Brno-jih (lit. 'Brno-South') is a city district of Brno in the Czech Republic. The current city district was established on 24 November 1990. It is made up of the cadastral territories of Dolní Heršpice, Horní Heršpice, Komárov, Přízřenice and a small part of Trnitá. The total area amounts to 12.77 km2. About 9,000 people live here.

The AZ Tower is a high rise building in the city of Brno, Czech Republic. The tower is 111 m (364 ft) tall, and it has 30 floors. It is currently the tallest building in the Czech Republic. Construction of the building commenced in 2011 and completed in April 2013. The building has a floor area of over 17,000 m2 (180,000 sq ft). It is utilized for office, retail and residential purposes. The AZ Tower is located on Pražákova street in the city district Brno-center. M-Palace and Spielberk Towers are located near the building. The Spielberk Tower B used to be the tallest building in Brno until the AZ tower was built.

The South Moravian Region (Czech: Jihomoravský kraj; German: Südmährische Region, pronounced [zyːtˈmɛːʁɪʃə ʁeˈɡi̯oːn]; Slovak: Juhomoravský kraj), or just South Moravia, is an administrative unit (kraj) of the Czech Republic, located in the south-western part of its historical region of Moravia (an exception is Jobova Lhota which traditionally belongs to Bohemia). M-Palace (Czech: M-Palác) is a high-rise building in Brno, Czech Republic. The building is 60 meters high and it is one of the tallest buildings in Brno. The building consists of a sixteen-floors tower and two-floors building. The tower is mainly used for offices and in the two floors building is a shopping mall. There is a restaurant on the top floor of the tower with a panoramic view of the city. Construction of the building was started in 1994 and the building was opened in 1997. The building is located on Heršpická street. In the near of the building are located AZ Tower and Spielberk Towers.

Brno-Tuřany is a city district in Brno, Czech Republic, located in the southeastern part of the city. It is made up of the cadastral territories of Brněnské Ivanovice, Dvorska, Holásky and Tuřany. The total area is 17.84 km². The city district was established on November 24, 1990, its office is located in Tuřany. About 5,900 inhabitants live here. It is known for the Brno-Tuřany Airport. For the purposes of the senate elections, Brno-Tuřany is included in electoral district number 58 of Brno-City District.
