Faber Towers is a twin tower skyscraper in Taman Desa, Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is one of the earliest skyscrapers completed in the city. After changed the majority of its ownership Faber Towers has undergone massive refurbishment work and completed in the 3rd quarter of 2015. The refurbished twin tower with 18-storey office towers and a podium block consisting of 3 level of retail lots.

The Pantai Dalam Komuter station is a KTM Komuter train station in Pantai Dalam, Lembah Pantai and served by the Port Klang Line. The station is built to cater the traffic in Pantai Dalam, as well as the northern parts of Jalan Klang Lama (i.e. Taman Desa, Scott Garden, Kuchai Lama). The Pantai Dalam station usually busy during rush hours, public holidays and weekends as it is used by worker to reach offices.

Pantai Dalam is a residential area located south-west of Kuala Lumpur, under the parliamentary constituency of Lembah Pantai. Represented in Dewan Rakyat by Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), Fahmi Fadzil. The name Pantai Dalam derived from Kampung Pam Thai Dalam which was initially known for the sewerage treatment plant located at the heart of Pantai.

Kuchai Lama is a suburb in Seputeh constituency in south-western Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, located along the Old Klang Road. This suburb is situated 8 km away from Kuala Lumpur City Centre. It is adjacent to Taman Desa, Pantai Dalam, Taman OUG and Salak South. Ajinomoto's Malaysian plant is located here. Strategic location includes being at the intersection of many highways and expressways, including the KL-Seremban Highway, New Pantai Expressway, Sungei Besi Highway, KESAS Expressway and KL-Putrajaya Dedicated Highway.

Radio Televisyen Malaysia (English: Radio Television of Malaysia, abbreviated as RTM, stylised as rtm), also known as the Department of Broadcasting, Malaysia (Malay: Jabatan Penyiaran Malaysia) is the national public broadcaster of Malaysia. Established on 1 April 1946 as Radio Malaya, it is the first and the oldest broadcaster in the country. After Malaysia was formed on 16 September 1963, Radio Malaya was renamed Radio Malaysia. On 28 December that year, television service in Malaysia began with the establishment of Televisyen Malaysia. In 1969, Radio Malaysia and Televisyen Malaysia merged to form the present-day broadcast department. RTM employs over 4,000 staff in total, with a larger part of them are in public-sector broadcasting. It forms part of the mass media triopoly in the country along with Media Prima and Astro. RTM monopolised the free-to-air television until 1984 and also radio until 1989, when private television and radio stations such as TV3 and Best FM began operations. Currently, it operates 6 television channels and 34 radio stations nationwide. Unlike the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), which is a statutory corporation with a royal charter, RTM is a department under direct government control via a ministry.Since its formation in 1946, RTM has played a prominent role in Malaysian life and culture. Much like the BBC and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), RTM also commissioned a large number of TV programmes and contents for its TV channels, but produced by third parties apart of produced by RTM itself. It also owns Orkestra RTM, which was established in 1961 and touted as the oldest musical orchestra in Malaysia. In 2019, RTM became the most trusted media organisation in Malaysia ahead of Astro Awani, TV3 and Malaysiakini, according to a survey by the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism.

Angkasapuri is the main governmental building for Malaysia's Ministry of Information and it is also the headquarters for Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) located in Lembah Pantai, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Happy Garden or Taman Gembira in Malay, is a township near Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Nearby housing areas include Taman United and Taman OUG. Residents in Happy Garden are from many different races and ethnics but mostly they are Chinese and Indians . Condominiums that are located at Happy Garden are Kuchai Brempark , Kuchai Brempark 2 , ARTE condominium, Continental Heights, Desa Cindaimas, Desa Gembira, Meadow Park, Seringin Residences, Le Yuen Residence, G Residence and Bukit Gembira Condoinium. There are also apartments located at Happy Garden such as Gembira Park Apartments. Other types of houses are available such as bungalows, terrace houses and semi-detached houses. Happy Garden is near Jalan Klang Lama, the Sungai Besi Expressway, the Kuala Lumpur–Seremban Expressway, New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and the KL–Putrajaya Expressway (Maju Expressway). Public transports are also available here. Shopping centres that are located in Happy Garden are Plaza OUG (which houses brands like Parkson and Giant), Central Supermarket (but was closed down in 2012), Pearl Point Shopping Mall, Carrefour and The Store. Mid Valley Megamall in Mid Valley City is a 15-minute drive away, through Old Klang Road. There are also food courts and restaurants within the neighborhood, and the township has a night market on every Monday. There is a wet market every day from 6am to 10 am where many groceries can be bought.

The Angkasapuri Komuter station is a KTM Komuter train station located near Angkasapuri, Kuala Lumpur. It is served by the Port Klang Line. The station primarily serves and is named after Angkasapuri, the headquarters of RTM. Located nearby are the Sri Damesh private school and the neighbourhoods of Pantai Dalam and Kampung Kerinchi. The Kerinchi and Abdullah Hukum LRT stations are also nearby, although pedestrian access is almost impossible.

The Seputeh Komuter station is a KTM Komuter train station named after and located in Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur, along the KTM Komuter's Seremban Line. The station was formerly the only train station connected to Mid Valley Megamall and the rest of the adjoining Mid Valley City commercial area since the area begun operation from 1999. In 2004, the newer Mid Valley station was opened closer to Mid Valley City. The facilities available at Seputeh Station are ticket counter, ticket vending machine, Touch n Go Lane and toilet. The counter operating hours is from 6.30 am to 8.30 pm daily.

Bangsar South (Malay: Bangsar Selatan) is an integrated property development project which sits on the former Kampung Kerinchi site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is renamed of Kampung Kerinchi from the developer to upscale the value of land. The 60-acre (240,000 m2) development was undertaken by UOA Group, which acquired the land once known as south of bangsar back in 2005. The site is located near Menara Telekom and the Mid Valley Megamall. Other notable landmarks in the vicinity are the Angkasapuri building and the University of Malaya. Existing residential projects in the immediate vicinity consist of affordable apartments and flats such as Vista Angkasa apartments, Kampung Kerinchi and Sri Angkasa flats. The Kampung Kerinchi project features several modern office towers, mid to high-end condominiums, as well as retail and commercial spaces. In 2007, prior to construction, the developer carried out upgrading and landscaping works in Kampung Kerinchi, including the widening of the main access road and new pedestrian walkways, in attempts to rejuvenate and enhance the area dubbed as "unattractive".

The Petaling Komuter station (formerly Petaling railway station) is a commuter train station located in Kampung Pasir, Lembah Pantai, in southwestern Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, served by the Port Klang Line. The station was built near the western end of Old Klang Road, where it then merges into the New Pantai Expressway . The station primarily serves the suburbs along the southern and western part of Old Klang Road, namely Taman OUG and Taman Gembira. The Petaling station usually busy during rush hours, public holidays and weekends as it is used by workers to reach offices. It is also used by school children as many schools are situated in this area. The Skypark Link passes through this station but does not stop here.
