Christ the Redeemer Church (Spokane, Washington)

The Gustav Meese Building is a historic building in West Central, Spokane, Washington. It was built in 1905 for the Gustav Meese Washington Broom Factory, to replace a previous building destroyed in a fire. Meese was a businessman from San Francisco; he owned the building until his death in 1934. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since February 16, 1996.It was deemed "significant due to its architectural stature as an industrial property type of good integrity representing the West Central neighborhood, its association with commercial development in the area, and its connection to persons important to the commercial development of Spokane. The Washington Broom Factory is the oldest industrial building in the area and retains a higher level of integrity than most nearby buildings of historic vintage."

The Spokane County Courthouse is a government building home to numerous Spokane County offices such as those of the assessor, auditor and clerk, as well as courtrooms for the Spokane County Superior Court.The courthouse was built in 1895 in the French Renaissance revival and Châteauesque styles, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. A design contest prior to construction was won by architect Willis Ritchie. It is located in the city center, just north of the Spokane River from Downtown Spokane, in the West Central neighborhood. The courthouse is situated front and center on a nine square block campus that includes most of the county's offices as well as the Spokane Police Department headquarters. The nearly nine story central tower rises well above the surrounding buildings on the north bank of the river, and has helped make the courthouse a landmark in Spokane since its construction.

The Maple Street Bridge is a girder bridge in the northwest United States in Spokane, Washington. It spans West Central to Downtown, crossing over the Spokane River and the Peaceful Valley neighborhood. Along with the Division Street Bridge and Monroe Street Bridge, the Maple Street Bridge is one of several major bridges that cross the Spokane River.The bridge is 1,719 feet (524 m) in length, stands 125 feet (38 m) above the river, with a deck that is fifty feet (15 m) wide. It has two-lane traffic in both directions, and a caged pedestrian walkway. As of 2015, the Maple Street Bridge has an average daily traffic of 40,600 vehicles.

The Peaceful Valley Historic District is a National Register of Historic Places-listed historic district in the Peaceful Valley neighborhood of Spokane, Washington. It is located in the western half of the neighborhood, along the floor and southern slope of the Spokane River Gorge, immediately south of the Spokane River and downhill, just below Downtown Spokane. It is centered on the intersection of Main Avenue and Maple Street, stretching from there approximately two blocks in each direction. A residential area, Peaceful Valley was one of the first areas developed in the City of Spokane and was deemed historically significant as an intact example of a working-class neighborhood from the turn of the 20th century. Unlike many other historic districts around the city and state, Peaceful Valley does not represent the moneyed-elite whose grand homes and buildings have been preserved but rather homes of the working class laborers who helped built Spokane throughout its early decades. Located in a steep valley just downstream of Spokane Falls and immediately below the city center which lies on the flat land at the top of the valley to the south and east. This location, isolated by the river and deep gorge, have helped preserve Peaceful Valley's architectural character into the 21st cenutry, though some construction projects such as the Maple Street Bridge which was constructed over the area in the late 1950s have slightly altered the appearance in places, though not the overall cohesion, of the district.

Peaceful Valley is a neighborhood in Spokane, Washington. It sits directly below Downtown Spokane on the Spokane River under its falls. The neighborhood snakes along the thin floodplain on the valley floor of the Spokane River Gorge. It is the smallest neighborhood in the city by both area and population, but due to its central location and unique character it is quite notable. The neighborhood has a working class and bohemian culture.

West Central is a neighborhood in Spokane, Washington. As the name suggests it is located centrally on the west side of the city. Downtown Spokane is immediately east of the neighborhood, and spreads into West Central along Monroe Street in the Kendall Yards area. The neighborhood is diverse, with single and multi-family residential zones dating back to the early days of Spokane, a new mixed use development on the site of a former rail yard, the Spokane County Courthouse campus and associated government buildings and a few commercial districts. The Spokane River gorge winds around the southern and western edge of the neighborhood. It is home to Nettleton's Addition Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in March 2006, and is also the largest historic district on the Washington State Heritage Register (as of 2005).

The Spokane Fire Station No. 3, at 1229 N. Monroe St. in West Central, Spokane, Washington, was built in 1912–1917. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.The original Fire Station No. 3 was built in 1889 at the corner of Broadway and Madison. A new wood-frame Fire Station No. 3 was built at the present location in 1894. The current building's rear (west) part was built in 1912, behind the 1894 structure. The front part was rebuilt as a brick building around 1917.

Amman or Ammann, in the Browne's Addition neighborhood of Spokane, Washington is a building constructed in 1904. It was designed by architect Albert Held. The building was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1987. Although the National Register of Historic Places list the property under the name Amman the Spokane Register of Historic Places lists the building as Ammann.As of 2022, the building is known as The Dormitory and home to a mix of retail and office space surrounding the central common area on the first and second stories. Retail on the first floor, as of 2022 includes a coffee shop and roaster, and a bakery and cheese shop.

The Spokane Public Library is a historic building in Spokane, Washington. It was designed by architects Herman Preusse and Julius Zittel, and built in 1905. Its construction cost $100,000, with $85,000 coming from Andrew Carnegie. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) since August 3, 1982. The library is one of four historic structures at the intersection of First and Cedar. To the south across First is the Grand Coulee building. To the southeast across Cedar and First is the Eldridge Building. All three are listed on the NRHP. Additionally, the Buena Vista Apartments across Cedar are listed as a secondary contributing property to the Riverside Avenue Historic District, to which the Carnegie Library building is listed as a primary contributing property.

The San Marco is a historic Renaissance Revival apartment building in Downtown, Spokane, Washington that was built in 1904. It was designed by architect Albert Held. San Marco was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1987. It is also listed on the NRHP as a contributing property in the Riverside Avenue Historic District.

The Monroe Street Bridge is a deck arch bridge in the northwestern United States that spans the Spokane River in Spokane, Washington. It was built 112 years ago in 1911 by the city of Spokane, and was designed by city engineer John Chester Ralston, assisted in construction supervision by Morton Macartney (and by assistant engineers J. F. Greene and P.F. Kennedy) with ornamentation provided by the firm of Kirtland Kelsey Cutter and Karl G. Malmgren as part of Cutter & Malmgren.At completion, it was the largest concrete arch bridge in the U.S. and the third longest in the world. After more than ninety years of service, it was closed in January 2003 for restoration and reopened in September 2005.

Hotel Upton, also known as Grand Coulee Hotel and Grand Coulee Apartments, is a historic four-story building in Spokane, Washington. It was designed by Loren L. Rand, and built as a 102-room hotel in 1910. It was renamed the Grand Coulee Hotel in 1933. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 29, 1994. It is one of three historic buildings at the intersection of First Avenue and Cedar Street listed on the NRHP. To the east across Cedar is the Eldridge Building and to the north across First is the former Carnegie Library.
