West Bourke (sometimes Bourke West) was an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of Victoria from 1856 to 1904. The district of West Bourke was one of the initial districts of the first Victorian Legislative Assembly, 1856.

Gisborne Secondary College is a co-educational secondary school located in Gisborne, Victoria, established in 1981. The current enrolment is 1071 students. Students attend from years seven to twelve. The college serves a large proportion of the southern Macedon Ranges district in Victoria, with over 800 students attending school via school bus. The College has a large range of subject offerings, including electives from Year 9 onwards, and at the Senior School, VCE, VCE-VM, and VET programs.

Gisborne () is a town in the Macedon Ranges, located about 54 kilometres (34 mi) north-west of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is the largest town in the Macedon Ranges Shire, with a population of 14,432 as of June 2021 in the Gisborne district region.Gisborne is known for its country homesteads, tree-lined streets, restaurants and cafes. The town has become a popular 'tree change' destination for Melbourne residents seeking large leafy blocks and a quiet lifestyle within easy commuting distance from the city. As such, the town has grown substantially over the past 5–10 years, with an increase of almost 2,600 residents since 2011, although planning controls have been implemented to protect the character and "outstanding natural beauty" of the region.

The Electoral district of Gisborne was an electoral district of the Victorian Legislative Assembly. It was created in 1967 and abolished in 2002.A notable member was Athol Guy, of the folk/pop group The Seekers.

The Shire of Gisborne was a now-defunct local government area northwest of Melbourne until its abolition in 1995, when the Shire of Macedon Ranges was created from the merging of the Shires of Gisborne, Newham and Woodend, Romsey, and parts of the Shire of Kyneton.

New Gisborne is a suburb of Gisborne in Victoria, Australia, in the foothills of Mount Macedon in the Shire of Macedon Ranges. The Gisborne railway station on the Bendigo line is located in New Gisborne, and a bus service connects residents of the two towns between the railway station and the Gisborne town centre. At the 2011 census, New Gisborne had a population of 2,380.New Gisborne is serviced by a variety of community facilities, including a swim centre, netball courts and medical centre. The Baringo Food and Wine Co. is located in New Gisborne and operates a cafe and bistro, with plans for an arthouse cinema to open in 2015. There are a number of preschools and primary schools in the area including The Gisborne Montessori School, Holy Cross Primary School and New Gisborne Primary School. The New Gisborne post office opened on 1 September 1861, but closed down on 27 June 1994.

Buttlejorrk is a parish of the County of Bourke located to the west of Sunbury, in Victoria, Australia and a neighbourhood within the locality of Diggers Rest. It was named in 1839 by the surveyor William Darke. A township developed and was initially known as Aitken's Gap. By the 1890s it had commonly become known as Buttlejorrk. A Post Office opened on 5 September 1856 as The Gap, was renamed Buttlejork (sic) in 1875 and closed in 1919. One of the early settlers in the area was George Millett. George and his wife Suzanne established the Bald Hill Hotel, the first staging stop out of Melbourne on the road to the goldfields at Bendigo. The hotel was licensed in 1853 until 1907. The Aitken's Gap Gaol, now located in the forecourt of the Sunbury Police Station stood beside the hotel

Melton Airfield (ICAO: YMEL) is a small grass strip airfield located approximately 5 km (3.1 mi) north of the city centre of Melton in the City of Melton, Victoria, Australia. It is located at the intersection of Coburns Road and Diggers Rest – Coimadai Road. The small grass airstrip runs approximately east–west. The airfield is home to the Melton Air Services. It has four hangars and parking for light aircraft, an office and vehicle parking. The airfield was established by Terry Fogarty Sr and known in the early days as "Fogarty's Field". Terry Fogarty Jr. served as a flying instructor there for many years.

Riddells Creek railway station is located on the Deniliquin line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the town of Riddells Creek, and it opened on 8 July 1861. It was renamed Riddell on 9 May 1904, and was renamed Riddells Creek on 12 October 1976.

Riddells Creek is a town in Victoria, Australia, located in Wurundjeri Country and the Shire of Macedon Ranges. It is located in between the cities of Bendigo and Melbourne. Riddells Creek is also the name of the main watercourse which flows through the township, and which is a tributary of Jacksons Creek to the south. The town is served by Riddells Creek railway station on the Bendigo line. At the 2021 census, Riddells Creek had a population of 3574.

Sunbury Downs College is a secondary college located in the north-west regional town of Sunbury, Victoria, Australia. The College is set on a single campus located within the northern Melbourne suburb of Sunbury and caters for students in Years 7–12.
