Also on the property are a contributing smokehouse, barn, and cemetery. The stagecoach inn operated into the 1850s, after which it was used as a dwelling house.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Abbott's Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery is a historic Primitive Baptist church cemetery near Thomasville, Davidson County, North Carolina. There are approximately 450 gravestones, with the earliest headstone dating to 1795. Around one dozen unmarked field stones may date even earlier. The 351 locally manufactured gravestones makes it the largest such group in Davidson County, North Carolina. All of the epitaphs are inscribed in English because of the English and Scotch-Irish settlers who were members of the church. This was in spite of the headstones being cut by local German stonecutters.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

It is associated with the Spring Hill Methodist Protestant Church, founded in 1830. It contains approximately 300 burials, with the earliest gravestone dated to 1839. It features a unique collection of folk gravestones by local stonecutters erected in Davidson County in the late-18th and first half of the 19th centuries.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

A.J. Simeon Stadium is a 15,000-capacity multi-use stadium in High Point, North Carolina. It is named after Anthony James Simeon (1910–2004), a former North Carolina Athletic Director of the Year. Simeon Stadium is the home of the High Point Central High School and T. Wingate Andrews High School football and soccer events. The stadium was also the home of the Carolina Dynamo professional soccer team of the USL Premier Development League from 1996 to 1999, and the Carolina Phoenix women's football team at various times. The district encompasses 759 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, and 12 contributing structures in a predominantly middle- to upper-class residential section of High Point. They were built between 1903 and 1963 and include notable examples of Colonial Revival architecture, Tudor Revival architecture, and Bungalow / American Craftsman architecture. Located in the district and listed separately are the Lucy and J. Vassie Wilson House, Dr. C. S. Grayson House, Hardee Apartments, J. C. Siceloff House, John H. Adams House, and A. E. Taplin Apartment Building. Another notable building is the Sidney Halstead Tomlinson House (c. 1924).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
