The Condesa pocket park, (Spanish: Parque de bolsillo de la Condesa), is a pocket park in the Condesa neighborhood of the Cuauhtémoc borough in Mexico City. The park opened in June 2013 and was created on land that was formerly part of the intersection of Avenida Michoacán and Avenida Vicente Suárez streets. The park is 231 square metres (2,490 sq ft) in size. Its design features include: 8 Magnolia trees, 3 bicycle racks, 10 park benches, and 16 raised planters.The cost was about $650,000 Mexican pesos, or $50,000 USD in 2013.

The Michoacán Market is a “mercado público" or traditional retail food market located in Condesa, one of the more prestigious districts of Mexico City. It is located between Avenida Michoacán, Avenida Vicente Suárez, and Avenida Tamaulipas streets, where three intersect. The Michoacán Market is considered to be “the heart of La Condesa. It is the only mercado that provides service to the 3 colonias (official neighborhoods) of the Condesa district: Colonia Condesa, Colonia Hipódromo, and Colonia Hipódromo Condesa .The market is small and frequented by the residents and restaurateurs of Condesa, one of the major artistic and commercial areas of the city. The market is located among boutiques, restaurants and bars, with the streets around the market are usually jammed with cars. These are mostly residential neighborhoods, with some office buildings. They are considered to be cosmopolitan structures in style, with Art Deco and other styles from the 1930s and 1940s, and a number of more modern structures. It is an upper income area, although it has had problems associated with urban decay, and earthquake damage vulnerability such as from the 1985 Mexico City earthquake and 2017 Central Mexico earthquake.

The Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, or Office of the Federal Prosecutor for the Consumer (PROFECO, for short), is an organization of the Mexican government led by on the Attorney General. Mexico became the second Latin American nation to pass a Federal Consumer Protection Law, on February 5, 1976, and later became the first to create an Office for the Prosecutor. By 1982, the Office had 32 representations, one in each state and one in the Federal District. PROFECO has in total 51 offices all over the republic, and its main office is in Mexico City. The most recent reform of this federal law was signed by the Mexican president Enrique Peña Nieto at the beginning of 2018.PROFECO works together with other organizations like CPSC (U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission) from the United States. and Health Canada from Canada to guarantee that imported products are safe for consumers. In February 2018, the representatives of these three organizations met in the U.S. to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU). With this agreement these three countries compromised to ensure the quality of imported products for south and North American consumers. The representative of PROFECO in this meeting was the attorney Rogelio Cerda Perez, who has been the federal consumer attorney since August 2017.

Santuario Parroquial de Nuestra Señora del Carmen "La Sabatina" is a church located in San Miguel Chapultepec, Mexico City. The first stone was laid in 1910, and the church was consecrated in 1912.

Parque España is a park in the Colonia Hipódromo (neighborhood) of the Condesa district, in the Cuauhtémoc borough, in west-central Mexico City. It is located between Nuevo León, Sonora and Parque España streets. It was inaugurated on September 21st, 1921 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of the Mexican War of Independence. It contains statues such as the monument to Lázaro Cárdenas. The park was designed by the pioneer of modern urban Mexico, architect José Luis Cuevas (not to be confused with the well-known artist by the same name). It has a small lake with a rustic cement bridge that resembles a wooden bridge.In 2008, the park was renovated and remodeled at a cost of over 12 million pesos. One of new additions was playground areas designed by architect Javier Sánchez. In 2009, it was declared as the “Territory of Music and Poetry” (Territorio de Música y Poesía).

Juanacatlán is a metro station on the Mexico City Metro. It is located in Mexico City's Miguel Hidalgo borough in the San Miguel Chapultepec neighborhood, and lies on Line 1 of the Metro. In 2019 the station had an average ridership of 11,669 passengers per day, making it the least used station in Line 1.

The monument to Lázaro Cárdenas (Spanish: Monumento a Lázaro Cárdenas) is installed in Parque España, in Mexico City, Mexico.

The Centro Cultural Bella Epoca is a cultural 3,000 square meter cultural centre in the Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City. It includes the Rosario Castellanos bookshop (claimed to be the largest bookshop in Latin America) which carries over 35 thousand different titles, and has a children’s area, a coffee shop, and reading facilities. The Cine Lido art cinema and Galería Luis Cardoza y Aragón art gallery are also housed in the cultural center.

Templanza Fountain (Spanish: Fuente de la Templanza) is a fountain in Chapultepec, Mexico City, Mexico.

El Sargento is a Mexican cypress tree in Mexico City's park Chapultepec, planted by Nezahualcoyotl c. 1460. After living for approximately 500 years, the tree died in 1969, and its trunk stands today at around 50 feet tall.

Chapultepec is a station on the Mexico City Metro. It is located in the Cuauhtémoc borough in the center of Mexico City. In 2019, the station had an average ridership of 57,873 passengers per day, making it the 14th busiest station in the network.
