The Arizona Hotel is a historic two-story building in Tucson, Arizona. It was built in 1917 for Luke G. Radulovich, an investor. Wells Fargo used to have a branch on the first floor. In the 1970s, the hotel was frequented by prostitutes.The facade was designed by architect Henry O. Jaastad in the Classical Revival style in 1918, and he redesigned it in 1933. The building has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 12, 2003.

MacArthur Building, Tucson is a three-story, 22,661-square-foot building in downtown Tucson, Arizona. It was originally named the Hotel Heidel in 1907 and was remodeled into the MacArthur Hotel in 1944. The hotel included a restaurant, saloon and barbershop and was built to serve passengers arriving via the Southern Pacific Railroad Depot. The hotel closed in 1979 and was renovated for office use in 1985.The city bought the MacArthur Building for $2.9 million in 2005 for possible use in the Depot Plaza housing project immediately to the south, but the property was not incorporated. In 2008, the city sold the building to Madden Media.

The J. C. Penney–Chicago Store is a historic department store building in downtown Tucson, Arizona. Built in 1903 for the Los Angeles Furniture Co, it housed J. C. Penney by July 25, 1942. In 1957, after J. C. Penney moved to the west side of Stone Avenue just north of Pennington Street, Aaronson Brothers moved in. The Chicago Store moved in after the El Paso–based department store closed in 1967. This building had the last complete original vintage interior in Downtown Tucson with stamped tin ceilings and period woodwork until it was completely gutted in 2020-2022.

The Southern Arizona Transportation Museum is a railroad museum in Tucson, Arizona. It is located in the former records vault building at the former Southern Pacific Depot, which was renovated by the City of Tucson in 2004. The museum does not charge for admission. Guided tours of the facility are available for a small fee, by appointment only. The museum offers community events, downtown historic walking tours (October–March), railroad safety education, an oral history program and an active collections department preserving artifacts pertaining to transportation in southern Arizona.

The Pioneer Hotel, designed by Tucson architect Roy Place, was one of Tucson's first high-rise buildings. Opened in 1929, the Spanish Revival hotel became the social center of the downtown business district. The property catered to the social elite. In the mid-20th century Harold and Margaret Steinfeld, owners of a large downtown department store, lived in the penthouse. A disastrous fire severely damaged the building in December 1970, and among the 29 victims were the Steinfelds. The building has been converted from a hotel to an office building. Though it adds a rich layer of history to the business district of downtown Tucson, the Pioneer Hotel has not been listed in the National Register of Historic Places because of "irreversible integrity changes" made in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The "modernization" included stripping the building of its ornate cast-stone entryway and adding vertical glass striping in an attempt to up-date the building to reflect design trends popular in the middle to late 20th century. Other changes included the covering of the building's rooftop terrace arcade, changing the storefront window configuration, and reconfiguration of the lobby. The building is 11 stories tall and, when it opened in 1929, it housed the largest ballroom in the country.

The Pima County Legal Services Building is a 20-storey government office building located in downtown Tucson, Arizona. It is the third tallest building in Tucson.

The James A. Walsh United States Courthouse, also or formerly named U.S. Post Office and Courthouse, is a historic post office and courthouse building located at Tucson at Pima County, Arizona. It was a courthouse of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

The Fox Commercial Building is a historic building in Tucson, Arizona. It was designed by architect M. Eugene Durfee in the Art Deco style, and built in 1929. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since April 6, 2004.

The Fox Tucson Theatre is located in downtown Tucson, Arizona, United States. The theater opened on April 11, 1930 as a performance space in downtown Tucson. It hosts a wide spectrum of events and concerts featuring a variety of performing talent, ranging from ballets, to jazz, contemporary pop, world music and rock acts.

Broadway in Tucson/A Nederlander Presentation is part of the nationally recognized Nederlander Producing Company of America. The Nederlander organization was awarded a contract by the City of Tucson in 2003 to present a series of Broadway musicals and special events downtown at the Tucson Music Hall and Leo Rich Theater, all of which are part of the Tucson Convention Center. Since 2003 Broadway In Tucson has been responsible for bringing over 25 Broadway shows to downtown Tucson. February 18, 2010 marked the press release stating that Broadway in Tucson will be bringing the smash Broadway hit Wicked to Tucson, as a part of its 2010–2011 season. For the first time ever, a Broadway in Tucson show will be held at University of Arizona's Centennial Hall. This presentation of Wicked is co-sponsored by UApresents; subsequently this represents the first partnership between the two organizations.

Southern Pacific Railroad 1673 is a standard gauge 2-6-0, Mogul type of the M-4 class, steam locomotive built in 1900 by Schenectady Locomotive Works; the engine was delivered in November of that year, and by early 1901 it was based in Tucson, Arizona and operated primarily in southern Arizona hauling freight trains.

Tucson station is an Amtrak train depot in Tucson, Arizona, served three times a week by the Sunset Limited and Texas Eagle trains.
