Brickell Avenue

701 Brickell Avenue, is an office skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located on Brickell Avenue in the northern Brickell Financial District, just three blocks from Biscayne Bay. The tower was built in 1986 and opened as the Lincoln Center, it held that title until 2004. It currently goes by its address, which is 701 Brickell, because there was already a building in Miami at the time that claimed the Bank of America appellation, and therefore it could not take that name. However, that specific building has since been renamed the Miami Tower. The building is currently owned by TIAA–CREF, which purchased it in November 2002.

One Brickell City Centre is a proposed 80 story, 1,040 ft (317 m) office skyscraper in the city of Miami, Florida. The tower would be part of the existing nine-acre Brickell City Centre development. If built, One Brickell City Centre would be the tallest building in Miami and the Southeastern United States, surpassing the Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta. It would also surpass the height of the not yet constructed One Bayfront Plaza, which is approved at 1,010 ft (308 m) tall. Demolition on the existing structure is still underway as of January 2024.

Plaza on Brickell is an urban development in Miami, Florida, United States. The complex consists of two skyscrapers and a retail center at the base, connecting the two towers. The towers completed construction in late 2007. The Plaza on Brickell Tower I, the taller of the two buildings, rises 186 metres (610 ft) and 56 floors. The Plaza on Brickell Tower II is 525 feet (160 m) tall, and has 43 floors. The two towers, although different in height, are twin towers in design. Both are built on land at the corner of Brickell Avenue and Southeast 9th Street, in the northern Brickell Financial District. The architecture of the complex was designed by Nichols Architects, a Coral Gables firm formerly known as NBWW (Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolf & Associates). The Plaza on Brickell is in a great location that is very walker friendly with quick access to The Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Brickell Key.

Brickell City Centre, formerly known and still referred to as Eighth Street, is a Metromover station in the Brickell district of Downtown, Miami, Florida, 1 mile (1.6 km) east of Little Havana. This station is located on the Tamiami Trail (Southeast Eighth Street/US 41) near First Avenue. It opened to service May 26, 1994. Eighth Street station and its grounds received significant upgrades as part of Swire Properties' $1.05 billion Brickell City Centre project throughout its closure from August 2014 to November 2015. While the station reopened in 2015, the third floor connection to Brickell City Centre remained closed through October 2016.

The Brickell World Plaza, also known as 600 Brickell, and formerly known as the Brickell Financial Center, is an office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States in the downtown neighborhood and financial district of Brickell at 600 Brickell Avenue. The former Brickell Financial Center Phase I, the Brickell World Plaza is a 520-foot (160 m) skyscraper, one of the tallest buildings in Miami. 600 Brickell is located between the Sixth Street and Seventh Street Metromover stations.The building contains 600,000 square feet (56,000 m2) of leasable floor space, an eleven-story parking garage with 927 spaces, and a 30,000-square-foot (2,800 m2) ground level public plaza.

First Presbyterian Church is a historic church in Miami, Florida, USA. It is located at 609 Brickell Avenue in Greater Downtown Miami. Built in 1949, it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989 (submitted in 1988), and designated historic by the City of Miami in 2003. The congregation dates back as far as the city of Miami, 1896, with the original building on another property being funded by Henry Flagler in 1900. The architect of the current building was Lester Geisler. The building represents a late example of the Mediterranean Revival architecture, popular in South Florida earlier in the century. The building sits on a three-acre property surrounded by high-rises. Built for a congregation of over 1,000, church membership dwindled from 1400 to less than 150 by the early aughts.In 2018, under the leadership of Pastor Christopher Atwood, the church incurred a $7.1 million tax bill by the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser. This is due to claims that the church leased the property to for-profit entities such as a school and food trucks thus violating the religious exception rule.In 2023, a proposal moved forward to build an 80 storey supertall skyscraper on the waterfront behind the church, replacing a surface lot, while the church would be preserved and partially expanded into the new tower. 609 Brickell Avenue - The Skyscraper Center

500 Brickell is a residential complex in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. The complex consists of two condominium towers, 500 Brickell West Tower and 500 Brickell East Tower. The two buildings were designed as twin towers, and rise 426 feet (130 meters), with 42 floors. Both skyscrapers were designed by the Arquitectonica architectural firm and the complex was developed by Thomas Kramer's Portofino Group in partnership with the Related Group of Florida. The towers' construction began in April 2005, was topped out in mid-2007 and was completed in 2008. MyBrickell: From 2012 to 2014 a smaller building named myBrickell was built directly to the west of 500 Brickell, on the same lot. It has no parking built in, but is connected to the pedestal of 500 Brickell via skybridge. It was the first high-rise building built in Miami after the Great Recession, and sold out in 2014.

The Brickell Mausoleum is a historic mausoleum located in Miami, Florida at 501 Brickell Avenue. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

SLS Lux is a 58-story skyscraper luxury apartment building and hotel in the Brickell district of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The building consists of 438 condo units and 86 hotel-condo units set atop a parking pedestal. SLS Lux is located at South Miami Avenue and Southeast Eighth Street, across from Brickell City Centre, at 801 South Miami Avenue. It is regarded as one of the best apartment buildings in its neighborhood by residents, with an array of opulent features from marble flooring throughout the common areas, two rooftop pools, an on-site spa and gym, private elevators to each residence, top-of-the-line appliances, modern finishes and 24 hour security and valet service.

Brickell City Centre is a large mixed-use complex consisting of two residential high-rise towers, two office buildings, a high-rise hotel, and an interconnected five-story shopping mall and lifestyle center covering 9 acres (36,000 m2) located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, Florida. Situated at the junction of Miami Avenue and Eighth Street, it spans up to five blocks to the west of Brickell Avenue and to the south of the Miami River. Contrary to the name, the development is not in the traditional downtown Miami city centre, but in the more recently redeveloped financial district of Brickell. The retail shopping and lifestyle center is operated by Simon Malls. Brickell City Centre, which cost an estimated $1.05 billion, was completed in 2016. It was first proposed during the real estate bubble of the 2000s, but then cancelled during the economic downturn following the Great Recession. It was revived in 2012 with enough acreage to qualify for Special Area Plan (SAP) zoning with construction beginning by year's end. The hotel and residential towers, as well as some office space, opened in 2016. Phased retail openings started in November 2016.

1010 Brickell is a residential high-rise in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It is located behind an office building at 1000 Brickell Avenue, adjacent to the Tenth Street Metromover station. Construction began in 2014 and required the demolition of an existing parking garage. The building is expected to rise about 548 feet (167 m) with 50 floors and nearly 400 units, with ceiling heights of 9.28 feet (2.83 m). The 5,600 cubic yards (4,300 m3) mat pour was completed on April 4, 2015.

The Shops at Mary Brickell Village is a lifestyle center located in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It has become a very popular downtown destination through bringing new stores and eateries to the area. Mary Brickell Village is served by the Miami Metrorail at Brickell Station and by the Metromover.
