Tenth Street Promenade is a Metromover station in the Brickell district of Downtown, Miami, Florida. This station located on Southwest First Avenue (SE First Ave on Google Maps and street signs say Brickell Plaza) and 10th Street, opening to service May 26, 1994. It serves Mary Brickell Village, Brickell City Centre, Premiere Towers, 1101 Brickell Building, and 1010 Brickell.

Brickell Flatiron is a residential skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. Brickell Flatiron is 736 feet (224 m) tall, 64 stories, and has 527-units. The luxury condominium is named "flatiron" due to the triangular lot it is built on, similar to the Flatiron Building in New York City. The 736-foot-high tower is currently the tallest condominium south of New York City.

The Martina Apartments were a historic site in Miami, Florida. They were located at 1023 South Miami Avenue. On January 4, 1989, they were added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, but then they were demolished sometime before 2002.

Avenue on Brickell is a residential high-rise complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida, United States. The project consists of two high-rise residential towers, Avenue on Brickell East Tower and Avenue on Brickell West Tower. Both towers were topped off in early 2007, and were structurally completed in late 2007. Avenue East Tower, the taller of the two buildings, stands at 495 feet (151 meters), with 47 floors and its entrance is on Brickell Avenue. Avenue West Tower is the shorter building of the complex, standing at 365 ft (111 m) with 35 floors and its entrance is on Southeast 1st Avenue, a block away from Brickell Avenue. Both buildings were designed by SB Architects.

The Fire Station No. 4 is a historic fire station in Miami, Florida. It is located at 1000 South Miami Avenue. On March 8, 1984, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. In October 2007, it became the home of the restaurant "Dolores but you can call me Lolita".

The Bond on Brickell is a 44-story, 328-unit residential skyscraper at 1080 Brickell Avenue. The building is located near the Tenth Street Metromover station and the Brickell Metrorail station. The development was a collaboration between Rilea Group and MDR Toledo. The first condominium project planned for Brickell Avenue after the 2007-09 recession, the project broke ground on January 28, 2014, and was completed in September 2016. By April 2017, the property was completely sold out.Nichols Architects (NBWW at the time) designed The Bond to align with the mid-block characteristics of its site. This involved filling the sky void and establishing "living blocks" within the overall mass of the building. Loguer Design, a Mexican-based firm, joined the team to insert James Bond and other British themes on the interior spaces. The building features a Terry O’Neill Photo Collection, a lobby with an Abbey Road entrance and 20’ Bond Topiary. The luxury residences range from studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, to exclusive lofts and penthouses. Amenities include a zero-edge lap pool, health and wellness fitness center, library, children’s learning center, wet bar and kitchen, private cabanas and Jacuzzi area.

The Shops at Mary Brickell Village is a lifestyle center located in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It has become a very popular downtown destination through bringing new stores and eateries to the area. Mary Brickell Village is served by the Miami Metrorail at Brickell Station and by the Metromover.

1100 Millecento (previously The Pointe at Brickell Village) is a high-rise residential building in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It rises to 470 feet (143 m) with 42 floors. The Pointe was approved by the City of Miami and was scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. The building was planned to rise 442 feet (135 meters), with 42 floors. The Pointe at Brickell Village was one of several proposed residential developments during the city's recent "Manhattanization" wave. It was scheduled to be completed by 2009, but was cancelled due to the United States housing market correction.

Plaza on Brickell is an urban development in Miami, Florida, United States. The complex consists of two skyscrapers and a retail center at the base, connecting the two towers. The towers completed construction in late 2007. The Plaza on Brickell Tower I, the taller of the two buildings, rises 186 metres (610 ft) and 56 floors. The Plaza on Brickell Tower II is 525 feet (160 m) tall, and has 43 floors. The two towers, although different in height, are twin towers in design. Both are built on land at the corner of Brickell Avenue and Southeast 9th Street, in the northern Brickell Financial District. The architecture of the complex was designed by Nichols Architects, a Coral Gables firm formerly known as NBWW (Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolf & Associates). The Plaza on Brickell is in a great location that is very walker friendly with quick access to The Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Brickell Key.

Panorama Tower is a mixed-use 85-story skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. Located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, it is the tallest building in Miami, and the tallest building in Florida.Construction on Panorama Tower was put on hold during the 2007-2009 Great Recession. The project was revived in 2012 when owner Tibor Hollo hired Moshe Cosicher, AIA Architect, to redesign the project. In 2013, the project was revised; the 868-foot (265 m) tower includes residential, hotel, retail, and office space. Panorama Tower overtook the Four Seasons Hotel Miami as tallest when it topped out in late 2017. The project is the first development in the City of Miami to be funded in part by EB-5 visas. While the entire site was technically addressed 1101 Brickell Avenue, the building is actually located on the back of the lot, behind two existing office buildings, at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive. It is about two blocks from the Tenth Street Metromover station.

SLS Lux is a 58-story skyscraper luxury apartment building and hotel in the Brickell district of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The building consists of 438 condo units and 86 hotel-condo units set atop a parking pedestal. SLS Lux is located at South Miami Avenue and Southeast Eighth Street, across from Brickell City Centre, at 801 South Miami Avenue. It is regarded as one of the best apartment buildings in its neighborhood by residents, with an array of opulent features from marble flooring throughout the common areas, two rooftop pools, an on-site spa and gym, private elevators to each residence, top-of-the-line appliances, modern finishes and 24 hour security and valet service.

Axis at Brickell Village is a high-rise building complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. The complex, designed by the renowned Arquitectonica architecture firm, consists of two residential twin towers, Axis at Brickell Village North Tower and Axis at Brickell Village South Tower. Both towers were topped off in mid-2007, meaning that they have reached their final heights and were completed in 2008. The towers rise 418 feet (127 meters) each, with 40 floors. They are among the tallest buildings in Miami. The buildings are located at 1100 Southwest 1st Avenue. Axis on Brickell is located immediately adjacent to the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover station.
