White House (Rock Hill, South Carolina)

Reid Street–North Confederate Avenue Area Historic District is a national historic district located at Rock Hill, South Carolina. It encompasses 22 contributing buildings in a middle-class residential section of Rock Hill. The district developed between about 1839 and 1935. Architectural styles represented include Victorian, Classical Revival, Queen Anne, and Bungalow. Notable buildings include the Steed House (c. 1905), Bynum House (c. 1902), Jenkins House (c. 1905), and Gross-Brock House (c. 1905), along with the separately listed White House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Rock Hill Downtown Historic District consists of twelve contiguous buildings built between 1870 and 1931 in downtown Rock Hill in York County, South Carolina.The twelve buildings are: Episcopal Church of Our Saviour, 144 Caldwell St. First Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, 201 E. White St. First Baptist Church, 215 E. Main St. St. John's United Methodist Church, St. John's Court Old Post Office Building, 325 Oakland Ave. Post Office and Federal Building, 102 E. Main St. Andrew Jackson Hotel, 223 E. Main St. Citizens Bank Building, 157 E. Main St. McFadden Building, 212 E. Main St. Bass Furniture Company, 208-210 E. Main St. Fink's Department Store 206 E. Main St. Rock Hill Supply Company, 202 E. Main St.In 1931 the Old Post Office Building was moved about a block from its original site where the new Post Office now stands. The Old Post Office then served as a library, until 1974, and now serves as a private office building. It was built in 1906 and designed by James Knox Taylor, the Supervising Architect of the Treasury.

First Presbyterian Church is a historic church at 234 E. Main Street in Rock Hill, South Carolina.It was designed by Charles Coker Wilson and was built in 1894. It was added to the National Register in 1992.

The U.S. Post Office and Courthouse in Rock Hill, South Carolina, also known as Caldwell Street Post Office, was built in 1931. It served historically as a courthouse and as a post office, and is currently in use as the Gettys Art Center. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. It is located in the Rock Hill Downtown Historic District.

People's National Bank Building, also known as Franklin's Clothing Store, is a historic bank building located at Rock Hill, South Carolina. It was built about 1909–1910, and is a four-story brick building, plus basement. It was the first building in the city constructed as a speculative office building, the first with a passenger elevator, and the tallest commercial building in Rock Hill. The People's National Bank merged with Citizens and Southern National Bank of South Carolina in 1964 and moved out of the building in 1972.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

Rock Hill Cotton Factory, also known as Plej's Textile Mill Outlets, Ostrow Textile Mill, and Fewell Cotton Warehouse, is a historic textile mill complex located at Rock Hill, South Carolina. The mill was built in 1881, and is a two-story, 12 bay by 16 bay, brick factory. It features a three-story tower at the main entrance. A number of additions have been made to the building. The Fewell Cotton Warehouse is a one-story, brick and wood frame warehouse built before 1894.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992, with a boundary increase in 2008. The building is now used as a retail and office place known as the Cotton Factory Plaza.

Anderson House is the former residence of John Gary Anderson, who was president of the Anderson Motor Company in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Architectural styles represented include Victorian, Classical Revival, Colonial Revival, and Bungalow. Notable buildings include the Rawlinson House (c. 1874–1875), McCall-Jones-Byrant House (c. 1900), Davis House, and W. B. Jenkins House (c. 1920).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

The Rock Hill Printing and Finish Company, also known locally as The Bleachery is a historic textile processing facility at 400 West White Street in downtown Rock Hill, South Carolina. The complex consists of six buildings dating as far back as 1925, as well as a reservoir, and employed nearly 5,000 workers at its height in 1965.The complex was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. It includes the previously-listed Bleachery Water Treatment Plant.

Stokes-Mayfield House is a historic home located at Rock Hill, South Carolina. It was built in 1907, and is a two-story, frame residence with cross-gabled slate roof in the Neo-Classical style. The house features a two-story tetrastyle Corinthian order pedimented portico and a balcony with decorative iron brackets above the front door.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Charlotte Avenue–Aiken Avenue Historic District is a national historic district located at Rock Hill, South Carolina. It encompasses seven contributing dwellings in the Oakland section of Rock Hill. The district developed between about 1891 and 1935. Architectural styles represented include Classical Revival, Queen Anne, and Bungalow. Contributing buildings are the Hughes Walker House, Paul D. Farris House, Roy Z. Thomas House, Wilson House (Ark of the Covenant), Armstrong-Mauldin House, and Bays-Blackman House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
