Guojia Tushuguan (National Library) Station (simplified Chinese: 国家图书馆站; traditional Chinese: 國家圖書館站; pinyin: Guójiā Túshūguǎn Zhàn, also known as National Library station or Guojiɑ Tushuguɑn Zhɑn) is an interchange station on Line 4, Line 9 and Line 16 of the Beijing Subway. Its name is derived from the nearby National Library of China. The station features a double-island interchange layout, with Line 4 trains on the outside and Line 9 trains on the inside, which allows most riders to change lines simply by crossing the platform, instead of walking between levels. This configuration is known as cross-platform interchange. The station handles 106,000 transfers between Lines 4 and 9 per day. The platform for Line 16 is built under the Line 4 and Line 9 platform. If the through service of Fangshan line to Line 9 is counted, which started on January 18, 2023, this would be the first four-line interchange on the Beijing Subway.

The Dahui Temple (Chinese: 大慧寺), literally Temple of Great Wisdom, is a Ming Dynasty Buddhist temple located in Beijing. It is located in the western Haidian District of the city. It lies in the street Dahui Si Road near the Xueyuan Nan Road. It was first built in 1513, and restored in 1757. The temple is known for its Buddhist sculptures: 28 colored Buddhist statues, all over three meters tall. These carving are described to be great works of art of the Ming era.

The Capital Indoor Stadium (simplified Chinese: 首都体育馆; traditional Chinese: 首都體育館; pinyin: Shǒudū Tǐyùguǎn) is an indoor arena in 56 Zhongguancun South Street, Beijing, China that was built in 1968. It hosted matches between national table tennis teams of China and the United States in 1971; these matches were part of the exchange program known as ping pong diplomacy.

The Five Pagoda Temple (Chinese: 五塔寺; pinyin: Wǔ Tǎ Sì), formally known as the "Temple of the Great Righteous Awakening" (traditional Chinese: 大真覺寺; simplified Chinese: 大真觉寺; pinyin: Dà Zhēnjué Sì) or "Zhenjue Temple" (Chinese: 真觉寺; Chinese: 真覺寺; pinyin: Zhēnjué Sì) for short, is a Ming dynasty Buddhist temple located in Haidian District, Beijing, China.

Purple Bamboo Park(Chinese: 紫竹院公园; pinyin: Zǐzhúyuàn Gōngyuán; also called Zizhuyuan Park or Black Bamboo Park) is one of the seven largest parks in Beijing, China. It is located in the Haidian District of northwestern Beijing. The park consists of three connecting lakes covering over a total area of 48 hectares. The lakes' eastern shores consist of several small hills, and they were formed with the earth dredged from the lakes, to balance the natural hills on the western shores of the lakes. There are five bridges connecting the lakes, islands and hills into a single integrated area. To the north of the lakes the Changhe River flows through.Typical of classical Chinese garden style, and like many of Beijing's parks and gardens, it is a mountain-water landscaped garden. Constructed around canals and large lakes, the Bamboo Park is known for its liberal use of verdant bamboo groves. The garden has a variety of bamboos on display, with the variety ranging as much as up to 50 species. There is also an art museum located within the park. The three major lakes in the park were formed in 1159. During the Ming Dynasty, the Wanli Emperor built a royal garden on the bank of the lake in 1577, and the bamboo was planted following that. In 1954, the park was rebuilt and open to public. During the 2008 Summer Olympics, it was selected as one of the three protest zones.

It has one campus, consisting of 7 departments and 12 specialties.

The Paleozoological Museum of China (PMC; Chinese: 中国古动物馆) is a museum in Beijing, China. The same building also houses the Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The museum contains exhibition halls with specimens aimed at the public, while the rest of the building is used for research purposes.

Weigongcun Station (Chinese: 魏公村站; pinyin: Wèigōngcūn Zhàn) is a station on Line 4 of the Beijing Subway.

The Beijing Planetarium (simplified Chinese: 北京天文馆; traditional Chinese: 北京天文館) is a planetarium in Xicheng District, Beijing, China.The planetarium comprises two main buildings, Building A & B. Building A, which was built in 1957, contains the Celestial Theater, an Eastern Exhibition Hall and a Western Exhibition Hall. It was the first large-scale planetarium in China, and at one time the only planetarium in Asia. Building B, which began operations in 2004, contains a digital space theater, 3D and 4D theaters, several exhibition halls and two observatories.

Beijing Zoo is a zoological park in Xizhimen, Xicheng District, Beijing. Founded in 1906 during the late Qing dynasty, it is the oldest zoo in China and oldest public park in northern China. The zoo is also a center of zoological research that studies and breeds rare animals from various continents. The zoo occupies an area of 89 hectares (220 acres), including 5.6 hectares (14 acres) of lakes and ponds in Xicheng District. It has one of the largest animal collections in the country. In 2015, the zoo and its aquarium had over 450 species of land animals and over 500 species of marine animals; in all, it is home to 14,500 animals.More than five million people visit the zoo each year. Like many of Beijing's parks, the zoo's grounds resemble classical Chinese gardens, with flower beds amidst natural scenery, including dense groves of trees, stretches of meadows, small streams and rivers, lotus pools, and hills dotted with pavilions and historical buildings.The Beijing Zoo is well known for its collection of rare animals endemic to China including the giant pandas, which are zoo's most popular animals, the red panda (Ailurus fulgens), native to the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China, the golden snub-nosed monkey, South China tiger, white-lipped deer, Pere David's deer, crested ibis, Chinese alligator, and Chinese giant salamander. Other endangered or threatened species housed there include a Siberian tiger, yak, Przewalski's horse, snow leopard, Tibetan gazelle, and kiang. The zoo also has a broad collection of megafauna such as addax, Asian black bears, Asian and African elephants, bats, beluga whales, chimpanzees, clouded leopards, flamingos, gorillas, hippopotamuses, jaguars, kangaroos, lemurs, lions, muntjac, otters, penguins, polar bears, rhinoceroses, sea turtles, tapirs, giraffes and zebras, as well as 13 of the world's 15 species of cranes.

Baishiqiaonan (simplified Chinese: 白石桥南站; traditional Chinese: 白石橋南站; pinyin: Báishíqiáonán Zhàn) is an interchange station on Line 6 and Line 9 of the Beijing Subway. This station opened on December 30, 2012.
