Graham Township is a township in Johnson County, Iowa, USA.

Henyon-Kasper-Duffy Barn is a historic building located south of Solon, Iowa, United States. The barn was built for Bradford "Hoss" Henyon in 1876. He owned this farm from 1848 until his death in 1879. He used the barn as a changing station for horses on both the stage route and the mail route on the Old Dubuque Road, which passed in front of the farm. James B. Kasper bought the farm from the Henyon's and his son John took over from him. They also housed horses in the barn. John's son-in-law Charles D Duffy bought the farm from John Kasper, his father in law, and then his son Chuck succeeded him in the operation. Charles Duffy and wife Joyce housed hogs and then began the Newport Valley Shorthorn cattle Charles is well known for. The barn is unusually tall for its time. In order to provide additional stability, it employs two tall canted (leaning) posts along with the more common vertical posts in its construction, which is unusual for a barn of this type. The canted posts support a secondary girt below the principal tie beam instead of the principal beam itself. The barn was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

The Roland and Marilyn Wehner House is a historic building located north of Iowa City, Iowa, United States. Local architect Roland Wehner designed this house for his own residence. Its architectural influence are the Usonian houses designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. In particular, Wehner was interested in creating a "modular, affordable, and organic design" for his home. This was his first Wrightian design out of college. The Wehner's bought the 2.33-acre (0.94 ha) property and moved their mobile home here in 1957. Because they had no children and limited funds, the main living pavilion and carport were completed in 1959. As the family grew the bedroom wing was added in 1964. The house is located on a wooded lot in a rural area. It follows an asymmetrical plan that is centered on the two-story living pavilion. The carport juts out to the northwest, the bedroom wing to the southwest, and the cantilevered deck to the east. Most of the windows face the east and south to take advantage of the sun, and to face away from the highway to the west. The exterior is composed of Anamosa Limestone and California Redwood siding. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

Oasis is an unincorporated community located in Johnson County, Iowa, United States. It lies within section 26 of Graham Township, and was once known as Graham, Iowa. It is part of the Iowa City, Iowa Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of 2005, the town had a total population of approximately 20. It contains several homes, a cemetery, and a functioning grain elevator. It was once a stop on the Burlington, Cedar Rapids and Northern Railway, later the CRI&P, whose bed has now become the Hoover Nature Trail which runs from Oasis to West Branch. West of town is the Oasis Cemetery. Oasis once featured a sign that greeted visitors, but it disappeared.

The district is mainly in Johnson County, with a small area in Linn County, and serves the town of Solon and surrounding areas, including the area around Lake MacBride.Dr. Davis Eidahl was hired as the superintendent in 2015.The school's mascot is the Spartans. Their colors are orange and black.

Solon is a city located in Johnson County, Iowa, United States. Part of the Iowa City, Iowa Metropolitan Statistical Area, it is located a few miles from Lake MacBride State Park and the larger cities of Coralville and Iowa City. The population was 3,018 at the time of the 2020 census.

The Cottage at Rock and Dubuque Streets is a historic building located in Solon, Iowa, United States. It is a good example of applying elements of the Queen Anne style to a small-scale residence. The railroad arrived in Solon in 1870, which allowed the availability of ready made millwork for its construction. It was built sometime after 1870. The 1½-story frame structure has two porches. They feature turned columns, posts, and simple turned gingerbread ornamentation. The cottage was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Turkey Creek is a stream in Johnson County, Iowa, in the United States.Turkey Creek was so named in the 1830s because a hunting ground for wild turkeys was located there.

KKRQ (100.7 FM) is a classic rock station in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City areas. Known as "100.7 The Fox," the station is operated by iHeartMedia and licensed to Iowa City, Iowa, with studios located in Cedar Rapids. Music on "100.7 The Fox" includes hits from the 1960s through the 1990s, and uses the slogan "The Corridor's Classic Rock". KKRQ broadcasts with a power of 100,000 watts, with transmitter and tower located outside its studios on the north side of Iowa City. Sister station KXIC (800 AM) is located in the same facility. On March 31, 2023 an EF-2 Tornado knocked down the station's radio tower forcing the station off of the air. The station plans on rebuilding their tower and using a temporary transmitter to broadcast in the meantime.

Saint Patrick's Church is a Catholic parish located at 4330 St. Patrick Drive in Iowa City, Iowa. The church is part of the Diocese of Davenport. The parish was formerly located at 228 East Court Street, near downtown Iowa City, before its church building was destroyed by a tornado in 2006.
