The warehouse was purchased by the Ford Motor Company and converted to an auto repair establishment in 1942.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Former Charlotte Coca-Cola Bottling Company Plant is a historic Coca-Cola bottling factory building located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It was built in 1929–1930, and is a two-story, reinforced concrete building with a red brick veneer and decorative concrete detailing and Art Deco design elements. The building has a rectangular plan measuring 110 feet by 185 feet, parapet, and Coca-Cola bottles, sculpted of precast concrete, which crown the corner pilasters.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

Wesley Heights Historic District is a national historic district located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 335 contributing buildings in the former streetcar suburb of Wesley Heights. It was developed after 1911 and includes notable examples of Bungalow / American Craftsman, Colonial Revival, and Tudor Revival style architecture. Notable buildings include the Wesley Heights Methodist Episcopal Church (now Greater Bethel A. M. E. Church) designed by architect Louis H. Asbury, St. Mark's Baptist Church (formerly St. Andrew's Episcopal Church), Bomar Apartments (1928), and the Wadsworth House (1911) and Catawba Apartments also designed by Louis H. Asbury.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

Frazier Park is a 16.5 acre urban park at 1201 West 4th Street Ext in the Third Ward of Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. It contains fields for soccer and American football, courts for tennis and basketball, creek-side trails, a playground for small children, and a dog park. Part of Charlotte's Irwin Creek Greenway, a paved and gravel greenway, runs through Frazier Park.Because they are directly adjacent to downtown Charlotte, Frazier Park and Marshall Park are occasionally used as city-approved staging grounds for demonstrations and protest marches.

Grinnell Company-General Fire Extinguisher Company Complex is a historic factory complex located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It was built in 1929–1930, and consists of a two-story office building and massive tall, one-story Grinnell manufacturing building. The office building is a reinforced concrete structure, with a brick veneer, a flat roof, and a parapet capped in concrete coping. The manufacturing building has a poured concrete slab foundation, brick veneered walls, a steel framing system consisting of I-beam piers and heavy Pratt truss roof, banks of continuous, steel sash windows, and large, sawtooth monitors. The complex was built for the largest manufacturer of automatic sprinklers and other fire protection products in North America.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Textile Mill Supply Company Building is a historic factory building located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It was designed by Lockwood, Greene & Co. and built in 1922. It is a three-story, ten-bay wide by-five-bay deep, red brick structure with a full basement. It has large rectangular windows and pine post-and-beam interior framing. The building housed the Textile Mill Supply Company that sold and distributed supplies essential to the operations of textile mills in the Piedmont sections of the Carolinas.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

Bank of America Stadium is a 74,867-seat football stadium located on 33 acres (13 ha) in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. It is the home facility and headquarters of the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League and Charlotte FC of Major League Soccer. The stadium opened in 1996 as Ericsson Stadium, with Swedish telecom company LM Ericsson initially holding the naming rights. In 2004, Charlotte-based financial services company Bank of America purchased the naming rights under a 20-25-year agreement at $140 million. Former Panthers president Danny Morrison called it a "classic American stadium" due to its bowl design and other features.In addition to the Panthers and CLTFC, the stadium hosts the annual Duke's Mayo Bowl, which features teams from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and either the Southeastern Conference (SEC) or the Big Ten Conference. The stadium was planned to host the annual ACC Championship Game through at least 2019; the game was moved in 2016 but reinstated in 2017. The ACC announced on May 19, 2022, that Bank of America Stadium would continue to host the championship through at least the 2030 season. The largest crowd to ever attend a football game at the stadium was on September 9, 2018, when 74,532 fans watched the Panthers defeat the Dallas Cowboys 16–8.

Joseph Sykes Brothers Company Building is a historic factory building located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It was designed by Lockwood, Greene & Co. and built in 1926. It is a one-story building that consists of a small office section in the front and a large machine shop to the rear. The building has a brick veneer, steel sash windows, and restrained Classical Revival detailing ornamenting the facade and side. It has undergone a certified rehabilitation. It was built as the Charlotte facility of the Joseph Sykes Brothers Company, an international producer of card clothing, machinery used in cotton production.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

A statue of Jerry Richardson was installed outside Charlotte, North Carolina's Bank of America Stadium in 2016. Richardson, the former owner of the National Football League's Carolina Panthers, was involved in a controversy involving allegedly sexist behavior prior to selling the team. The statue was removed from Bank of America Stadium in June 2020 for fear it would be destroyed by protestors.

Wesley Heights is a streetcar station in Charlotte, North Carolina. The at-grade island platform on West Trade Street is a stop along the CityLynx Gold Line, serving the Wesley Heights Historic District.
