It specializes in training students for careers in health care, business, legal administration, education and various trades. Established in 1996, the college is owned by the Eminata Group via Vancouver Career College (Burnaby) Inc. which does business as three different career colleges: Vancouver Career College, CDI College, and Vancouver College of Art and Design.

Vancouver College of Art and Design, branded as Visual College of Art and Design or simply VCAD, is a for-profit career college in Vancouver, Canada owned by the Eminata Group. The college offers diploma programs in various aspects of fashion, graphic design, architecture design and technology, interior design, game design, and animation. It has no relation to the fine arts college Victoria College of Art, although the latter was also owned for 10 months by Eminata between November 2008 and September 2009 during which time it was branded as "Victoria College of Art and Design".

The venue is situated at the corner of Hamilton and Dunsmuir and seats 668 plus 5 wheelchairs. The Queen Elizabeth Theatre is a performing arts venue in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Along with the Orpheum, Vancouver Playhouse, and the Annex, it is one of four facilities operated by the Vancouver Civic Theatres on behalf of the city of Vancouver (the Playhouse adjoins the QE Theatre in the same complex). It is named after the current Canadian monarch, Queen Elizabeth II. Formerly the home of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, which is now based at the Orpheum, the Queen Elizabeth Theatre is the home of the Vancouver Opera and Ballet BC, in addition to hosting various other musical events year-round. The theatre has a 70′ wide x 40′ deep (21.34m x 12.19m) stage / performing area. The building holds two venues: the 2,765 seat main auditorium and the 668 seat Playhouse Theatre. The theatre was the first project by the Montreal-based architectural partnership Affleck, Desbarats, Dimakopoulos, Lebensold, Sise. It opened in July 1959.

TELUS Garden is a 1,000,000 square foot office mixed-use redevelopment, located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The two buildings incorporate office, retail and residential space. Of the 488,000 square feet of office space, approximately 212,000 square feet will be for Telus.

The Bay Building is a six-storey building on the corner of Granville Street and Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is a flagship store of the Hudson's Bay department store chain. The cream terra cotta building with Corinthian columns was built in 1927. The current store was built on the site of another HBC store from 1893. The last additions were made in 1949. The original HBC store in Vancouver was a small storefront on Cordova between Carrall and Abbott. On October 30, 2017, HBC announced plans to sell the building, although the store would continue operating in the location as it is under a long-term lease.

The CBC Regional Broadcast Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, houses the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's radio and television facilities in that city. It is the second largest CBC production facility in English Canada, and the third-largest overall, after Toronto's Canadian Broadcasting Centre and Montreal's Maison Radio-Canada. The building was designed by Paul Merrick for Merrick Architecture and built in 1975.The building underwent significant renovations starting in 2006, which were completed in 2009. The expanded facility included community space to house the offices of the Vancouver International Jazz Festival, the Vancouver International Children's Festival and the Vancouver Folk Music Festival, as well as a 4,000-square-foot (370 m2) performance studio similar to Toronto's Glenn Gould Studio. The building's address is 700 Hamilton Street in Downtown Vancouver. In addition to Vancouver's local CBC broadcast stations (CBU, CBU-FM, CBUF-FM, CBUX-FM, CBUT-DT, CBUFT-DT), the national satellite radio network CBC Radio 3 operates from the Vancouver building. It also serves as one of the originating studios for the nightly newscast The National.
