Robla is a neighborhood located within the city of Sacramento, California, United States. The borders of Robla are generally considered to be city limits on the north adjacent to Rio Linda, McClellan Park on the east, the Beltline Freeway Interstate 80 on the south, and Northgate Boulevard on the west. Robla was part of the "Unincorporated place" of Del Paso Heights-Robla, which recorded a population of 11,495 in 1960.

It is part of the Twin Rivers Unified School District, and was formerly part of the Grant Unified School District. Rio Linda High School opened in 1962 and has been one of the primary high schools for students in the Rio Linda/Elverta and Natomas Communities. It offers a wide range of extracurricular activities and academic opportunities.

Rancho Del Paso was a 44,371-acre (179.56 km2) Mexican land grant in present-day Sacramento County, California, In 1844 by Governor Manuel Micheltorena, Captain John Sutter’s old friend, gave 44,000 acres to Elijah Grimes. Grimes called it the Rancho del Paso because it was on the road to the pass of the American River through the Sierra. . The grant extended along the north bank of the American River and was bounded roughly by today’s Northgate Boulevard, Manzanita Avenue, and Elkhorn Boulevard. The grant encompassed present-day North Sacramento, Del Paso Heights, Rio Linda, Arden-Arcade, and a portion of Carmichael.

Marconi/Arcade station is a side platformed Sacramento RT light rail station in Sacramento, California, United States. The station was opened on March 12, 1987, and is operated by the Sacramento Regional Transit District as part of the Blue Line. The Arcade portion in the station name comes from the surrounding neighborhood of Arden-Arcade.

According to The Ben Ali Community Association, the boundaries of the neighborhood are: North - Marconi Avenue. South - El Camino Avenue. East - Capital City Freeway. West - Auburn Boulevard.The Ben Ali community was named for James Ben Ali Haggin who owned much of the ranch later subdivided into these streets as well as adjacent neighborhoods. The 2010 United States Census reported that McClellan Park's population was 743. It is the site of the former McClellan Air Force Base, closed by the federal government in 2003. McClellan Air Force Base (currently McClellan Park) was named in honor of test pilot Hezekiah McClellan. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP covers an area of 4.1 square miles (10.5 km2), all of it land. Its closest neighbor is North Highlands.

Roseville Road station is an at-grade light rail station on the Blue Line of the Sacramento RT Light Rail system operated by the Sacramento Regional Transit District. The station is located in the median of Interstate 80 at its intersection with Roseville Road, after which the station is named, in the city of Sacramento, California, United States, close to the southern edge of the community of North Highlands. The station, along with a 1,087 space park and ride lot, reused a partially built, but later abandoned freeway project. Many commuters who drive to light rail, even those who live closer to the Watt/I-80 stations, use the Roseville Road station since it has a large, reasonably well-patrolled parking lot, and is easier to reach by car.The station has no functional pedestrian access, with a 2018 report finding "no sidewalks within a half mile of the platform."

It is owned by Lrad Media, LLC, and broadcasts a full service Vietnamese radio format, featuring pop music and talk By day it is powered at 25,000 watts. But at night, to avoid interfering with other stations on 1600 AM, it reduces power to 930 watts. It uses a directional antenna at all times. The transmitter is on Woodvista Court in the Piedmont neighborhood of Southeast Dallas.
