Brundish

Dennington is a village and civil parish in the English county of Suffolk. It is 2 miles (3.2 km) north of Framlingham and 15 miles (24 km) north-east of Ipswich in the east of the county. It lies along the A1120 road around 8 miles (13 km) west of the road's junction with the main A12 road in Yoxford. At the 2011 census Dennington had a population of 578. The parish church is dedicated to St Mary. The village has a primary school, village hall and pub.There is a limited public school bus service linking Dennington to Framlingham and Ipswich. The nearest railway station is at Darsham with an hourly service to either Ipswich or Lowestoft.

Saxtead is a small village in the East Suffolk district, in the county of Suffolk. Saxtead gives its name to the settlements of Saxtead Green and Saxtead Little Green and the windmill Saxtead Green Windmill. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 Census was 335. Saxtead is located on the A1120 road in between the town of Stowmarket and the village of Yoxford. The place-name 'Saxtead' is first attested in the Domesday Book of 1086, where it appears as Saxsteda. The name is thought to mean 'Seaxa's place'.

Laxfield railway station was a station located in Laxfield, Suffolk. It was the eastern terminus of the Mid-Suffolk Light Railway. Laxfield Station opened on 29 September 1908, and closed on 28 July 1952, 44 years after it had opened for passenger traffic.

Tannington is a village and civil parish in the Mid Suffolk district of Suffolk in eastern England. Located around ten miles south-east of Diss, in 2005 its population was 110. At the 2011 Census the population had fallen below 100, and not therefore being maintained on this site was included in the civil parish of Brundish.

Foals Green, Russel's Green, Stanway Green and Wootten Green (part) form part of the village which is dispersed in nature.

Hoxne Rural District was a rural district within the administrative county of East Suffolk between 1894 and 1934. It was created out of the earlier Hoxne rural sanitary district. It was named after the historic hundred of Hoxne, whose boundaries it closely matched. The hundred, in turn, took its name from the village of Hoxne. In 1934, under a County Review Order, Hoxne Rural District was abolished and its parishes transferred to Hartismere Rural District, and in 1974 to Mid Suffolk district. 3 parishes went into the new Blyth Rural District.
