Grinnell Company-General Fire Extinguisher Company Complex is a historic factory complex located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It was built in 1929–1930, and consists of a two-story office building and massive tall, one-story Grinnell manufacturing building. The office building is a reinforced concrete structure, with a brick veneer, a flat roof, and a parapet capped in concrete coping. The manufacturing building has a poured concrete slab foundation, brick veneered walls, a steel framing system consisting of I-beam piers and heavy Pratt truss roof, banks of continuous, steel sash windows, and large, sawtooth monitors. The complex was built for the largest manufacturer of automatic sprinklers and other fire protection products in North America.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The district encompasses 335 contributing buildings in the former streetcar suburb of Wesley Heights. It was developed after 1911 and includes notable examples of Bungalow / American Craftsman, Colonial Revival, and Tudor Revival style architecture. Notable buildings include the Wesley Heights Methodist Episcopal Church (now Greater Bethel A. M. E. Church) designed by architect Louis H. Asbury, St. Mark's Baptist Church (formerly St. Andrew's Episcopal Church), Bomar Apartments (1928), and the Wadsworth House (1911) and Catawba Apartments also designed by Louis H. Asbury.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

Bryant Park is an 8.7 acre urban park at 1701 West Morehead Street in the Historic Camp Greene neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. It contains a softball field and a multi-purpose public field. In 2003 the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission designated Bryant Park as a historic landmark.The park was constructed in the 1930s as WPA project and is noted for its unique network of stone walls and stone seating above the softball fields. Built on land donated by prominent Charlotte developer E. C. Griffith, it was one of the first projects of the Charlotte Park and Recreation Commission.In the 1960s and 1970s, when the Charlotte Parks Commission was underfunded and mostly powerless, intense industrial development on West Morehead Street forced Bryant Park to give up much of its original space. Today the park is less than half its original size. Bryant Park remains the only public green space in Charlotte's West Morehead Street industrial sector.

Part of Charlotte's Irwin Creek Greenway, a paved and gravel greenway, runs through Frazier Park.Because they are directly adjacent to downtown Charlotte, Frazier Park and Marshall Park are occasionally used as city-approved staging grounds for demonstrations and protest marches.

It is a three-story, ten-bay wide by-five-bay deep, red brick structure with a full basement. It has large rectangular windows and pine post-and-beam interior framing. The building housed the Textile Mill Supply Company that sold and distributed supplies essential to the operations of textile mills in the Piedmont sections of the Carolinas.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

It is a one-story building that consists of a small office section in the front and a large machine shop to the rear. The building has a brick veneer, steel sash windows, and restrained Classical Revival detailing ornamenting the facade and side. It has undergone a certified rehabilitation. It was built as the Charlotte facility of the Joseph Sykes Brothers Company, an international producer of card clothing, machinery used in cotton production.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Bank of America Stadium is a 74,867-seat football stadium located on 33 acres (13 ha) in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. It is the home facility and headquarters of the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League and Charlotte FC of Major League Soccer. The stadium opened in 1996 as Ericsson Stadium, with Swedish telecom company LM Ericsson initially holding the naming rights. In 2004, Charlotte-based financial services company Bank of America purchased the naming rights under a 20-25-year agreement at $140 million. Former Panthers president Danny Morrison called it a "classic American stadium" due to its bowl design and other features.In addition to the Panthers and CLTFC, the stadium hosts the annual Duke's Mayo Bowl, which features teams from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and either the Southeastern Conference (SEC) or the Big Ten Conference. The stadium was planned to host the annual ACC Championship Game through at least 2019; the game was moved in 2016 but reinstated in 2017. The ACC announced on May 19, 2022, that Bank of America Stadium would continue to host the championship through at least the 2030 season. The largest crowd to ever attend a football game at the stadium was on September 9, 2018, when 74,532 fans watched the Panthers defeat the Dallas Cowboys 16–8.
