Cortegaça is a small village and a civil parish in the Ovar Municipality, Portugal. The population in 2011 was 3,837, in an area of 9.23 km2 (3.56 sq mi).It is a village dating back to the 9th and 10th centuries, associated with the repopulation of the lands of Santa Maria da Feira. Cortegaça belonged to the municipality of Feira (Santa Maria da Feira) but today belongs to the municipality of Ovar, becoming a village from 1985. It has the first green area when travelling south of Porto, with a forest of 516 hectare, and the Buçaquinho Environmental Park. It's also known for having one of the most beautiful churches in Portugal, the Igreja de Santa Marinha de Cortegaça was built between 1910 and 1918. It is all covered by blue tiles from the 20th century and is flanked by an old cemetery, characterized by having a lot architectural styles, with a detach to neogotic style. It also have two palm trees in its churchyard, popular by their longevity and height. In 2018, some vestiges and bones from different ages were discovered near the church. including pieces of clay more than 3000 years old. Cortegaça has two beaches - an urban beach (Santa Marinha of Cortegaça beach) and another, flanked by forest and dunes, named Maceda beach or South Cortegaça beach.

Espinho Airfield (ICAO: LPIN) is a recreational aerodrome serving Espinho in northern Portugal. Originally built for the military, the aerodrome was later reduced in size and handed over to civilian use. After a deadly accident in 2005, a collision between a PA-28 plane and a car on the nearby road, the aerodrome was closed; it has since only been available to ultralight and model aviation. The main airport and runway are closed/ built-over, however the Aero Clube da Costa Verde (Portuguese language) operates a flying club and school for light aircraft, marking off 420 metres (1,378 ft) of the original runway's south end for use.

The Residence of Portela (Portuguese: Casa da Portela) is a 17th-century country house located in the civil parish of Paços de Brandão, in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, in the Portuguese Centro district of Aveiro. It was classified as a monument in 1982.

Its foundation dates back to more than 900 years ago, associated with the Norman Fernand Blandon. It became a town in 1985. Among its highlights is the Festa dos Arcos, which occurs every August in the center of the town, and Inês Lopo, a notable nuclear medicine resident and marathon runner.

Espinho (Portuguese pronunciation: [ɨʃˈpiɲu] ) is a city and a municipality located in the Aveiro District, Portugal. It is located in both the Greater Porto and the Metropolitan Area of Porto, 16 km from its city centre. In 2021, Espinho had a population of 31,027, a slight decrease from the previous census in 2011, when 31,786 were registered, in an area of 21.06 km².The current Mayor is Miguel Reis, elected by the PS. It is a beach resort and a zone of legal gambling with a casino - Casino Solverde. Its fair - Feira de Espinho, having been first organised in 1894, is well known in Portugal. The city is home to CINANIMA - Festival Internacional de Cinema de Animação, an international animation festival, and FEST - New Directors New Films Festival, an international film festival. The municipal holiday is June 16.

The population in 2011 was 4,069, in an area of 3.91 km².The only hospital of the town of Santa Maria da Feira was once located in São Paio de Oleiros, after the opening of a bigger hospital in municipality, Feira, in the late 1990s, the hospital of São Paio de Oleiros was closed. São Paio de Oleiros is known for its cork industries.

Nogueira da Regedoura (Portuguese pronunciation: [nuˈɡɐjɾɐ dɐ ʁɨʒɨˈdowɾɐ]) is a Portuguese parish, located in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira. The population in 2011 was 5,790, in an area of 5.10 km².It is supposed (in the Medieval documents), the older name of the parish was known as "Nogeira de Liuaes". The second part of that name is related to the present locality of Olivães.

Espargo is a former civil parish in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal. In 2013, the parish merged into the new parish Santa Maria da Feira, Travanca, Sanfins e Espargo. It has a population of 1,309 inhabitants and a total area of 5.70 km².

Santa Maria de Lamas (Portuguese meaning Saint Mary of Lamas) is a Portuguese civil parish located in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, in the district of Aveiro, in the Entre Douro e Vouga Subregion. It is located between the Douro and Vouga rivers and is part of the Porto Metropolitan Area. The population in 2011 was 5,073, in an area of 3.75 km². The village became a town on September 25, 1985.

Travanca is a former civil parish in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal. In 2013, the parish merged into the new parish Santa Maria da Feira, Travanca, Sanfins e Espargo. It has a population of 2,201 inhabitants and a total area of 5.72 km².
