Culburra Beach

Lake Wollumboola is a 648 hectares (1,600 acres) coastal lake in the Shoalhaven region of New South Wales, Australia. It lies to the immediate south of the town of Culburra Beach and to the north of Jervis Bay. It forms part of Jervis Bay National Park. The lake is separated from the ocean by a berm about 100 metres (330 ft) wide which breaches only when the lake fills to over 2.5 metres (8 ft 2 in) above mean sea level.

Orient Point is a small village in the Shoalhaven area of New South Wales, Australia. It is located on the southern side of the mouth of the Crookhaven River and adjoins the village of Culburra Beach to the south. The Jerrinja Aboriginal Mission is located near the village. At the 2016 census, Orient Point had a population of 611, of which approximately 120 people from the population are residents of the Jerrinja community.

Crookhaven Heads Light is an active lighthouse located at Crookhaven Heads, a headland on the south side of the entrance to the Shoalhaven River, north of Culburra Beach, New South Wales, Australia. Together with a movable light flashing yellow every 2s it serves as a range light into the channel. The lighthouse is in a severely deteriorated condition, and considered by some the most endangered lighthouse in New South Wales, suffering from repeated vandalization.

Greenwell Point is a town in the Shoalhaven region of New South Wales, Australia. It is about 13 km east of Nowra on the South Coast. At the 2021 census, the town had a population of 1,245.

Jervis Bay National Park, formerly known as Jervis Bay National Park (NSW), consists of several protected areas on the western and northern foreshores of Jervis Bay, on the south coast of New South Wales. The park is close to the town of Huskisson and includes Hyams Beach, renowned for its white sand, whale watching and fishing opportunities.Visitor facilities are provided in the Greenfield Beach section of the park, including toilets, showers and walking tracks. The park was gazetted in 1995 as "Jervis Bay National Park (NSW)" to avoid confusion with nearby Booderee National Park in the Jervis Bay Territory, then known by the same name. Part of Jervis Bay itself is reserved as Jervis Bay Marine Park. The Aboriginal heritage in the park dates back thousands of years and they still feel a strong connection to the land.Jervis Bay National Park is 48.57 km2 in size and is managed by the NSW Department of Planning & Environment. The average altitude of the terrain is 16 metres.

Callala Bay is a small town on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia in the City of Shoalhaven. The town is situated on the northern shore of Jervis Bay about 20 minutes drive from Nowra and 10 minutes from Culburra Beach. Callala Bay has an approximate elevation of 13 metres (43 ft) above sea level, and is located inland from Callala Point, a headland facing the Tasman Sea. Nearby settlements include Callala Beach and Myola to the south-west, Currarong to the south-east and Culburra Beach to the north-east. Currarong is a small coastal fishing and tourist village of 556 houses in the Shoalhaven area of New South Wales, Australia. At the 2021 census, Currarong had a permanent population of 479 (occupying 38 percent of dwellings). The village is a haven for fishermen, with several underwater rises where fish are abundant. As of 2021, there is a general store and take away cafe called Zac's Place, a licensed club, a caravan park, and many properties available for holiday rental.
