The Eurovea Tower is a high-rise residential skyscraper in Bratislava, Slovakia. The building was inaugurated in 2022 and stands at 168 metres (551 ft) tall, being divided into 46 floors. It is the tallest building in Slovakia and the first-ever skyscraper built in the country. The building is part of Eurovea complex.

The Panorama City Towers are a residential complex of skyscrapers in Bratislava, Slovakia. The buildings are equally didived into 34 floors, while they slightly differ in height, standing at 112.6 metres (369 ft) tall (Tower 1) and 112.2 metres (368 ft) tall (Tower 2), both being topped out in 2015 and inaugurated in 2016. Tower I is the third tallest residential building in Slovakia after the Klingerka. Both of the buildings were the tallest in the country between 2015 and 2020.

Jurkovič Heating Plant (Jurkovičova Tepláreň, originally known as Bratislava heating plant) is a reconstruction of an old functionalist building of Bratislava heating plant in the Old Town, which was designed by Dušan Jurkovič, as a part of the former industrial area of the city. Today, it houses BASE co-working center, a café, a restaurant and a gallery.

Sky Park is a mixed-use building complex under construction in Bratislava, Slovakia. It is composed of one main residential tower which is set to reach a height of 119 metres (390 ft) tall upon its completion in 2027, four identical lower-rise residential towers measuring 105 metres (355 ft) tall, one office tower measuring 79 metres (259 ft) tall and renovated National cultural monument Jurkovič Heating Plant by famous Slovak architect Dušan Jurkovič.

Apollo Bridge (Slovak: Most Apollo, provisionally known as Most Košická during construction, after the street leading to it) in Bratislava is a road bridge over the Danube in the capital of Slovakia. It is located between the Starý most and Prístavný most Bridges, a site which allowed almost perpendicular bridging, resulting in the shortest possible span.Construction of the bridge began in 2003. The bridge was opened to the public on September 5, 2005. It is named for the "Apollo" (modern successor: Slovnaft) oil refinery which was situated on the left river bank in this area before World War II. Its curved lines, inclined arches and virtual absence of right angles make the geometric shape of the bridge very sophisticated. In an unprecedented maneuver, the 5,240-ton steel structure, spanning 231 metres, was rotated across the river from its construction site on the left bank into its final position on a pillar 40 metres from the right bank. The Apollo Bridge was the only European project named one of five finalists for the 2006 Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award (OPAL Award) by the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Nivy Station (Slovak: Stanica Nivy), also known as Nivy Centrum, Bus station Nivy (Slovak: Autobusová stanica Nivy), or simply Nivy, is a multifunctional building consisting of a bus station, a shopping center and a market on Mlynské nivy street in Nivy, Ružinov, a borough of Bratislava, Slovakia. The building is located on the site of the original Bratislava Central Bus Station, which was demolished at the end of 2017, and the tentative completion date was originally set for 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the grand opening took place on 30 September 2021. At 3:00 am, the first bus left the station. The construction was carried out by the company HB Reavis, which also constructed a new urban zone called Nové Nivy, in which the complex is located.

The Nivy Tower is a high-rise office skyscraper in Bratislava, Slovakia. Inaugurated in 2020, the building stands at 125 metres (410 ft) tall, being divided into 29 floors, and is the second tallest building in Bratislava and subsequently in Slovakia. The tower was the tallest building in Slovakia between 2020 and 2023, being succeeded by the Eurovea Tower.

The Klingerka Residential Tower or simply known as Klingerka is a residential skyscraper in Bratislava, Slovakia. The tower stands at 116 metres (381 ft) tall and was built between 2019 and 2022. It is the third tallest building in Slovakia and the second tallest residential, being succeeded by the Eurovea Tower.

Bratislava Central Bus Station (Slovak: Autobusová stanica Mlynské nivy) was the main bus transport interchange in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. It served both domestic and international intercity bus service. The station building was constructed from 1975 to 1983 in the Nivy neighborhood of the Ružinov borough. It was opened on 15 August 1983 and closed for redevelopment in 2018. The author of the building design and original interior is Valéria Triznová. The station featured numerous shops, fast food kiosks and a restaurant. The bus stands were open 24/7 and the station building closed at 23:00 each night and opened at 04:00 the next day. Slovak real-estate development company HB Reavis bought the building to redevelop it as part of its Stanica Nivy project, itself part of a larger development called the Twin City. Construction started in 2018 and finished on 30 September 2021. During construction, a temporary bus terminal was established nearby on Bottova Street.After less than 4 years of construction (over 1 year lost due to Covid restriction, including months with ban on interior shopping), new modern Bratislava's Nivy bus station was inaugurated on 30 September 2021.

The VÚB Centrála (also known as Vseobecne Uverova Banka) is a high-rise office skyscraper in Bratislava, Slovakia. Standing at 88.1 m (289 ft) tall with a total of 23 floors, the building was inaugurated in 1996 and it currently serves as the headquarters of the Všeobecná úverová banka (Vúb Banka).

Eurovea is a business, retail and residential complex in Bratislava, Slovakia, in the Pribinova Zone at the border of Old Town and the borough or Ružinov, between the Old Bridge and the Apollo Bridge, bordered by Pribinova street from the north and the river Danube from the south. Eurovea connects the Bratislava Riverfront with the city center and offers stores and leisure time facilities while housing businesses, apartments and a Sheraton hotel. Phase I of the Eurovea complex was developed by Ballymore Properties at the cost of €350 million and it opened after four years of construction in 2010.Eurovea Phase II will feature the first skyscraper Eurovea Tower in Slovakia with projected height of 168 meters and 46 floors above the ground with the whole investment estimated at approximately €300 million. Construction is scheduled to start at the end of 2019 and finish at the end of 2022. As of June 2023 the Eurovea tower is shortly before completion.

City Business Center is a complex of five buildings in the Bratislava city district Staré mesto (Old town), first two finished in 2006 and 2007. The complex is bordered by the Karadžičova street and Dostrojevského rad street, in the area known as Central Business District where more office and business complex projects are now being developed. Originally the complex was to include four administrative (office) buildings and one residential building. The purpose of the last building, CBC V, was changed from residential to office after restarting the construction of second phase. Complex construction consists of two phases. First includes the CBC I, a 107-meter, 25-floor office tower (completed in April 2007) and CBC II, an 8-floor low rise building (completed in November 2006). Construction of the second phase was started in 2008, but after the excavation work was done the construction was put on hold until 2009, when work on the remaining three buildings resumed. CBC III, IV and V offer additional 23,200 m2 (249,700 sq ft) of leasable area for office and retail. In March 2014 HB Reavis Group sold three of the five buildings (CBC III, IV and V) to the company Tatra Asset Management, Tatra Banka subsidiary.
