between 2022 and 2023 to the Condesa neighborhood after their landlord attempted to raise their rent upon discovering they ran a business. Described by reviewers as a clandestine terrace, Esquina Común serves Mexican and Spanish cuisines. In 2024, Esquina Común was awarded one Michelin star in the first Michelin Guide covering restaurants in Mexico.

Tacubaya is a station on Lines 1, 7 and 9 of the Mexico City Metro system. It is located in the Miguel Hidalgo borough, west of the city centre. In 2019, the station had a total average ridership of 85,800 passengers per day, making it the fifth busiest station in the network.

Parque Lira is a public park in the Tacubaya district of Mexico City, once a separate town from Mexico City. It is located on the 18th century estate of Vicente Lira. It is entered by a monumental archway designed by Italian architect Francesco Saverio Cavallari, an Italian architect who was active in Mexico 1857–1864.The land was part of what was once a vast estate, including the Casa de la Bola (now a cultural center), that once belonged to Mariana Gomez de la Cortina, the second Countess of Cortina. After her death on January 6, 1846, the land was subdivided, and part became property of the Lira Mora family, textile moguls, during the first part of the twentieth century. The gardens were adorned with a palace, bridges, water mirrors, a pergola and bronze fountains as well as a neoclassical grand archway at the entrance. During the Lázaro Cárdenas del Río government the land was expropriated and an asylum was established here for children with mental illnesses; which functioned until the offices of the Miguel Hidalgo borough were established adjacent to what is now the park.The park is located on the eponymous avenue and nearby is an eponymous Metrobús (BRT) stop.
