Niñopa

San Bernardino de Siena Church is the parish church of the borough of Xochimilco in Mexico City. The church and former monastery complex was built in the 16th century over a former pre Hispanic temple as part of evangelization efforts after the Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire. Since its construction, it has been the center of much of Xochimilco’s history and social life, including ceremonies related to is famous image of the Child Jesus called the Niñopa. The interior of the church contains a rare 16th-century altarpiece in Plateresque style with no columns or other such supports. The only other altarpiece like it is in Huejotzingo, Puebla.

Francisco Goitia is one of the stations that are part of the Xochimilco Light Rail, belonging to the only existing line of the system. It is located in the south of Mexico City in the borough of Xochimilco.

The Estadio Valentín González is a multi-use stadium located in Xochimilco, Mexico City, Mexico. It is mainly used for football matches and currently has a capacity for approximately 2,500 spectators.In 2021 it was designated as the official pitch of Atlético Capitalino, a club that competed in the Liga de Balompié Mexicano. However, due to disagreements with the Xochimilco government over the use of the property, the team was only able to play one game at the venue, forcing it to change venues again in the middle of the season. In 2023 it was the stadium chosen as its new ground by CDM F.C., a team from the Liga Premier de México – Serie B, so the Valentín González once again hosted professional matches.Most of its history the stadium has only been used for a few matches, mainly in the amateur category, as well as for various events in general throughout the year.

Bosque de Nativitas Park is located in the Mexico City borough of Xochimilco, just south of the Xochimilco Square and adjacent of one of the docks of the Xochimilco canals between Madreselva Street and the Xochimilco-Tulyehulaco highway. The park is 12.2 hectares with ash, pine and other temperate forest trees. Horseback riding is available here as well as picnic and barbecuing facilities.

Xochimilco Ecological Park and Plant Market is a natural reserve or park, with a 13-hectare (32-acre) plant market, the largest in Latin America. The park and market are located in the southern Mexico City borough of Xochimilco, about 23 km south of the historic center of the city. The park was designed by Mario Schjetnan. The park was inaugurated in 1993, on chinampas (artificial lake islands) which had been previously declared as part of a World Heritage Site. However, the area's ecology was badly degraded, and the park was established in order to revitalize and preserve the ecosystem. Success has been mixed. While much of the wetlands have been recharged, pollution and illegal settlements in the area remain as threats. As the park needs to be self-sustaining economically, there are a number of ways that the park raises money. One of the best known of these is the Xochimilco or Cuemanco Plant Market, which rents stalls to ornamental plant producers/sellers near the main entrance of the park.

Instalaciones La Noria is the training ground and academy of professional football club Cruz Azul. It has been the home of Cruz Azul's reserve and youth teams for several years and, since 2020, also serves as the training ground for the club's women's team. Opened in 1990, it is located in the borough of Xochimilco in Mexico City.

They were originally placed by the former owner of the island, Julián Santana Barrera, who died from a heart attack in 2001. The twenty-fifth federal electoral district of the Federal District (Distrito electoral federal 25 del Distrito Federal) is a defunct federal electoral district of Mexico. Occupying a portion of what is today Mexico City, it was in existence from 1973 to 2018. During that time, it returned one deputy to the Chamber of Deputies for each three-year legislative session by means of the first-past-the-post system, electing its first in the 1973 mid-term election and its last in the 2015 mid-terms. From 1979 onwards, votes cast in the district also counted towards the calculation of proportional representation ("plurinominal") deputies elected from the country's electoral regions. The 25th, 26th and 27th districts were abolished in the 2017 redistricting process because the capital's population no longer warranted that number of seats in Congress.
