Weigongcun Station (Chinese: 魏公村站; pinyin: Wèigōngcūn Zhàn) is a station on Line 4 of the Beijing Subway.

The Dahui Temple (Chinese: 大慧寺), literally Temple of Great Wisdom, is a Ming Dynasty Buddhist temple located in Beijing. It is located in the western Haidian District of the city. It lies in the street Dahui Si Road near the Xueyuan Nan Road. It was first built in 1513, and restored in 1757. The temple is known for its Buddhist sculptures: 28 colored Buddhist statues, all over three meters tall. These carving are described to be great works of art of the Ming era.

Guojia Tushuguan (National Library) Station (simplified Chinese: 国家图书馆站; traditional Chinese: 國家圖書館站; pinyin: Guójiā Túshūguǎn Zhàn, also known as National Library station or Guojiɑ Tushuguɑn Zhɑn) is an interchange station on Line 4, Line 9 and Line 16 of the Beijing Subway. Its name is derived from the nearby National Library of China. The station features a double-island interchange layout, with Line 4 trains on the outside and Line 9 trains on the inside, which allows most riders to change lines simply by crossing the platform, instead of walking between levels. This configuration is known as cross-platform interchange. The station handles 106,000 transfers between Lines 4 and 9 per day. The platform for Line 16 is built under the Line 4 and Line 9 platform. If the through service of Fangshan line to Line 9 is counted, which started on January 18, 2023, this would be the first four-line interchange on the Beijing Subway.

The Beijing Sitong Bridge protest was a protest in China during the prelude to the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The protester, Peng Lifa (彭立发; pinyin: Péng Lìfā; b. 1974), has been dubbed Bridge Man or Banner Man in reference to Tank Man.

The Big Bell Temple, or Da Zhong Temple (simplified Chinese: 大钟寺; traditional Chinese: 大鐘寺; pinyin: Dàzhōng Sì), originally known as Jue Sheng Temple (simplified Chinese: 觉生寺; traditional Chinese: 覺生寺; pinyin: Juéshēng Sì), is a Buddhist temple located on North 3rd Road in Beijing, China. The Big Bell Temple was built in 1733 during the reign of the Yongzheng Emperor of the Qing dynasty (1644-1911). The temple's name came after the famous "Yongle" Big Bell that is housed inside the temple, which was cast during the reign of the Yongle Emperor (1403-1424) of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). According to a test by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Yongle Big Bell's sound could reaches up to 120 decibels and can be heard 50 kilometers away from the temple in the depth of night. Many music experts, including some from the Chinese Acoustics Institute have found its tone pure, deep and melodious with a sprightly rhythm. Its frequency ranges from 22 to 800 hertz. The bell is famous not only because of its size, but probably more importantly because of the over 230,000 characters of Buddhist scriptures engraved on it.
