Vancouver College of Art and Design, branded as Visual College of Art and Design or simply VCAD, is a for-profit career college in Vancouver, Canada owned by the Eminata Group. The college offers diploma programs in various aspects of fashion, graphic design, architecture design and technology, interior design, game design, and animation. It has no relation to the fine arts college Victoria College of Art, although the latter was also owned for 10 months by Eminata between November 2008 and September 2009 during which time it was branded as "Victoria College of Art and Design".

The Dunsmuir Tunnel is a subway tunnel below Dunsmuir Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The tunnel is used by the Expo Line of Metro Vancouver's SkyTrain rapid transit system. It is located downtown and has Burrard and Granville stations built within the tunnel. The western tunnel portal is located midway between Waterfront and Burrard stations, while the eastern portal is adjacent to Stadium–Chinatown station.

Royal Bank Tower (Vancouver) is a 16 storey office tower located in downtown Vancouver and served as the regional office for the Royal Bank of Canada until 1973. Designed by the bank's Chief Architect Sumner Godfrey Davenport, construction began in 1929 and completed in 1931. It was one of two notable projects designed by Davenport.The mix of Art Deco and Neo-Romanesque office building is now undergoing rezoning application and restoration.

Sinclair Centre is an upscale shopping mall in Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. It is located at 757 West Hastings Street between Granville and Howe streets. The centre comprises four buildings that were restored and connected by a new atrium space designed by Henriquez Partners Architects and Toby Russell Buckwell Architects in 1986. The cost for this work was 38 million. The main post office was housed here from 1910 until the new one opened in 1958. The Post Office Building is in an Edwardian Baroque style, combining English and French influences. It features an atrium clock consisting of four 12-foot-diameter (3.7 m) clocks built in 1909 and is the largest clock movement in Western Canada; the minute hands alone weigh 92 kilograms (202 pounds) each. In addition to the mall, the building has a seven floor office tower occupied by the federal government. The buildings that comprise the centre are the Post Office (1910 - David Ewart), the handsome and architecturally esteemed Winch Building (1911 - Thomas Hooper), the Customs Examining Warehouse (1913 - David Ewart), and the Federal Building (1937 - Thomas W. Fuller). The mall is home to elite boutiques. The complex was renovated in 1986 and announced on November 13, 1983 that it was to be renamed after James Sinclair, member of Parliament for Vancouver North and later Coast—Capilano as well as Minister of Fisheries. Sinclair is the maternal grandfather of 23rd Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.SkyTrain Waterfront Station

Canada's Northern House was a building operated by the Governments of Nunavut, Canada and Northwest Territories, Canada. Established for the 2010 Olympics and 2010 Paralympics in Vancouver, British Columbia, the house presented the culture, tourism and industry of Canada's North. The house featured informational displays on the arts, mining, and tourism sectors of the two territories. It also featured a large stage for cultural presentations and a visual arts gallery on the lower floor. The house was equipped for film screenings and included retail space which made available authentic items from Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. Canada's Northern House also featured an Inukshuk built by Peter Irniq. The Inukshuk was built using stone from Nunavut, The Northwest Territories and British Columbia.Canada's Northern House was located at 602 West Hastings Street in Vancouver, British Columbia and was formerly a Toronto Dominion Bank.The Yukon Territory called Canada's Northern House home during the two weeks of the 2010 Olympic Games and was featured alongside the other two territories.

Harbour Centre is a skyscraper in the central business district of Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada which opened in 1977. The "Lookout" tower atop the office building makes it one of the tallest structures in Vancouver and a prominent landmark on the city's skyline. With its 360-degree viewing deck, it also serves as a tourist attraction with the Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant, offering a physically unobstructed view of the city. Harbour Centre is located at 555 West Hastings Street in Downtown Vancouver. It is steps away from Waterfront Station, a major multi-modal transit hub which serves as the Downtown Vancouver terminal for various TransLink operations including SeaBus, West Coast Express, SkyTrain, Canada Line and buses. Simon Fraser University operates its downtown Harbour Centre campus in the adjoining Spencer building and houses the Center for Dialogue and Canadas World. Vancouver Coast Guard Radio operates from Harbour Centre, providing distress watch and vessel traffic services to the North Arm Fraser River, Burrard Inlet, Indian Arm, English Bay and Howe Sound.

The Metropolitan Cathedral of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, commonly known as Holy Rosary Cathedral, is a late 19th-century French Gothic revival church that serves as the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vancouver. It is located in the downtown area of the city at the intersection of Richards and Dunsmuir streets.The construction of the cathedral began in 1899 on the site of an earlier church by the same name. It opened on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception on December 8, 1900, was blessed the day after, and was consecrated in 1953. The style has been described as resembling the medieval Chartres Cathedral in France. The church was elevated to the status of cathedral in 1916. It is listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register and is a legally protected building.

New Image College (commonly abbreviated as NIC) is a PTIB-accredited private academy for film acting, makeup artistry, aesthetics, hairdressing and nail design located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. New Image College consists of two locations: their main student campus is located at Granville and Nelson and their corporate offices at Granville and Pender. New Image College is EQA-designated by the BC Ministry of Education, and a Designated Learning Institution with CIC. Granville is an underground station on the Expo Line of Metro Vancouver's SkyTrain rapid transit system. The station is located in Downtown Vancouver on the portion of Granville Street that is known as the Granville Mall. The station is accessible from the surface via entrances on Granville Street and Seymour Street (both between Georgia and Dunsmuir Streets), and the Dunsmuir entrance between Granville and Seymour. The station serves the shopping and entertainment districts along Granville and Robson Streets, as well as the office and shopping complexes of Pacific Centre and Vancouver Centre.
