Joseph Sykes Brothers Company Building is a historic factory building located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It was designed by Lockwood, Greene & Co. and built in 1926. It is a one-story building that consists of a small office section in the front and a large machine shop to the rear. The building has a brick veneer, steel sash windows, and restrained Classical Revival detailing ornamenting the facade and side. It has undergone a certified rehabilitation. It was built as the Charlotte facility of the Joseph Sykes Brothers Company, an international producer of card clothing, machinery used in cotton production.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

It was built in 1927, and is a two-story, rectangular, reinforced concrete building on a raised concrete basement. The building has a red brick veneer, steel sash windows, and a parapet facade. The warehouse was purchased by the Ford Motor Company and converted to an auto repair establishment in 1942.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Bank of America Stadium is a 74,867-seat football stadium located on 33 acres (13 ha) in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. It is the home facility and headquarters of the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League and Charlotte FC of Major League Soccer. The stadium opened in 1996 as Ericsson Stadium, with Swedish telecom company LM Ericsson initially holding the naming rights. In 2004, Charlotte-based financial services company Bank of America purchased the naming rights under a 20-25-year agreement at $140 million. Former Panthers president Danny Morrison called it a "classic American stadium" due to its bowl design and other features.In addition to the Panthers and CLTFC, the stadium hosts the annual Duke's Mayo Bowl, which features teams from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and either the Southeastern Conference (SEC) or the Big Ten Conference. The stadium was planned to host the annual ACC Championship Game through at least 2019; the game was moved in 2016 but reinstated in 2017. The ACC announced on May 19, 2022, that Bank of America Stadium would continue to host the championship through at least the 2030 season. The largest crowd to ever attend a football game at the stadium was on September 9, 2018, when 74,532 fans watched the Panthers defeat the Dallas Cowboys 16–8.

The Arlington is a 310 feet (94 m) tall mixed-use high-rise in Charlotte, North Carolina. The building was the first residential high-rise and first mixed use high-rise development in the city. The developer, Jim Gross, is also noted for the first downtown residential development (Ivey's) and the first loft-style development in the city (Factory South) among many other developments. It was completed in 2003 and has 24 floors and an outdoor swimming pool on the roof. It is the 16th tallest building in Charlotte, and is the tallest building outside of downtown. It was originally planned to be 425 ft (130 m) and 42 stories tall when announced in September 1997, but it was scaled back because the developer was unable to secure the financing required to build a 425-foot (130 m) building. Because the building is located outside the I-277 inner-loop, the apartments on the city-side of the building have a fantastic view of the Charlotte skyline. A residential tower with some office and commercial space, The Arlington is well known because of its pink glass. Local nicknames include "Big Pink", "The Pink Building", and "Pepto-Bismol." The actual color of the glass is "Desert Rose" or "6F2828". The color does not tint views from the inside. The building is notable for being the location of Nikko's, a large modern sushi restaurant which is one of Charlotte's hottest night spots.

Fire Station No. 2, also known as the Old Dilworth Fire Station, is a historic fire station located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It built in 1909, and is a two-story red brick building with two equipment bays on the ground level and firefighters dormitory space upstairs. Since 2010, it has been used as a commercial building, hosting a spa.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

A statue of Jerry Richardson was installed outside Charlotte, North Carolina's Bank of America Stadium in 2016. Richardson, the former owner of the National Football League's Carolina Panthers, was involved in a controversy involving allegedly sexist behavior prior to selling the team. The statue was removed from Bank of America Stadium in June 2020 for fear it would be destroyed by protestors.

Former Charlotte Coca-Cola Bottling Company Plant is a historic Coca-Cola bottling factory building located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It was built in 1929–1930, and is a two-story, reinforced concrete building with a red brick veneer and decorative concrete detailing and Art Deco design elements. The building has a rectangular plan measuring 110 feet by 185 feet, parapet, and Coca-Cola bottles, sculpted of precast concrete, which crown the corner pilasters.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
