The Al Fattan Marine Towers is a complex in the Dubai Marina section of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are located within Jumeirah Beach Residence, a 40-tower, 7,000 unit residential and hotel development which runs alongside Dubai Marina. The Al Fattan Marine Towers consist of two twin 50-story towers, the Al Fattan Tower, and the Oasis Beach Tower, consisting of serviced and residential apartments which have since been sold to individual investors and homeowners. Both towers stand at a height of 245 m (804 ft) and a roof height of 230 m (755 ft), and are the tallest buildings in Jumeirah Beach Residence. Construction of both towers was completed in 2006. Following completion the developer, Al Fattan Properties LLC built a 12-storey office and retail building on an adjacent plot between the towers and Dubai Marina restricting views of the marina from the towers. In 2012 Al Fattan commenced construction of two high-rise towers on the beach in front of the towers which will largely restrict seaviews from Al Fattan Marine Towers. Al Fattan had earlier demolished a 10-story hotel on the site, the Oasis Hotel, which it had built about a decade earlier. Originally Al Fattan proposed to build a mega 97-tower building on the site to be called Burj Al Fattan, however a subsequent decision was made to split the development into two high-rise towers. The exact number of floors is not known as there has been no public disclosure of the project. Al Fattan Properties LLC is a developer of villas, offices, retail complexes, warehouses, hotels and resorts. A project completed in 2012 is a 5 star 259 room beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah which also houses 28 luxury residences. The resort, managed by Turkish luxury hotel chain Rixos Hotels has been named Rixos The Palm Dubai.

The Pier 8 is a 40-floor tower in the inner Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 170 m (558 ft). Construction of the Pier 8 tower was expected to be completed in 2011.

Bay Central is a complex of three towers in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The West Tower, and the Intercontinental Tower stand at a height of 42 floors. The Central Tower, consists of 50 floors (180 metres). The Central and West towers are residential towers and were completed in 2013. The third tower is the Intercontinental Hotel and was opened in May 2015 after a 2-year delay.

Jumeirah Beach Residence (also known as JBR) is a 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi) long, 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) gross floor area waterfront community located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a residential development and contains 40 towers (35 are residential and 5 are hotels). JBR can accommodate about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms. The Project has 6,917 apartments, from 900 sq ft (84 m2) studios to 5,500 sq ft (510 m2) penthouses. JBR has a total of six residential blocks, Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan (in order from west to east). JBR is within walking distance to Dubai Marina, Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro. The developer, Dubai Properties (a subsidiary of Dubai Holding), launched JBR in August 2002. This 6-billion dirham project was completed in 2010.

The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7-kilometre strip at the ground and plaza level of the Jumeirah Beach Residence complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was developed by Dubai Properties Group, and was completed in 2007 and opened officially in August 2008.The Walk is one of Dubai’s outdoor and tourist attractions, with activities such as street painting, recycled art displays, comedy shows, sand sculptures, photography displays, and booths selling fashion accessories and crafts. It is located adjacent to Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk, which opened their doors in October 2000, introducing Dubai’s ‘golden mile’ in Jumeirah to the signature service and quintessential hospitality associated with the Hilton Worldwide Resorts brand.

Grosvenor House is a twin tower complex in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Cayan Tower, known as Infinity Tower before it was inaugurated, is a 306-metre-tall (1,004 ft), 75-story skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by Cayan Real Estate Investment and Development. The tower is designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill SOM architectural group. Upon its opening on 10 June 2013, the tower became world's tallest high-rise building with a twist of 90 degrees. This record has since been surpassed by the Shanghai Tower, which opened in February 2015.

Dubai Marina (Arabic: مرسى دبي), aka Marsa Dubai,, is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an artificial canal city, built along a 3-kilometre (2 mi) stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2018, it has a population of 55,052. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. The first phase of this project has been completed. Dubai Marina was inspired by the Concord Pacific Place development along False Creek in Vancouver, BC, Canada.There have been many instances of marine wildlife (especially whales and sharks) entering the marina, because of its proximity to the open sea.

DAMAC Residenze, formerly named DAMAC Heights and Ocean Heights 2, is an 85-storey, 335 m (1,099 ft), supertall skyscraper in Dubai Marina, Dubai. It is the second supertall project by DAMAC Properties, the first being Ocean Heights, which is also located in Dubai Marina. The building overlooks the Palm Jumeirah. As of 2022, DAMAC Residenze is the 13th-tallest building in Dubai and the 12th-tallest residential building in the world.

Marina Promenade is a cluster of six residential towers located in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The six towers range in height from 77 m (250 ft) to 147 m (480 ft). The shortest tower has 23 floors while the tallest has 39 floors.

Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites is a 59-floor 256 metre (840 ft) tall skyscraper completed in 2007. This residential and hotel tower is located in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and features 261 suites offering choices of 24 spacious studio rooms, six one-bedroom, 170 two-bedroom and 55 three-bedroom suites, as well as six penthouses. The Hotel is the property of The Emirates Group, which also owns other hotels like Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa.When opened on 1 November 2007, it was known as Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence. The name was changed to The Harbour Hotel & Residence in January 2008. The reason for the change was due to the large quantity of buildings in Dubai Marina that had the word "Marina" in them. To prevent confusion from their customers, and to keep the nautical theme, the words "Emirates Marina" were changed to "The Harbour." The hotel was finally rebranded and renamed Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites, when it was put under the management of Marriott International on 15 September 2009.

Ain Dubai (Arabic: عين دبي) is the world's biggest and tallest Ferris wheel, located on Bluewaters Island, near the Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
