Brummell's Inn is a historic inn and tavern located near Thomasville, Davidson County, North Carolina. It was originally constructed as a small log house in the late-18th / early-19th century. It was expanded in about 1814 in a vernacular Late Georgian / Early Federal style, with later additions. The resultant building is two-stories and eight bays wide. Also on the property are a contributing smokehouse, barn, and cemetery. The stagecoach inn operated into the 1850s, after which it was used as a dwelling house.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Hamilton Everhart Farm was a historic farm complex located near Midway, Davidson County, North Carolina. The complex, built about 1860, included a two-story log house with Greek Revival style design elements, a free-standing log kitchen, a double pen log barn, and a small log potato house. It has been demolished. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The township had a population of 2,002 according to the 2010 census.The name "Broadbay" is an interesting one 300 miles (480 km) from the coast. Settlers who came in 1770 to join the Moravian Church and found the settlement of Friedland originated from Waldoboro, Maine, a town known at the time as "Broad Bay". The settlers named the new area in Wachovia after their former town on the coast of Maine. Geographically, Broadbay Township occupies 6.25 square miles (16.2 km2) in southern Forsyth County. There are no incorporated municipalities in Broadbay Township and much of the original township has been annexed by the City of Winston-Salem and made part of Winston Township.

It has an irregular configuration with a 1+1⁄2-story wing and two-story addition. Also on the property are contributing outbuildings including a kitchen, slave house, spring house, smokehouse, chickenhouse, two frame barns, a frame carriage house, and a log root cellar.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
