Cornwells Heights station is a train station in Cornwells Heights, Pennsylvania. Located on Station Avenue near Bristol Pike in Bensalem Township, it serves the northeast suburbs of Philadelphia. It is served by SEPTA's Trenton Line commuter trains. On weekdays only, a limited number of Amtrak Keystone Service and Northeast Regional trains also stop at the station. In 2017, Cornwells Heights saw 1,505 boardings on an average weekday, making it the busiest station outside of Center City. The station has a waiting room and a large park and ride facility, with direct access to and from Interstate 95 and Pennsylvania Route 63. The parking lot was built by PennDOT in anticipation of construction on I-95 and opened in 1997. It has 1,600 parking spaces, making it by far the largest parking lot in the SEPTA system.

Cornwells Heights is a census-designated place located in Bensalem Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The community was formerly part of Cornwells Heights-Eddington, but was split into two separate CDP's. As of the 2010 census, the population was 1,391. The Cornwells Heights station is located in the community and serves SEPTA Regional Rail's Trenton Line and Amtrak's Keystone Service and Northeast Regional services along the Northeast Corridor. The train station also has a park-and-ride with access from Interstate 95.

Andalusia, also known as the Nicholas Biddle Estate, is a historic mansion and estate located on the Delaware River, just northeast of Philadelphia, in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The community surrounding it, Andalusia, takes its name from the 225-acre estate.

Holy Ghost Preparatory School (often shortened to Holy Ghost Prep, Ghost, or HGP) is an Catholic college-preparatory high school for young men in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, United States. Congregation of the Holy Spirit missionaries founded the school in 1897.

Normandy is a neighborhood in Northeast Philadelphia. It is located east of Roosevelt Boulevard, in the vicinity of Woodhaven and Byberry Roads, built in 1955- 1956. All of the streets in this neighborhood begin with the letter N. The neighborhood is made up of Cape Cod-style single-family homes, with frame construction. Most of the homes have received additions over the years. The original landowners were Joseph Buckman, who owned 73 acres (300,000 m2) and John Rieger, who owned 18 acres (73,000 m2). The old Nabisco/Mondelez International plant at the southwest corner of Roosevelt Boulevard and Byberry Road was demolished in 2017-2018 to pave way for a present Wawa. Provco Group who owns the real estate is in the process of building a Topgolf facility and is proposing a pair of strip mall-style buildings and a standalone restaurant along Roosevelt Boulevard. Those would be adjacent to the Wawa, which opened near Byberry Road as part of the first phase of the redevelopment of the site.. Devon Self-Storage occupies what used to be Best products, also what was the original Normandy Square market.The Northeast Village was a wartime military housing project just south of the present Normandy Village.

Andalusia is a historic neighborhood and unincorporated community in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, bordering Philadelphia along the Poquessing Creek. The ZIP Code is 19020. The area is the southernmost part of the township and of the county. Its boundaries are: Woodhaven Road (Pennsylvania Route 63) to the northeast, the Delaware River to the east and south, and Poquessing Creek to the north and west. Interstate 95 runs through its southeastern section near the Delaware River. The neighborhood takes its name from Andalusia, the estate of Philadelphia financier Nicholas Biddle (1786–1844), now preserved as a National Historic Landmark.In 1922, the unincorporated village was named Torresdale Manor, after the neighboring Torresdale section of Philadelphia, and some developments in the area are still associated with that name. Today, Andalusia is a middle class suburb, mainly typical of the area. Many of its grid-style streets contain small single-family homes that date back to the 1920s. Andalusia is also home to many historic buildings, some dating back to the early nineteenth century, owned and inhabited by some of Philadelphia's wealthiest families. Architectural styles include Gothic Revival, Romanesque, and Greek Revival. The neighborhood's main thoroughfare, Bristol Pike (US Route 13, formerly King's Highway), reveals various homes and churches that have been preserved, while the most esteemed buildings, including Biddle's estate, the Pen Ryn mansion, and State in Schuylkill, are hidden along the banks of the Delaware. Saint Katharine Drexel is buried at the Katharine Drexel Shrine, which is also in the area on Bristol Pike. The Red Lion Inn was located here, at the Red Lion Bridge, along King's Highway (Bristol Pike), at the Poquessing Creek. The area contains several shopping areas and abuts the Philadelphia Mills mall. The neighborhood students attend the Bensalem Township School District. The NBC pilot episode for Outlaw, starring Jimmy Smits filmed here March 22–23, 2010.Rita's Water Ice opened their first store in the area.

Philadelphia Mills (formerly and still referred to as Franklin Mills) is an enclosed shopping mall in Northeast Philadelphia, bordering Bensalem in Bucks County and 15 miles (24 km) from Center City. Formerly named for Benjamin Franklin, the mall is home to 125 stores, a movie theatre, a food court, and seven theme restaurants and was visited by an estimated 18 million people in 2006. The anchor stores are Dave & Buster's, Forever 21, Urban Planet, Saks Fifth Avenue, Marshalls, HomeGoods, American Freight, Walmart, AMC Theatres, and Burlington. Three currently vacant anchor stores once housed Phar-Mor, JCPenney, and Modell's Sporting Goods. Opened in 1989, Franklin Mills was the second built and formerly owned by the Mills Corporation and is now managed by the Simon Property Group. Along with the King of Prussia mall, Simon has control of Pennsylvania's two largest malls. On September 16, 2014, Simon Property Group renamed the mall from Franklin Mills to Philadelphia Mills.

Northeast Philadelphia, nicknamed Northeast Philly, the Northeast and the Great Northeast, is a section of the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. According to the 2000 Census, the Northeast has a sizable percentage of the city's 1.547 million people—a population of between 300,000 and 450,000, depending on how the area is defined. Beginning in the 1980s, many of the Northeast's middle class children graduated from college and settled in suburbs, especially nearby Bucks County. The Northeast is known as being home to a large working class Irish American population, but it is also home to Polish, German, Jewish, Italian, African American, Portuguese, Brazilian, Russian, Puerto Rican, and Dominican neighborhoods.

Liberty Bell Park was an American race track in Northeast Philadelphia that held harness racing and Thoroughbred horse racing from 1963 until 1986. The site, northeast of the intersection of Knights and Woodhaven Roads, was derived from several farms and smaller farmettes. Gordon's Mill Rd, a street off of Knights Road east to the bridge over the Poquessing Creek, was stricken and vacated from the Philadelphia city plan in 1962 to make way for the racing facility. Gravel Pike, now Byberry Road, extended east to the Poquessing Creek where a small bridge carried the road into Bucks County; now it is a closed bridge. Creek Edge Gardens is still located in the 4300 block of Byberry Road, one of the last vestiges of the pre-1962 style of homes and business in this once pristine area. The harness track was a .625 miles (1.006 km) track, but when thoroughbred racing was made legal in 1968, a 1 mile (1.6 km) track was built using the homestretch and front of the harness track until Keystone Race Track (now Parx Casino and Racing) was built in 1974. The Philadelphia Mills shopping center now stands on the site, along with other stores such as Dick's Sporting Goods and Big Lots.

Cornwells Heights-Eddington was a census-designated place (CDP) in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 3,406 at the 2000 census. For the 2010 census, the area was split into two CDPs, Cornwells Heights and Eddington, that are adjacent unincorporated communities within Bensalem Township. Cornwells Heights is located a bit southwest of Eddington. Both communities use the Bensalem ZIP code, 19020. The CDP was bounded on the south by Interstate 95, on the east by Street Road, on the north and west by Hulmeville Road, and on the west by Woodhaven Road. The Philadelphia city boundary is less than a mile to the west and north. The Delaware River is located 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to the south-southeast. Like neighboring Andalusia, the area consists of middle-class single-family homes along a series of grid-style streets. The main roads are generally accepted as Street Road, Hulmeville Road, and Brown Avenue.

Eddington is a census-designated place located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The community was part of Cornwells Heights-Eddington, which was split into two separate CDPs. As of the 2010 census, the population was 1,906. The community is served by the Eddington station along SEPTA Regional Rail's Trenton Line.
