Madame Tussauds Dubai, situated on Bluewaters Island in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, stands as the inaugural branch of the wax-work museum in the Middle East. With over 60 life-like wax figures from various fields of work including musicians, actors, athletes, and world leaders. The museum was opened in 2021.

Bluewaters Island is an artificial island 400 metres (1,300 ft) off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline, near Dubai Marina, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project was approved by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and unveiled on February 13, 2013. It is built on reclaimed land by Meraas Holding, with dredging work conducted by Van Oord, the Dutch firm known for its work on Palm Jumeirah, at an estimated cost AED 6 billion (1.6 billion USD, including the Ain Dubai, formerly the Dubai Eye). Construction was originally due to start in April 2013, but actually began on May 20, 2013. It opened in November 2018.The island includes entertainment, hospitality, residential, and retail zones, and is forecast to attract more than three million visitors annually.The island features two five-star hotels with direct beach access. Bluewaters also has around 200 beverage and retail and food outlets in the ground level of residential buildings and entertainment section of the island. The total number of residential buildings on the island is 10. Each of these is considered mid-rise and features 15 storeys or fewer.

Marina Promenade is a cluster of six residential towers located in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The six towers range in height from 77 m (250 ft) to 147 m (480 ft). The shortest tower has 23 floors while the tallest has 39 floors.

Jumeirah Beach Residence (also known as JBR) is a 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi) long, 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) gross floor area waterfront community located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a residential development and contains 40 towers (35 are residential and 5 are hotels). JBR can accommodate about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms. The Project has 6,917 apartments, from 900 sq ft (84 m2) studios to 5,500 sq ft (510 m2) penthouses. JBR has a total of six residential blocks, Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan (in order from west to east). JBR is within walking distance to Dubai Marina, Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro. The developer, Dubai Properties (a subsidiary of Dubai Holding), launched JBR in August 2002. This 6-billion dirham project was completed in 2010.

The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7-kilometre strip at the ground and plaza level of the Jumeirah Beach Residence complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was developed by Dubai Properties Group, and was completed in 2007 and opened officially in August 2008.The Walk is one of Dubai’s outdoor and tourist attractions, with activities such as street painting, recycled art displays, comedy shows, sand sculptures, photography displays, and booths selling fashion accessories and crafts. It is located adjacent to Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk, which opened their doors in October 2000, introducing Dubai’s ‘golden mile’ in Jumeirah to the signature service and quintessential hospitality associated with the Hilton Worldwide Resorts brand.

The Hydropolis Underwater Hotel and Resort is a proposed underwater hotel in Dubai. It would be the first multi-room underwater hotel in the world. The original plan was to locate it 20 meters (66 ft) underwater off the coast of Jumeirah Beach, although this site was later found to be unsuitable. The hotel's plan is to cover an area of 260 hectares (640 acres).Originally announced in 2005, the plans had been put on hold by 2014.

The Al Fattan Marine Towers is a complex in the Dubai Marina section of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are located within Jumeirah Beach Residence, a 40-tower, 7,000 unit residential and hotel development which runs alongside Dubai Marina. The Al Fattan Marine Towers consist of two twin 50-story towers, the Al Fattan Tower, and the Oasis Beach Tower, consisting of serviced and residential apartments which have since been sold to individual investors and homeowners. Both towers stand at a height of 245 m (804 ft) and a roof height of 230 m (755 ft), and are the tallest buildings in Jumeirah Beach Residence. Construction of both towers was completed in 2006. Following completion the developer, Al Fattan Properties LLC built a 12-storey office and retail building on an adjacent plot between the towers and Dubai Marina restricting views of the marina from the towers. In 2012 Al Fattan commenced construction of two high-rise towers on the beach in front of the towers which will largely restrict seaviews from Al Fattan Marine Towers. Al Fattan had earlier demolished a 10-story hotel on the site, the Oasis Hotel, which it had built about a decade earlier. Originally Al Fattan proposed to build a mega 97-tower building on the site to be called Burj Al Fattan, however a subsequent decision was made to split the development into two high-rise towers. The exact number of floors is not known as there has been no public disclosure of the project. Al Fattan Properties LLC is a developer of villas, offices, retail complexes, warehouses, hotels and resorts. A project completed in 2012 is a 5 star 259 room beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah which also houses 28 luxury residences. The resort, managed by Turkish luxury hotel chain Rixos Hotels has been named Rixos The Palm Dubai.

The Orra Marina is a 31-floor tower in the Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of Orra Marina was completed in 2012.The development was undertaken by Orra International, a company known for its ventures in both real estate and jewelry. The owner of Orra Marina is generally attributed to Orra Real Estate, a division of Orra International, which is part of the larger Orra Group.

Bay Central is a complex of three towers in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The West Tower, and the Intercontinental Tower stand at a height of 42 floors. The Central Tower, consists of 50 floors (180 metres). The Central and West towers are residential towers and were completed in 2013. The third tower is the Intercontinental Hotel and was opened in May 2015 after a 2-year delay.

Al-Rahim Mosque or al-Raheem is the only mosque in Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is located near the southernmost point of Dubai Marina. It opened in October 2013.

Dream Tower is a completed residential building in Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 29 storey residential tower is being built across 67,580 sq ft (6,278 m2) of land space with total covering area of 750,000 sq ft (70,000 m2), excluding car parking space.

The Pier 8 is a 40-floor tower in the inner Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 170 m (558 ft). Construction of the Pier 8 tower was expected to be completed in 2011.
