Eddington station

Neshaminy State Park is a 330-acre (134 ha) Pennsylvania state park in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania in the United States. Visitors to the park can catch a glimpse of the Philadelphia skyline from a hiking trail on Logan Point. The park is located at the confluence of Neshaminy Creek and the Delaware River. Neshaminy State Park is just off Interstate 95 on Pennsylvania Route 132.

Eddington is a census-designated place located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The community was part of Cornwells Heights-Eddington, which was split into two separate CDPs. As of the 2010 census, the population was 1,906. The community is served by the Eddington station along SEPTA Regional Rail's Trenton Line.

Cornwells Heights-Eddington was a census-designated place (CDP) in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 3,406 at the 2000 census. For the 2010 census, the area was split into two CDPs, Cornwells Heights and Eddington, that are adjacent unincorporated communities within Bensalem Township. Cornwells Heights is located a bit southwest of Eddington. Both communities use the Bensalem ZIP code, 19020. The CDP was bounded on the south by Interstate 95, on the east by Street Road, on the north and west by Hulmeville Road, and on the west by Woodhaven Road. The Philadelphia city boundary is less than a mile to the west and north. The Delaware River is located 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to the south-southeast. Like neighboring Andalusia, the area consists of middle-class single-family homes along a series of grid-style streets. The main roads are generally accepted as Street Road, Hulmeville Road, and Brown Avenue.

Holy Ghost Preparatory School (often shortened to Holy Ghost Prep, Ghost, or HGP) is an Catholic college-preparatory high school for young men in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, United States. Congregation of the Holy Spirit missionaries founded the school in 1897.

The community was formerly part of Cornwells Heights-Eddington, but was split into two separate CDP's. As of the 2010 census, the population was 1,391. The Cornwells Heights station is located in the community and serves SEPTA Regional Rail's Trenton Line and Amtrak's Keystone Service and Northeast Regional services along the Northeast Corridor. The train station also has a park-and-ride with access from Interstate 95.

Little Jerusalem AME Church, also known as Bensalem AME Church, is a historic African Methodist Episcopal church located at 1200 Bridgewater Road in Cornwells Heights, Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1830, and renovated about 1860 and 1896. It is a 1+1⁄2-story, one room frame structure with a gable roof. The cemetery surrounding the church contains burials of black Civil War soldiers.It is one of the oldest African American churches, having been established about 1820 by Rev. James Miller under the supervision of Richard Allen (1760–1831), founder of the AME Church. The pulpit of the church was built by Allen. The church served as a shelter in the Underground Railroad helping those fleeing slavery. It was the only traditionally African-American church in Bensalem Township from 1830 until 1930. Under the pastorate of Reverend John Butler, a sabbath school was established in 1848 to teach local African Americans to read and write.The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Cornwells Heights station is a train station in Cornwells Heights, Pennsylvania. Located on Station Avenue near Bristol Pike in Bensalem Township, it serves the northeast suburbs of Philadelphia. It is served by SEPTA's Trenton Line commuter trains. On weekdays only, a limited number of Amtrak Keystone Service and Northeast Regional trains also stop at the station. In 2017, Cornwells Heights saw 1,505 boardings on an average weekday, making it the busiest station outside of Center City. The station has a waiting room and a large park and ride facility, with direct access to and from Interstate 95 and Pennsylvania Route 63. The parking lot was built by PennDOT in anticipation of construction on I-95 and opened in 1997. It has 1,600 parking spaces, making it by far the largest parking lot in the SEPTA system.

Beverly is a city in Burlington County in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the city's population was 2,499, a decrease of 78 (−3.0%) from the 2010 census count of 2,577, which in turn had reflected a decline of 84 (−3.2%) from the 2,661 counted in the 2000 census. St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, in Beverly, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States, is located on the corner of Warren and Wilmerton streets in Beverly. While the St. Stephen's community worshipped at the site beginning in 1837, the current church building was consecrated in 1855 and the rector presently serving the congregation is Fr. Robert Legnani.

The Beverly City Schools is a community public school district that serves students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade from Beverly in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States.As of the 2018–19 school year, the district, comprising one school, had an enrollment of 314 students and 28.5 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.0:1.The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "B", the second lowest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. From lowest socioeconomic status to highest, the categories are A, B, CD, DE, FG, GH, I and J.For ninth through twelfth grades, students in public school attend Palmyra High School in Palmyra, together with students from Riverton, as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the Palmyra Public Schools. As of the 2018–19 school year, the high school had an enrollment of 468 students and 39.3 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.9:1. Beverly's sending relationship has been in place since 1967 after the City of Burlington Public School District decided that it could no longer accommodate students from Beverly at Burlington City High School.In 2007, Lucille Davy, then Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Education, appointed a monitor to oversee the financial operations of the district and be responsible to "return fiscal integrity and sound fiscal health to the district", based on the results of financial audits in previous years, including repeat audit findings and general fund deficits.

St. Elizabeth's Convent was a historic Roman Catholic convent located at 1663 Bristol Pike in Cornwells Heights, Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. From 1892 to 2017 it served as the motherhouse of the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament, founded by St. Katharine Drexel as the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament for Indians and Colored People. The complex was also home to the Saint Katharine Drexel Mission Center and National Shrine. Saint Katharine was entombed in a crypt in the chapel until the entire crypt was moved to the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia and established as a new shrine.

The Penn Community Bank Amphitheater is an amphitheater located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. It was previously known as TD Bank Amphitheater, Commerce Bank Amphitheater, and Bensalem Performing Arts Center. The amphitheater is located in Bensalem Township's Central Park at 2400 Byberry Road, adjacent to the Municipal Complex. The amphitheater can accommodate 3,000+ people in open lawn seating, and is open for outdoor concerts from May through September.
