Esmoriz (Portuguese pronunciation: [(ɨ)ʒmuˈɾiʃ]) is a Portuguese city located 25 kilometers (16 mi) south of Porto. It is a freguesia ("parish") of the municipality of Ovar, and part of the Região de Aveiro. The population in 2011 was 11,448, in an area of 9.17 km². Esmoriz was given city status in 1993.

Espinho (Portuguese pronunciation: [ɨʃˈpiɲu] ) is a city and a municipality located in the Aveiro District, Portugal. It is located in both the Greater Porto and the Metropolitan Area of Porto, 16 km from its city centre. It is a beach resort and a zone of legal gambling with a casino - Casino Solverde. Its fair - Feira de Espinho, having been first organised in 1894, is well known in Portugal. The city is home to CINANIMA - Festival Internacional de Cinema de Animação, an international animation festival, and FEST - New Directors New Films Festival, an international film festival. The municipal holiday is June 16.

Cortegaça is a small village and a civil parish in the Ovar Municipality, Portugal. The population in 2011 was 3,837, in an area of 9.23 km2 (3.56 sq mi).It is a village dating back to the 9th and 10th centuries, associated with the repopulation of the lands of Santa Maria da Feira. Cortegaça belonged to the municipality of Feira (Santa Maria da Feira) but today belongs to the municipality of Ovar, becoming a village from 1985. It has the first green area when travelling south of Porto, with a forest of 516 hectare, and the Buçaquinho Environmental Park. It's also known for having one of the most beautiful churches in Portugal, the Igreja de Santa Marinha de Cortegaça was built between 1910 and 1918. It is all covered by blue tiles from the 20th century and is flanked by an old cemetery, characterized by having a lot architectural styles, with a detach to neogotic style. It also have two palm trees in its churchyard, popular by their longevity and height. In 2018, some vestiges and bones from different ages were discovered near the church. including pieces of clay more than 3000 years old. Cortegaça has two beaches - an urban beach (Santa Marinha of Cortegaça beach) and another, flanked by forest and dunes, named Maceda beach or South Cortegaça beach.

Nogueira da Regedoura (Portuguese pronunciation: [nuˈɡɐjɾɐ dɐ ʁɨʒɨˈdowɾɐ]) is a Portuguese parish, located in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira. The population in 2011 was 5,790, in an area of 5.10 km².It is supposed (in the Medieval documents), the older name of the parish was known as "Nogeira de Liuaes". The second part of that name is related to the present locality of Olivães.

The Residence of Portela (Portuguese: Casa da Portela) is a 17th-century country house located in the civil parish of Paços de Brandão, in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, in the Portuguese Centro district of Aveiro. It was classified as a monument in 1982.

São Paio de Oleiros (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈsɐ̃w̃ ˈpaj.u doˈlɐj.ɾuʃ]) is a Portuguese parish, located in the town of Santa Maria da Feira. The population in 2011 was 4,069, in an area of 3.91 km².The only hospital of the town of Santa Maria da Feira was once located in São Paio de Oleiros, after the opening of a bigger hospital in municipality, Feira, in the late 1990s, the hospital of São Paio de Oleiros was closed. São Paio de Oleiros is known for its cork industries.

Paços de Brandão (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈpasuʃ dɨ bɾɐ̃ˈdɐ̃w̃]) is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, and Aveiro District. The population in 2011 was 4,867, in an area of 3.56 km². It is 22 km from Porto, and is part of the Porto Metropolitan Area. Its foundation dates back to more than 900 years ago, associated with the Norman Fernand Blandon. It became a town in 1985. Among its highlights is the Festa dos Arcos, which occurs every August in the center of the town, and Inês Lopo, a notable nuclear medicine resident and marathon runner.

Praia da Granja is a FEE Blue Flag beach located in the Northwest of Portugal, and belongs to the Vila Nova de Gaia municipality, Porto District. This place is also located in the town of São Félix da Marinha. The northern boundary of the beach is bordered by the Ribeira da Granja.

São Félix da Marinha (also known as São Fábio da Sardinha) is a Portuguese town and a parish in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, in the district of Porto, in Northern Portugal. The population in 2011 was 12,706, in an area of 7.93 km2.It includes Praia da Granja, a seaside resort beach famed by Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen, a Portuguese writer and poet who spent part of her childhood there. The local beach and the sea provided inspiration for the maritime themes on her writings. The town of São Félix da Marinha is located south of the city of Gaia and just north of the resort seaside city of Espinho.

Santa Maria de Lamas (Portuguese meaning Saint Mary of Lamas) is a Portuguese civil parish located in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, in the district of Aveiro, in the Entre Douro e Vouga Subregion. It is located between the Douro and Vouga rivers and is part of the Porto Metropolitan Area. The population in 2011 was 5,073, in an area of 3.75 km². The village became a town on September 25, 1985.
