WRHJ-LP (93.1 FM) is a low-power radio station broadcasting a religious format. Licensed to Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States, the station is currently owned by Southside Baptist Church and features programming from the Fundamental Broadcasting Network.

Rock Hill High School (RHHS) is the first of the three high schools in Rock Hill, South Carolina. A part of Rock Hill Schools, it offers the International Baccalaureate diploma to its senior class students, as well as dual credit and Advanced Placement. As of February 2016, RHHS has approximately 2,000 students in grades 9–12.

York Technical College (York Tech) is a public community college in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It is part of the South Carolina Technical College System and one of three colleges in the city of Rock Hill. York Tech was established in 1964 and presently serves York, Chester, and Lancaster counties.

Lesslie is a census-designated place located in York County, South Carolina, United States, southeast of the city of Rock Hill. In 2010, Lesslie had a total population of 2,882 people. While Lesslie is sometimes considered to be a town, it is not incorporated and does not have a town council or mayor. Lesslie is a fast-growing suburban area a part of the Charlotte Metro along Interstate 77, which can be accessed from exits 75 and 77.

Rock Hill Galleria is an enclosed regional shopping mall for York, Chester, and Lancaster Counties. It is located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Opened in 1991, the mall features three anchors (Belk, Walmart, Dick's) and around 70 specialty shops there are only 29 stores inside the mall currently and most stores have been closed down since there is hardly any business inside this mall or the stores that closed down have gone out of business. The mall is currently managed by Warren Norman Company.

Manchester Meadows Soccer Complex is a multi field soccer complex containing two stadiums located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Highland Park Manufacturing Plant and Cotton Oil Complex is a historic industrial complex and national historic district located at Rock Hill, South Carolina. It encompasses three contributing building and two contributing structures in Rock Hill. The complex includes the Highland Park Manufacturing Plant (1888–89, 1907), the Highland Park Cotton Oil Mill (1902), and the Highland Park Cotton Oil Mill Office (1902). They are the surviving buildings of a larger complex, including a gin and seed house, the rest of which have been demolished. Surrounding the original mill are portions of the mill village. The mill operated until 1968.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

York Preparatory Academy is a public charter school authorized by the South Carolina Public Charter School District. Opened in 2010, York Preparatory Academy serves many students in York County, South Carolina from grades K-12 with some students from other nearby counties. York Preparatory Academy is located in Rock Hill, South Carolina in a suburban-rural transition area. In February 2014, York Preparatory Academy became the first public charter school in South Carolina to issue a non-profit bond through private investments, allowing the school to take ownership of the 42-acre campus, which has four large buildings, sports fields, and parking. The $30 million bond came to fruition in part due to the strong enrollment profile of the school. The current enrollment at the school is approximately 1500 students in grades K-12. York Preparatory Academy is one of the largest brick-and mortar public charter schools in the Carolinas.

Reid Street–North Confederate Avenue Area Historic District is a national historic district located at Rock Hill, South Carolina. It encompasses 22 contributing buildings in a middle-class residential section of Rock Hill. The district developed between about 1839 and 1935. Architectural styles represented include Victorian, Classical Revival, Queen Anne, and Bungalow. Notable buildings include the Steed House (c. 1905), Bynum House (c. 1902), Jenkins House (c. 1905), and Gross-Brock House (c. 1905), along with the separately listed White House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

The White Home in Rock Hill, South Carolina is a historical site & wedding venue. Five generations of the White family lived in the house between 1837 and 2005. Over the years, the home transformed from a one-room cottage into an eighteen-room, two story house. It is located in the Reid Street-North Confederate Avenue Area Historic District.

Eagle Field is a soccer-specific stadium located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States, on the campus of Winthrop University. The 1,500 seat stadium was built in 1997 and upgraded in 2001 and 2005. It is rated as one of the top soccer facilities in Metrolina. In 2013, Eagle Field and the Charlotte Eagles of the USL Pro hosted the first MLS team in the upstate of South Carolina when the Chicago Fire Soccer Club came to town for the U.S. Open Cup.
