Avenue on Brickell

The Bond on Brickell is a 44-story, 328-unit residential skyscraper at 1080 Brickell Avenue. The building is located near the Tenth Street Metromover station and the Brickell Metrorail station. The development was a collaboration between Rilea Group and MDR Toledo. The first condominium project planned for Brickell Avenue after the 2007-09 recession, the project broke ground on January 28, 2014, and was completed in September 2016. By April 2017, the property was completely sold out.Nichols Architects (NBWW at the time) designed The Bond to align with the mid-block characteristics of its site. This involved filling the sky void and establishing "living blocks" within the overall mass of the building. Loguer Design, a Mexican-based firm, joined the team to insert James Bond and other British themes on the interior spaces. The building features a Terry O’Neill Photo Collection, a lobby with an Abbey Road entrance and 20’ Bond Topiary. The luxury residences range from studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, to exclusive lofts and penthouses. Amenities include a zero-edge lap pool, health and wellness fitness center, library, children’s learning center, wet bar and kitchen, private cabanas and Jacuzzi area.

Tenth Street Promenade is a Metromover station in the Brickell district of Downtown, Miami, Florida. This station located on Southwest First Avenue (SE First Ave on Google Maps and street signs say Brickell Plaza) and 10th Street, opening to service May 26, 1994. It serves Mary Brickell Village, Brickell City Centre, Premiere Towers, 1101 Brickell Building, and 1010 Brickell.

1010 Brickell is a residential high-rise in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It is located behind an office building at 1000 Brickell Avenue, adjacent to the Tenth Street Metromover station. Construction began in 2014 and required the demolition of an existing parking garage. The building is expected to rise about 548 feet (167 m) with 50 floors and nearly 400 units, with ceiling heights of 9.28 feet (2.83 m). The 5,600 cubic yards (4,300 m3) mat pour was completed on April 4, 2015.

The Martina Apartments were a historic site in Miami, Florida. They were located at 1023 South Miami Avenue. On January 4, 1989, they were added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, but then they were demolished sometime before 2002.

The Villa Magna Condominium Complex was an urban development that was planned to rise on a 2.5-acre (1.0-hectare) plot in Brickell, downtown Miami, Florida. It was approved in 2006 by the city council and the Federal Aviation Administration and construction was slated to begin in April 2007. The ending date was approximated to be late 2008 or early 2009; however, the housing crisis of the late 2000s halted the project. The project was revived as The Towers by Foster + Partners in 2016, after FAA approval of supertall heights (>1,000 ft). Done in the early 2020s the site was sold again to Citadel Group who planned a move to Miami from Chicago.

Brickell Flatiron is a residential skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. Brickell Flatiron is 736 feet (224 m) tall, 64 stories, and has 527-units. The luxury condominium is named "flatiron" due to the triangular lot it is built on, similar to the Flatiron Building in New York City. The 736-foot-high tower is currently the tallest condominium south of New York City.

1100 Millecento (previously The Pointe at Brickell Village) is a high-rise residential building in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It rises to 470 feet (143 m) with 42 floors. The Pointe was approved by the City of Miami and was scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. The building was planned to rise 442 feet (135 meters), with 42 floors. The Pointe at Brickell Village was one of several proposed residential developments during the city's recent "Manhattanization" wave. It was scheduled to be completed by 2009, but was cancelled due to the United States housing market correction.

Panorama Tower is a mixed-use 85-story skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. Located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, it is the tallest building in Miami, and the tallest building in Florida.Construction on Panorama Tower was put on hold during the 2007-2009 Great Recession. The project was revived in 2012 when owner Tibor Hollo hired Moshe Cosicher, AIA Architect, to redesign the project. In 2013, the project was revised; the 868-foot (265 m) tower includes residential, hotel, retail, and office space. Panorama Tower overtook the Four Seasons Hotel Miami as tallest when it topped out in late 2017. The project is the first development in the City of Miami to be funded in part by EB-5 visas. While the entire site was technically addressed 1101 Brickell Avenue, the building is actually located on the back of the lot, behind two existing office buildings, at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive. It is about two blocks from the Tenth Street Metromover station.

The Fire Station No. 4 is a historic fire station in Miami, Florida. It is located at 1000 South Miami Avenue. On March 8, 1984, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. In October 2007, it became the home of the restaurant "Dolores but you can call me Lolita".

The 1221 Brickell Building is a high-rise tower in downtown Miami, Florida. It is located in the Brickell area of Miami's financial district. It is on Brickell Avenue near Southeast 12th Street, three blocks west of Biscayne Bay. The building is known for its all-glass, tiered sides, and was completed in 1986. In 2005, the building lost many glass panels during Hurricane Wilma. It provides more than 600,000 square feet (56,000 m2) of floor space, is 365 feet (111 m) tall, and has 28 floors. It is used entirely for offices and is one of Brickell's financial centers.

Vue at Brickell is a residential tower in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. Built in 2004, it is part of the recent building boom in Miami. The building consists of condominiums, as well as restaurants and other retail stores. It contains 37 floors, and is 423 ft (129 m) tall. The address is 1250 South Miami Avenue. The building is located near the Mary Brickell Village shopping area, on South Miami Avenue between 12th and 13th (Coral Way) Streets. It is located in the southwestern Brickell Financial District, about three blocks west of Biscayne Bay.

The Sabadell Financial Center is an office building in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The tower is 430 feet (130 m) in height and has 31 floors. It is located in the northern Brickell Financial District of Miami, on Brickell Avenue and Southeast 12th Street. Built in 2000, the building is over 95% office space, with the ground floor dedicated to retail. The intersection at which the building is located is an exceptionally low spot in Brickell that rounds to 0 feet (0 m) above sea level, and is therefore prone to tidal flooding during king tides, storm surges or other exceptionally high tides.
