Szotkówka is a river of Poland, a tributary of the Olza near Godów. Its own tributaries include the Kolejówka.

Podbucze [pɔdˈbut͡ʂɛ] is a village in Gmina Godów, Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland. It lies close to the border with the Czech Republic.

It lies on the border with Poland, in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia. The Olza River flows through the village. Part of the river with its alluvium and surroundings is a unique environment with a fragile nature balance. In an otherwise industrialized and densely populated region, it is quite special, and hence is protected.

Godów [ˈɡɔduf] is a village and the seat of Gmina Godów, Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland. It lies near the border with the Czech Republic. The Olza River (German: Olsa) flows through the village's southern outskirts. It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of Wodzisław Śląski. Although it does not lie within the historical borders of Cieszyn Silesia, it is a part of Euroregion Cieszyn Silesia. Polish actor Franciszek Pieczka was born here.

Krostoszowice [krɔstɔʂɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in Gmina Godów, Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland. It lies near the border with the Czech Republic. It is approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north of Godów, 5 km (3 mi) south of Wodzisław Śląski, and 50 km (31 mi) south-west of the regional capital Katowice.

Gmina Godów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Godów. The gmina covers an area of 37.97 square kilometres (14.7 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 13,758.

Kolonia Fryderyk [kɔˈlɔɲa frɨˈdɛrɨk] is a village in Gmina Gorzyce, Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) north-east of Gorzyce, 5 km (3 mi) south-west of Wodzisław Śląski, and 52 km (32 mi) south-west of the regional capital Katowice. It was founded in 1911 as a coal mining settlement. Construction of the Friedrich - Schacht coal mine had begun in 1913 and it began operating for war purposes in 1916. It was closed in 1923.

Gorzyczki [ɡɔˈʐɨt͡ʂki] is a village in Gmina Gorzyce, Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship in southern Poland. It is situated on the border with the Czech Republic, 10 kilometers south from the county seat Wodzisław Śląski. The A1 motorway, which runs from the port city of Gdańsk in the north, ends on the border in Gorzyczki, where it is connected to the Czech D1 motorway.

(Polish: ) is a 31 km long river originating in Poland but flowing mostly through Karviná District, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic. It is the right tributary of the Olza River, to which it enters in Závada (part of Petrovice u Karviné). It begins in vicinity of Cieszyn (Pastwiska) and then flows north through Hażlach, Kończyce Wielkie, Kończyce Małe, Zebrzydowice, where it veers west towards Marklowice Górne, Dolní Marklovice, Petrovice u Karviné and Závada.

Dolní Lutyně (Polish: , German: Deutsch Leuten or Nieder Leuten) is a municipality and village in Karviná District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 5,300 inhabitants.

Dětmarovice (Czech: [ˈɟɛtmaroˌvɪtsɛ] ; Polish: , German: Dittmarsdorf, Dittmannsdorf) is a municipality and village in Karviná District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 4,400 inhabitants.

Turza Śląska [ˈtuʐa ˈɕlɔ̃ska] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gorzyce, within Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) northeast of Gorzyce, 3 km (2 mi) southwest of Wodzisław Śląski, and 51 km (32 mi) south-west of the regional capital Katowice.
