McGraw Square is a small plaza and streetcar stop in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The 0.01-acre (0.0040 ha) park, one of the smallest in the city park system, is named for and features a statue of former King County Sheriff and Governor of Washington John Harte McGraw. McGraw Square is bounded to the north by Stewart Street, to the west by 5th Avenue and the Times Square Building, and to the east by Olive Way and the Medical Dental Building.The square was originally a 660-square-foot (61 m2) parcel acquired by the City of Seattle in 1911 to build a public square to be designed by the Olmsted Brothers. Richard E. Brooks was commissioned to sculpt a bronze statue of Governor McGraw, who had died in 1910, and unveiled the finished sculpture on July 22, 1913. It was later designated as a Seattle Landmark on May 6, 1985. The statue measures approximately 6 feet (1.8 m) x 4 feet (1.2 m) x 4 feet (1.2 m) and rests on a granite base that measures approximately 7 feet (2.1 m) x 6.5 feet (2.0 m) x 6.5 feet (2.0 m).In late 2010, the Seattle Department of Transportation expanded the plaza over a section of Westlake Avenue and incorporating the nearby South Lake Union Streetcar terminus at a cost of $900,000, paid by a mobility grant from the Washington State Department of Transportation. The new plaza, which is intended to host tables and food trucks, was opened to the public on February 9, 2011.

The Westin Building Exchange is a major telecommunications hub facility located downtown Seattle, Washington. The building was constructed in 1981 as the Westin Building, housing the corporate offices of Westin Hotels, which was then based in Seattle. It is also home to the Seattle Internet Exchange (SIX) and Pacific Northwest Gigapop's Pacific Wave Exchange.The facility has a pair of "Meet-me Rooms" on the 19th floor, which are used by telecommunication carriers and internet service providers to cross-connect their individual networks. These carriers situate their POPs within racks spread throughout the building, connecting back to the meet-me room via optical fiber cabling, facilitating interconnection with other carriers' infrastructure within the building. The Westin Building's meet-me room is the heart of the facility, where buyers and sellers of broadband services offer interconnectivity to their backbones and diverse services without the need to utilize telephone company provided interconnections.In 2020, real estate investment trust Digital Realty acquired a majority stake in the building and assumed management responsibilities.

The former comfort station was demolished and filled in 1964.In 2010, Seattle Department of Transportation redeveloped Westlake Square and adjacent McGraw Square into a new plaza for the South Lake Union Streetcar.

The Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle, Washington is a hotel built in 1927 which claims to be the oldest continuously operating hotel in downtown Seattle. Its facade includes extensive terra cotta detailing.It was opened in 1927 as the Bergonian, built by Stefan Berg, a prominent Seattle builder who had previously built a number of other hotels in the city, as well as family homes. With 240 rooms, it was constructed in six months at a cost of $750,000.It is now a 160-room hotel, and has six meeting and banquet rooms. The hotel was renamed to the Mayflower in 1974 after it was bought for $1.1 million by a limited partnership that gave control to Marie and Birney Dempcy. The Mayflower Park had previously been in foreclosure and in need of repairs, necessitating an extensive renovation.The hotel is adjacent to the Westlake Center, a mall and office complex which was built in the 1980s and has a direct connection between the buildings. The mall's construction plan originally included demolition of the hotel, but it was saved by a lawsuit from the ownership group.It is a member of the Historic Hotels of America, and was named the "Best Historic Hotel (76-200 Guestrooms)" in the 2017 Historic Hotels Awards of Excellence.

The Active Voice Building in Seattle, Washington is a reinforced concrete and steel-frame office building with solar bronze exterior window panels. It is located on the southwest corner of 6th Avenue and Lenora Street and abuts the Westin Building to the south, providing direct connections to the Westin's meet-me rooms and colocation facilities. Constructed in 1962, originally for the Internal Revenue Service, the building was named United Airlines Building until 2001. It was renamed "Active Voice Building" in 2005 after Active Voice, LLC, a subsidiary of NEC Unified Solutions, Inc., became the anchor tenant, occupying 42,600 square feet (3,960 m2) of the building on three floors.The ground floor of the Active Voice is home to a jazz club and a day spa. In 1975 and again in 2001, the building underwent renovations.

It is located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of the city, at the intersection of Westlake Avenue and 7th Avenue near the Westlake Center and McGraw Square. Doppler is part of the three-tower campus that Amazon is developing in the area and is able to house 3,800 employees. The tower takes its name from the internal codename of the Amazon Echo voice-controlled speaker, which launched in 2014.
