Mary Brickell Village

The Fire Station No. 4 is a historic fire station in Miami, Florida. It is located at 1000 South Miami Avenue. On March 8, 1984, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. In October 2007, it became the home of the restaurant "Dolores but you can call me Lolita".

SLS Lux is a 58-story skyscraper luxury apartment building and hotel in the Brickell district of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The building consists of 438 condo units and 86 hotel-condo units set atop a parking pedestal. SLS Lux is located at South Miami Avenue and Southeast Eighth Street, across from Brickell City Centre, at 801 South Miami Avenue. It is regarded as one of the best apartment buildings in its neighborhood by residents, with an array of opulent features from marble flooring throughout the common areas, two rooftop pools, an on-site spa and gym, private elevators to each residence, top-of-the-line appliances, modern finishes and 24 hour security and valet service.

Brickell Flatiron is a residential skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. Brickell Flatiron is 736 feet (224 m) tall, 64 stories, and has 527-units. The luxury condominium is named "flatiron" due to the triangular lot it is built on, similar to the Flatiron Building in New York City. The 736-foot-high tower is currently the tallest condominium south of New York City.

Brickell Heights are two twin towers in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Together, the towers have 690 units with a ground floor Equinox Gym. Ground for the towers was broken in 2014 following the groundbreaking of SLS Brickell.The project was originally announced as The Premiere Towers during the 2000s' building boom but was cancelled due to financial reasons caused by the Great Recession. The project was re-announced by Related in October 2013 as Brickell Heights. A third tower, SLS Lux, is across Miami Avenue to the east. The site is about one block north of the Tenth Street Metromover Station. The project is directly adjacent on the east side of a 1980s office building, the Brickell Bayview Center, which is now nearly surrounded by high rises.

Tenth Street Promenade is a Metromover station in the Brickell district of Downtown, Miami, Florida. This station located on Southwest First Avenue (SE First Ave on Google Maps and street signs say Brickell Plaza) and 10th Street, opening to service May 26, 1994. It serves Mary Brickell Village, Brickell City Centre, Premiere Towers, 1101 Brickell Building, and 1010 Brickell.

1010 Brickell is a residential high-rise in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It is located behind an office building at 1000 Brickell Avenue, adjacent to the Tenth Street Metromover station. Construction began in 2014 and required the demolition of an existing parking garage. The building is expected to rise about 548 feet (167 m) with 50 floors and nearly 400 units, with ceiling heights of 9.28 feet (2.83 m). The 5,600 cubic yards (4,300 m3) mat pour was completed on April 4, 2015.

The Martina Apartments were a historic site in Miami, Florida. They were located at 1023 South Miami Avenue. On January 4, 1989, they were added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, but then they were demolished sometime before 2002.

Brickell Bayview Center, also known as the Brickell City Tower, is a skyscraper in the Brickell financial district of Miami, Florida, USA, at 80 SW 8th Street. The building is about 330 feet (100 m) with 30 floors and was designed in 1984 by South Miami architectural firm, Hatcher, Zeigler, Gunn and Associates for the Japanese Development Corporation, originally as the World Trade Center Miami Tower. Completed in 1986, the floor-to-ceiling glass facade building once stood alone on the western side of Brickell, which at the time was home to mostly office towers and older low-rise residential buildings. After two residential high-rise building booms, the first in the 2000s, concurrent with the 2000s real estate bubble, and the second in the mid 2010s and early 2020s, the building was virtually surrounded by taller buildings. Solitair Brickell required demolishing a parking ramp to the base of the building to the northeast, Brickell Heights was built directly adjacent to the east, and Nine at Mary Brickell Village was built directly to the south of the building. To the west, even West Brickell saw significant mid-rise development in the 2010s, such as the West Brickell View low income senior housing two blocks to the west. In 2023, another building, the Brickell Gateway Tower, was proposed between it and Solitair. It is adjacent to the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover station. The building is also known as the Chase Building, naming rights for anchor tenant Chase Bank, which has a branch on the ground floor. It was once one of the tallest buildings in Miami until the mid 2000s, but by 2023 wouldn't even be in the top 150. The 285,595-square-foot (26,532.6 m2) building was sold in 2013 for US$70 million. The building was sold again in October 2018 for $117.25 million to the real estate arm of New York Life Insurance Company.

1100 Millecento (previously The Pointe at Brickell Village) is a high-rise residential building in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It rises to 470 feet (143 m) with 42 floors. The Pointe was approved by the City of Miami and was scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. The building was planned to rise 442 feet (135 meters), with 42 floors. The Pointe at Brickell Village was one of several proposed residential developments during the city's recent "Manhattanization" wave. It was scheduled to be completed by 2009, but was cancelled due to the United States housing market correction.

Solitair Brickell is a high-rise apartment building in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida, USA. It contains 420 apartments and is about 555 feet (169 m) high with 48 floors when completed in 2017. The building was built in the place of a ramp to a parking garage to an adjacent 1980s office building known as the Brickell Bayview Center during a wave of high-rise residential development in the Greater Downtown Miami area in the 2010s. The building is adjacent to Brickell City Centre, a large mixed-use development completed in 2016.

Axis at Brickell Village is a high-rise building complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. The complex, designed by the renowned Arquitectonica architecture firm, consists of two residential twin towers, Axis at Brickell Village North Tower and Axis at Brickell Village South Tower. Both towers were topped off in mid-2007, meaning that they have reached their final heights and were completed in 2008. The towers rise 418 feet (127 meters) each, with 40 floors. They are among the tallest buildings in Miami. The buildings are located at 1100 Southwest 1st Avenue. Axis on Brickell is located immediately adjacent to the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover station.

Brickell City Centre, formerly known and still referred to as Eighth Street, is a Metromover station in the Brickell district of Downtown, Miami, Florida, 1 mile (1.6 km) east of Little Havana. This station is located on the Tamiami Trail (Southeast Eighth Street/US 41) near First Avenue. It opened to service May 26, 1994. Eighth Street station and its grounds received significant upgrades as part of Swire Properties' $1.05 billion Brickell City Centre project throughout its closure from August 2014 to November 2015. While the station reopened in 2015, the third floor connection to Brickell City Centre remained closed through October 2016.
