The Bon Marche Department Store (also known as the Bon Marche Building and the Macy's Building) is a building in Seattle listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle, Washington is a hotel built in 1927 which claims to be the oldest continuously operating hotel in downtown Seattle. Its facade includes extensive terra cotta detailing.It was opened in 1927 as the Bergonian, built by Stefan Berg, a prominent Seattle builder who had previously built a number of other hotels in the city, as well as family homes. With 240 rooms, it was constructed in six months at a cost of $750,000.It is now a 160-room hotel, and has six meeting and banquet rooms. The hotel was renamed to the Mayflower in 1974 after it was bought for $1.1 million by a limited partnership that gave control to Marie and Birney Dempcy. The Mayflower Park had previously been in foreclosure and in need of repairs, necessitating an extensive renovation.The hotel is adjacent to the Westlake Center, a mall and office complex which was built in the 1980s and has a direct connection between the buildings. The mall's construction plan originally included demolition of the hotel, but it was saved by a lawsuit from the ownership group.It is a member of the Historic Hotels of America, and was named the "Best Historic Hotel (76-200 Guestrooms)" in the 2017 Historic Hotels Awards of Excellence.

Asean Streat Food Hall (stylized as Asean StrEAT Food Hall) is a food hall in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. Inspired by the food markets of Southeast Asia, it operates at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Pine Street, in the shopping mall called Westlake Center. Owned by Punya Tipyasothi, the food hall has ten stalls for restaurants offering cuisine from various Asian countries, including Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. It is named after the countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), and opened in November 2022. Businesses have included Hi Fry, Kopi Cafe, Rolling Wok, and Sweet Moon. The website Delish included Asean Streat in a 2023 list of the seven best food halls in the United States.

McGraw Square is a small plaza and streetcar stop in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The 0.01-acre (0.0040 ha) park, one of the smallest in the city park system, is named for and features a statue of former King County Sheriff and Governor of Washington John Harte McGraw. McGraw Square is bounded to the north by Stewart Street, to the west by 5th Avenue and the Times Square Building, and to the east by Olive Way and the Medical Dental Building.The square was originally a 660-square-foot (61 m2) parcel acquired by the City of Seattle in 1911 to build a public square to be designed by the Olmsted Brothers. Richard E. Brooks was commissioned to sculpt a bronze statue of Governor McGraw, who had died in 1910, and unveiled the finished sculpture on July 22, 1913. It was later designated as a Seattle Landmark on May 6, 1985. The statue measures approximately 6 feet (1.8 m) x 4 feet (1.2 m) x 4 feet (1.2 m) and rests on a granite base that measures approximately 7 feet (2.1 m) x 6.5 feet (2.0 m) x 6.5 feet (2.0 m).In late 2010, the Seattle Department of Transportation expanded the plaza over a section of Westlake Avenue and incorporating the nearby South Lake Union Streetcar terminus at a cost of $900,000, paid by a mobility grant from the Washington State Department of Transportation. The new plaza, which is intended to host tables and food trucks, was opened to the public on February 9, 2011.

John Harte McGraw is an outdoor 1912 bronze sculpture depicting the former governor of the same name by Richard E. Brooks, installed in McGraw Square at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Olive Street in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington.

The Westin Seattle is a twin-tower highrise hotel in Seattle, Washington. The south tower, with 40 floors at 121 m (397 ft), opened on June 29, 1969, as the Washington Plaza Hotel. It was built on the site of the historic Orpheum theater. Western International Hotels operated the Washington Plaza as one property with the adjacent Benjamin Franklin Hotel, built in 1929. John Graham & Associates, the new hotel's architects, had previously designed the Space Needle, first proposed by Edward Carlson, head of Western International Hotels, which also operated the tower's restaurant. The Benjamin Franklin was demolished in July 1980 for construction of a second, nearly identical tower. While work on the tower went on, the company was renamed Westin Hotels. The Washington Plaza was the first property in the chain to be renamed, becoming The Westin Hotel on September 1, 1981. Also in 1981, Westin opened their corporate headquarters directly across the street in the Westin Building, which shared a parking garage with the hotel. The 137 m (449 ft), 47-story north tower opened in June 1982 and is the tallest hotel in the city. The Westin Seattle is currently the flagship property of the Westin brand. The hotel's two towers are featured on the cover art for the Modest Mouse album The Lonesome Crowded West.

Westlake Center is a four-story shopping center and 25-story office tower in downtown Seattle, Washington, United States. The southern terminus of the Seattle Center Monorail, it is located across Pine Street from Westlake Park, between 4th and 5th Avenues. It is named for Westlake Avenue, which now terminates north of the mall but once ran two blocks farther south to Pike Street. Westlake Park is considered Seattle's "town square" and celebrities and political figures often make appearances or give speeches from the building's balcony.The current shopping center began construction in 1986 after over 20 years of planning, and opened its doors on October 20, 1988. The building was designed by RTKL Associates on a site of 11,000 square metres (120,000 sq ft).

Helios, also known as 2nd & Pine, is a residential skyscraper in downtown Seattle, Washington. The 40-story tower is 440 feet (130 m) tall with 398 luxury apartments. Plans for the project were first proposed in 2013 and construction began in late 2014. It is located at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Pine Street near the Pike Place Market and the city's retail core. Architects Weber Thompson and GBD Architects, working on the project in a joint venture, described the tower's design as "slender and sculpted". It sits atop a podium, housing 3,000 square feet (280 m2) of retail space, with a terra-cotta facade. The building also includes Zipcar parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle parking, low-energy appliances, and other environmentally-friendly features in a bid to earn a LEED rating.The five-story, 217-stall underground parking garage extends north from the tower's lot to a site that will be occupied by a 16-story hotel developed by Widewaters Group.

Westlake station is a light rail station that is part of the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel in Seattle, Washington, United States. The station is located under Pine Street between 3rd and 6th avenues in Downtown Seattle, near Westlake Center and Westlake Park. It is served by Line 1, part of Sound Transit's Link light rail system, and also connected above ground by buses at several stops, the South Lake Union Streetcar, and the Seattle Center Monorail. Westlake station consists of two underground side platforms, connected to the surface by entrances and a mezzanine level served by nearby department stores. It is situated between University Street station to the south, and the former Convention Place station to the north; Convention Place was only served by buses, however, and Capitol Hill station is the next northbound light rail station. The transit tunnel was built in the 1980s by King County Metro and opened for bus-only service on September 15, 1990. The tunnel was closed from 2005 to 2007 for a major renovation to prepare for light rail service, which began on July 18, 2009. Link light rail trains terminated at Westlake until the opening of the University Link Extension on March 19, 2016; the tunnel became train-only in March 2019. Trains serve the station twenty hours a day on most days; the headway between light rail trains is six minutes during peak periods, with less frequent service at other times. A second downtown tunnel is planned to be built in 2030, with a transfer at Westlake station for traffic continuing towards South Lake Union and Ballard.

Dahlia Lounge was a restaurant by Tom Douglas in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. The business operated from 1989 to 2021. It was replaced with Serious Pie, another business by Tom Douglas. Gabe Guarente of Eater Seattle wrote, "Dahlia Lounge was the restaurant that launched Douglas's culinary empire. Its inventive approach to Pacific Northwest fare and mix of global influences marked a touchstone for Seattle's growing downtown dining scene in the 90s, and helped Douglas earn a James Beard Awards in 1994, among other accolades. Menu favorites changed over the decades, but one unforgettable mainstay was the restaurant’s triple coconut cream pie, which remains a Seattle dessert icon."

Westlake Square is a 0.01-acre (0.0040 ha) park in Seattle, Washington, adjacent to Westin Seattle. It was formerly a combination streetcar stop and underground comfort station. The former comfort station was demolished and filled in 1964.In 2010, Seattle Department of Transportation redeveloped Westlake Square and adjacent McGraw Square into a new plaza for the South Lake Union Streetcar.
