Morehead was a heritage streetcar station in Charlotte, North Carolina. The at-grade side platforms, located below Morehead Street, was a stop for the Charlotte Trolley in the South End neighborhood.

The Arlington is a 310 feet (94 m) tall mixed-use high-rise in Charlotte, North Carolina. The building was the first residential high-rise and first mixed use high-rise development in the city. The developer, Jim Gross, is also noted for the first downtown residential development (Ivey's) and the first loft-style development in the city (Factory South) among many other developments. It was completed in 2003 and has 24 floors and an outdoor swimming pool on the roof. It is the 16th tallest building in Charlotte, and is the tallest building outside of downtown. It was originally planned to be 425 ft (130 m) and 42 stories tall when announced in September 1997, but it was scaled back because the developer was unable to secure the financing required to build a 425-foot (130 m) building. Because the building is located outside the I-277 inner-loop, the apartments on the city-side of the building have a fantastic view of the Charlotte skyline. A residential tower with some office and commercial space, The Arlington is well known because of its pink glass. Local nicknames include "Big Pink", "The Pink Building", and "Pepto-Bismol." The actual color of the glass is "Desert Rose" or "6F2828". The color does not tint views from the inside. The building is notable for being the location of Nikko's, a large modern sushi restaurant which is one of Charlotte's hottest night spots.

Fire Station No. 2, also known as the Old Dilworth Fire Station, is a historic fire station located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It built in 1909, and is a two-story red brick building with two equipment bays on the ground level and firefighters dormitory space upstairs. Since 2010, it has been used as a commercial building, hosting a spa.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The North Carolina Military Institute was an antebellum state-supported military school in Charlotte, North Carolina. It closed at the beginning of the American Civil War, when Governor John W. Ellis ordered the corps of cadets to duty as drill masters in Raleigh. Many of whom later enlisted in the 1st North Carolina Volunteers and served under Colonel Daniel H. Hill, the former superintendent.

Regions 615 is a 19-Story Class-AA Office Building in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. It stands at a height of around 300 feet (91 m) with 370,000 square feet (34,000 m2) of floor space. It broke ground on August 15, 2015 and was opened on May 22, 2017. A year after opening, the building was sold for a record $222 million to CBRE Global Investors.615 South College is currently the 28th Tallest Building in Charlotte, NC and was Developed by Portman Holdings. It is located next to The Westin Charlotte. It serves as the North Carolina headquarters for Regions Financial Corporation.

The Westin Charlotte is a 293 feet (89 m) tall skyscraper in Charlotte, North Carolina, designed by John C. Portman. It was built in 2003 and has 25 floors. It is the largest hotel in Charlotte, with 700 rooms, more than 44,000 square feet (4,000 m2) of convention space, and a 16,276 sq ft (1,512 m2) ballroom.

Ally Charlotte Center is a 2-building development in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. The office building was officially completed on May 3, 2021, it stands at a height of 378 (115.2). Each floor has an open floor plan and averages approximately 30,000 square feet in size for a total of 742,000 square feet of space which makes it the tenth largest building in Charlotte by leasable space. The site features a 381-room JW Marriott hotel including 34 suites, the first JW Marriott in North Carolina. The site also includes 25,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and an 8-story parking garage with 1,400 parking spots.

Legacy Union, formerly known as 620 South Tryon, is a multi-building development currently under construction in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. It broke ground on August 4, 2017. The development includes the world headquarters of Honeywell and major corporate offices for Deloitte, JLL, Bank of America, and Robinson Bradshaw.

Brooklyn Village, formerly Stonewall, is a light rail station in Charlotte, North Carolina. The elevated dual side platforms are a stop along the Lynx Blue Line in Uptown Charlotte.

The Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture, formerly known as the Afro-American Cultural Center, is in Charlotte, North Carolina and named for Harvey Gantt, the city's first African-American mayor and the first African-American student at Clemson University. The 46,500 sq ft, four-story center was designed by Freelon Group Architects at a cost of $18.6 million — and was dedicated in October 2009 as part of what is now the Levine Center for the Arts.
