SS15 LRT station is a Light Rapid Transit station connects the SS15 and SS17 neighborhoods in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The station is located at Jalan Jengka. It is operated under the Kelana Jaya LRT system network as found in the station signage. Like most other LRT stations operating in Klang Valley, this station is elevated.

The Darul Ehsan Mosque (Malay: Masjid Darul Ehsan) is the first mosque in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located in SS 15 adjacent to the Subang Parade shopping complex. It was constructed between 1983 and 1985 to serve the then newly built township of Subang Jaya. This mosque was officially opened on 13 September 1985 by Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah of Selangor in conjunction of the 25th Silver Jubilee of his reign.

The Subang Jaya station is a railway station located in SS16, Subang Jaya. It is served by the KTM Komuter Port Klang Line and Skypark Link, as well as the LRT Kelana Jaya Line. The station is situated at the city centre of Subang Jaya behind Subang Parade and AEON Big Subang. It is a popular train and bus hub and is commonly used by college students for travel to and from colleges and universities like SEGi University, Taylor's University, Monash University, INTI College, the University of Wollongong and Sunway University. The journey time to KL Sentral from this station is approximately 30 minutes. Buses that offer services from the station include Bas Selangorku and Rapid KL.

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Subang Jaya (SMKSJ, formerly Sekolah Menengah Subang Jaya) is a secondary school in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It was the first school to be established in the Subang Jaya region in 1981. Due to the lack of classrooms, SMK Subang Utama was built to accommodate the students residing in Subang Jaya.

Empire Subang is a mixed-commercial development located in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia which comprises soho office towers, an upscale shopping mall and a 4-star hotel. It is located in the downtown area of Subang Jaya, near Subang Parade, Wisma Consplant (formerly the HQ for oil palm giant Sime Darby Plantation) and the Subang Jaya railway station. The Petaling District is a district located in the heart of Selangor in Malaysia, not to be confused with the city of Petaling Jaya located in it, nor the mukim of Petaling within Petaling Jaya City Council within Petaling district. The district office is located in Subang. The district of Petaling was established on 1 February 1974, the same day Kuala Lumpur was declared a Federal Territory. This district is located in the middle of the Klang Valley adjacent o the capital and thus has experienced tremendous urbanisation. Some of the original forests remain in the Bukit Cherakah Forest Reserve (including the National Botanic Gardens), Kota Damansara Community Forest Park and Bukit Gasing. Some five types of subdivisions exist for Petaling District, namely the re-organized municipal council majlis, the majlis subdivisions, the community names (also known as townships), electoral constituencies, and the subdivisions ("mukim"). It is host to many thriving townships such as the Damansara area, which hosts several shopping malls including a Tesco and an IKEA outlet. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is situated in Subang.

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Subang Utama (commonly referred to as SMKSU) is a secondary school situated in Subang Jaya, Selangor. It was formerly known as Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Subang Jaya 2. The school began classes on 4 December 1989. It is the second oldest national secondary school in Subang Jaya after SMK Subang Jaya.

Subang National Golf Club (Malay: Kelab Golf Negara Subang) is one of the major golf courses in the Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located in Kelana Jaya, Selangor and near Subang Jaya across the Federal Highway, and consists of two 18-hole courses.It has hosted several significant golf tournaments in its history. It hosted the Malaysian Dunlop Masters several times in the 1970s and 1980s. It also hosted the Malaysian Open in 1983, 1987, and 1991.In 1977 Walter Godfrey started working as the club pro. He worked at the club for five years. During his tenure at Subang National he won the 1979 Dunlop Masters.

Batu Tiga (literally meaning mile three) is a suburb in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located at the border between Subang Jaya and Shah Alam. However, it is nearer to Shah Alam than the town centre of Subang Jaya. Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park in the suburb serve as one of the most major industrial estates in the Klang Valley as it is situated in between Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Klang and Subang.

Putra Heights is a residential township in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located within the mukim of Petaling District. The township is visible by the tall Bukit Cermin in Putra Heights.

Subang Jaya is a city in Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia. It comprises the southern third district of Petaling. It consists of the neighbourhoods from SS12 to SS19, UEP Subang Jaya (USJ), Putra Heights, Batu Tiga as well as PJS7, PJS9 and PJS11 of Bandar Sunway, the latter of which are partially jurisdictional within Petaling Jaya under the MBPJ. The city is governed by Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ), which also governs other areas of the Petaling district, such as Puchong and Seri Kembangan. According to Subang Jaya City Council, Subang Jaya has a population of 642,100 in 2015, which makes it the sixth largest city in Malaysia by population.

UEP Subang Jaya (commonly called "USJ") is a major affluent township located in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located within the Mukim (sub-district) of Damansara in the district of Petaling.
