Brickell Avenue is a north–south road that is part of U.S. Route 1, in Miami, Florida, just south of the Miami River. North of the Brickell Avenue Bridge, U.S. Route 1 is known as Biscayne Boulevard. Brickell Avenue is the main road through the Brickell financial district of Downtown Miami and is considered the Park Avenue of Florida. Brickell Avenue is lined with high-rise office buildings and residential condominiums, as well as many banks and restaurants. It is also famed for "Millionaire Row's" home to a cluster of Miami's most expensive residences. It is a grid plan main north–south thoroughfare through the south part of Miami's central business district.

701 Brickell Avenue, is an office skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located on Brickell Avenue in the northern Brickell Financial District, just three blocks from Biscayne Bay. The tower was built in 1986 and opened as the Lincoln Center, it held that title until 2004. It currently goes by its address, which is 701 Brickell, because there was already a building in Miami at the time that claimed the Bank of America appellation, and therefore it could not take that name. However, that specific building has since been renamed the Miami Tower. The building is currently owned by TIAA–CREF, which purchased it in November 2002.

1010 Brickell is a residential high-rise in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It is located behind an office building at 1000 Brickell Avenue, adjacent to the Tenth Street Metromover station. Construction began in 2014 and required the demolition of an existing parking garage. The building is expected to rise about 548 feet (167 m) with 50 floors and nearly 400 units, with ceiling heights of 9.28 feet (2.83 m). The 5,600 cubic yards (4,300 m3) mat pour was completed on April 4, 2015.

Panorama Tower is a mixed-use 85-story skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. Located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, it is the tallest building in Miami, and the tallest building in Florida.Construction on Panorama Tower was put on hold during the 2007-2009 Great Recession. The project was revived in 2012 when owner Tibor Hollo hired Moshe Cosicher, AIA Architect, to redesign the project. In 2013, the project was revised; the 868-foot (265 m) tower includes residential, hotel, retail, and office space. Panorama Tower overtook the Four Seasons Hotel Miami as tallest when it topped out in late 2017. The project is the first development in the City of Miami to be funded in part by EB-5 visas. While the entire site was technically addressed 1101 Brickell Avenue, the building is actually located on the back of the lot, behind two existing office buildings, at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive. It is about two blocks from the Tenth Street Metromover station.

One Brickell City Centre is a proposed 80 story, 1,040 ft (317 m) office skyscraper in the city of Miami, Florida. The tower would be part of the existing nine-acre Brickell City Centre development. If built, One Brickell City Centre would be the tallest building in Miami and the Southeastern United States, surpassing the Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta. It would also surpass the height of the not yet constructed One Bayfront Plaza, which is approved at 1,010 ft (308 m) tall. Demolition on the existing structure is still underway as of January 2024.

Brickell City Centre, formerly known and still referred to as Eighth Street, is a Metromover station in the Brickell district of Downtown, Miami, Florida, 1 mile (1.6 km) east of Little Havana. This station is located on the Tamiami Trail (Southeast Eighth Street/US 41) near First Avenue. It opened to service May 26, 1994. Eighth Street station and its grounds received significant upgrades as part of Swire Properties' $1.05 billion Brickell City Centre project throughout its closure from August 2014 to November 2015. While the station reopened in 2015, the third floor connection to Brickell City Centre remained closed through October 2016.

Tenth Street Promenade is a Metromover station in the Brickell district of Downtown, Miami, Florida. This station located on Southwest First Avenue (SE First Ave on Google Maps and street signs say Brickell Plaza) and 10th Street, opening to service May 26, 1994. It serves Mary Brickell Village, Brickell City Centre, Premiere Towers, 1101 Brickell Building, and 1010 Brickell.

Avenue on Brickell is a residential high-rise complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida, United States. The project consists of two high-rise residential towers, Avenue on Brickell East Tower and Avenue on Brickell West Tower. Both towers were topped off in early 2007, and were structurally completed in late 2007. Avenue East Tower, the taller of the two buildings, stands at 495 feet (151 meters), with 47 floors and its entrance is on Brickell Avenue. Avenue West Tower is the shorter building of the complex, standing at 365 ft (111 m) with 35 floors and its entrance is on Southeast 1st Avenue, a block away from Brickell Avenue. Both buildings were designed by SB Architects.

The Brickell World Plaza, also known as 600 Brickell, and formerly known as the Brickell Financial Center, is an office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States in the downtown neighborhood and financial district of Brickell at 600 Brickell Avenue. The former Brickell Financial Center Phase I, the Brickell World Plaza is a 520-foot (160 m) skyscraper, one of the tallest buildings in Miami. 600 Brickell is located between the Sixth Street and Seventh Street Metromover stations.The building contains 600,000 square feet (56,000 m2) of leasable floor space, an eleven-story parking garage with 927 spaces, and a 30,000-square-foot (2,800 m2) ground level public plaza.

Brickell Flatiron is a residential skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. Brickell Flatiron is 736 feet (224 m) tall, 64 stories, and has 527-units. The luxury condominium is named "flatiron" due to the triangular lot it is built on, similar to the Flatiron Building in New York City. The 736-foot-high tower is currently the tallest condominium south of New York City.

The Shops at Mary Brickell Village is a lifestyle center located in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It has become a very popular downtown destination through bringing new stores and eateries to the area. Mary Brickell Village is served by the Miami Metrorail at Brickell Station and by the Metromover.

The Bond on Brickell is a 44-story, 328-unit residential skyscraper at 1080 Brickell Avenue. The building is located near the Tenth Street Metromover station and the Brickell Metrorail station. The development was a collaboration between Rilea Group and MDR Toledo. The first condominium project planned for Brickell Avenue after the 2007-09 recession, the project broke ground on January 28, 2014, and was completed in September 2016. By April 2017, the property was completely sold out.Nichols Architects (NBWW at the time) designed The Bond to align with the mid-block characteristics of its site. This involved filling the sky void and establishing "living blocks" within the overall mass of the building. Loguer Design, a Mexican-based firm, joined the team to insert James Bond and other British themes on the interior spaces. The building features a Terry O’Neill Photo Collection, a lobby with an Abbey Road entrance and 20’ Bond Topiary. The luxury residences range from studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, to exclusive lofts and penthouses. Amenities include a zero-edge lap pool, health and wellness fitness center, library, children’s learning center, wet bar and kitchen, private cabanas and Jacuzzi area.
