Strzemieszyce Małe – a district (dzielnica) of Dąbrowa Górnicza (since 1975) in the Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. Located between Strzemieszyce Wielkie and Łosień, 10.8 km eastwards from the town center, separated from Strzemieszyce Wielkie by the National Road . Before 1973 an independent rural commune (gmina).

Strzemieszyce Wielkie (Hebrew: סצ'אמישיצה ויאלקה ) – a district (dzielnica) of Dąbrowa Górnicza (since 1975) in the Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. Located between the districts Reden and Strzemieszyce Małe, on the national road 94 between Katowice and Olkusz.

Katowice Steelworks (Polish: Huta Katowice) is a large steel plant, located in southern Poland, on the boundary between the historical provinces of Lesser Poland and Upper Silesia. The current name of the plant is ArcelorMittal Poland Dąbrowa Górnicza, and its previous names were Mittal Steel Poland, Ispat Polska Stal S.A., and Polskie Huty Stali S.A.. Contrary to its name, Katowice Steelworks is not located in the city of Katowice, but in Dąbrowa Górnicza, which is located east of Katowice.

Tucznawa (until 1960 called Tuczna Baba) is a district of the city of Dąbrowa Górnicza, in Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It was included within city limits in 1977. It is located 11.5 km (7.1 mi) south-east of the city centre and along the route Dąbrowa Górnicza – Zawiercie. Its neighbouring districts are: Sikorka and Bugaj. Tucznawa itself is divided into a few smaller parts: Smardz, Piaski, Rogatka, New Bugaj and Przymiarki (some sources recognize the last as a separate district). The majority of buildings in the district are single-family homes of country temper, with neighbouring gardens.

Szczakowa is a district of the Polish city of Jaworzno. It is located in the northern part of the city and is one of the most important rail hubs of the area. It was first mentioned in 1427 as Sczacowa. In the years 1933–1956, it was a separate town, but in 1956 it was merged into Jaworzno.During the German occupation (World War II), the occupiers operated the E732 forced labour subcamp of the Stalag VIII-B/344 prisoner-of-war camp for Allied POWs in Szczakowa.It is where the football club Szczakowianka Jaworzno comes and derives its name from.

Nowy Ujków [ˈnɔvɨ ˈui̯kuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bolesław, within Olkusz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) north-west of Bolesław, 9 km (6 mi) west of Olkusz, and 45 km (28 mi) north-west of the regional capital Kraków.

Pogoria is the name of four artificial lakes in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. The individual lakes are referred to as Pogoria I, Pogoria II, Pogoria III, and Pogoria IV. The lake Pogoria IV is also (officially) named Reservoir Kuźnica Warężyńska. The surface areas of the lakes are 0.75, 0.25, 2.05, and 5.60 km2, respectively. The lakes, particularly Pogoria I, are locally well known for their recreational utilization. Parts of Pogoria have a status of the "nature and landscape complex" within the legal framework of the protected areas of Poland. The name Pogoria is eponymous for Pogoria (ship) and Pogoria (train).

Krążek [ˈkrɔ̃ʐɛk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bolesław, within Olkusz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland.

Laski (Polish pronunciation: [ˈlaskʲi]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bolesław, within Olkusz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland.

Jaworzno [jaˈvɔʐnɔ] is a city in southern Poland, near Katowice. It lies in the Silesian Highlands, on the Przemsza river (a tributary of the Vistula). Jaworzno belongs to Lesser Poland and despite belonging to Silesian Voivodeship since 1999, Jaworzno is not part of Silesia. The city is situated in the Silesian Voivodeship since its formation in 1999, previously (1975–1999) it was in Katowice Voivodeship. Jaworzno is one of the cities of the 2,7 million conurbation – Katowice urban area and within a greater Silesian metropolitan area populated by about 5,294,000 people. The population of the city is 89,350 (2021).

Bukowno [buˈkɔvnɔ] is a town in Olkusz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland. Before 1975 it belonged to the Kraków Voivodeship and in 1975-1998 to the Katowice Voivodeship. Bukowno is located in western part of Lesser Poland Voivodeship, between Katowice and Kraków about 40 km (24.85 mi) away from both towns. As of December 2021, the town has a population of 9,876. Bukowno is situated on the Sztoła River, and belongs to the Jaworzno - Chrzanów Industrial District, which is part of historic Lesser Poland, and is located in the Lesser Polish Upland, amidst deciduous and coniferous forests. Bukowno is a major center of industry, with zinc and lead plants. The town has the area of 63 km2., of which 73% is forested. Bukowno is a rail hub, with rail connections to Olkusz, Kielce, Jaworzno and Katowice. It also is located along the Broad Gauge Metallurgy Line. Five kilometers north of town goes National Road Nr. 94.

Łazy [ˈwazɨ] is a town in Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. Until 1947 the town was the seat of the Rokitno Szlacheckie municipality. In the years 1975–1998 the town administratively belonged to the Katowice province. As of 2019, the town has 6,811 inhabitants. During World War II, German occupiers changed the name to Lazy then to Lasern without a legislative decree. Łazy belongs to the province of Lesser Poland, and since its foundation until the Partitions of Poland, it was part of Krakow Voivodeship.
