The Al Fattan Marine Towers is a complex in the Dubai Marina section of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are located within Jumeirah Beach Residence, a 40-tower, 7,000 unit residential and hotel development which runs alongside Dubai Marina. The Al Fattan Marine Towers consist of two twin 50-story towers, the Al Fattan Tower, and the Oasis Beach Tower, consisting of serviced and residential apartments which have since been sold to individual investors and homeowners. Both towers stand at a height of 245 m (804 ft) and a roof height of 230 m (755 ft), and are the tallest buildings in Jumeirah Beach Residence. Construction of both towers was completed in 2006. Following completion the developer, Al Fattan Properties LLC built a 12-storey office and retail building on an adjacent plot between the towers and Dubai Marina restricting views of the marina from the towers. In 2012 Al Fattan commenced construction of two high-rise towers on the beach in front of the towers which will largely restrict seaviews from Al Fattan Marine Towers. Al Fattan had earlier demolished a 10-story hotel on the site, the Oasis Hotel, which it had built about a decade earlier. Originally Al Fattan proposed to build a mega 97-tower building on the site to be called Burj Al Fattan, however a subsequent decision was made to split the development into two high-rise towers. The exact number of floors is not known as there has been no public disclosure of the project. Al Fattan Properties LLC is a developer of villas, offices, retail complexes, warehouses, hotels and resorts. A project completed in 2012 is a 5 star 259 room beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah which also houses 28 luxury residences. The resort, managed by Turkish luxury hotel chain Rixos Hotels has been named Rixos The Palm Dubai.

The Pier 8 is a 40-floor tower in the inner Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 170 m (558 ft). Construction of the Pier 8 tower was expected to be completed in 2011.

Jumeirah Beach Residence (also known as JBR) is a 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi) long, 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) gross floor area waterfront community located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a residential development and contains 40 towers (35 are residential and 5 are hotels). JBR can accommodate about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms. The Project has 6,917 apartments, from 900 sq ft (84 m2) studios to 5,500 sq ft (510 m2) penthouses. JBR has a total of six residential blocks, Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan (in order from west to east). JBR is within walking distance to Dubai Marina, Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro. The developer, Dubai Properties (a subsidiary of Dubai Holding), launched JBR in August 2002. This 6-billion dirham project was completed in 2010.

The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7-kilometre strip at the ground and plaza level of the Jumeirah Beach Residence complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was developed by Dubai Properties Group, and was completed in 2007 and opened officially in August 2008.The Walk is one of Dubai’s outdoor and tourist attractions, with activities such as street painting, recycled art displays, comedy shows, sand sculptures, photography displays, and booths selling fashion accessories and crafts. It is located adjacent to Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk, which opened their doors in October 2000, introducing Dubai’s ‘golden mile’ in Jumeirah to the signature service and quintessential hospitality associated with the Hilton Worldwide Resorts brand.

Marina Promenade is a cluster of six residential towers located in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The six towers range in height from 77 m (250 ft) to 147 m (480 ft). The shortest tower has 23 floors while the tallest has 39 floors.

Dubai Marina (Arabic: مرسى دبي), aka Marsa Dubai,, is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an artificial canal city, built along a 3-kilometre (2 mi) stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2018, it has a population of 55,052. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. The first phase of this project has been completed. Dubai Marina was inspired by the Concord Pacific Place development along False Creek in Vancouver, BC, Canada.There have been many instances of marine wildlife (especially whales and sharks) entering the marina, because of its proximity to the open sea.

Armada Towers (Arabic: أبراج أرمادا) is a complex of three skyscrapers in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Free Zone being built is opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a mixed purpose community with both residential, hotel, hospital and commercial units.

DMCC (Arabic: مركز دبي للسلع المتعددة) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE.The station opened on 15 October 2010 as Jumeirah Lakes Towers, along with four other intermediate stations on the Red Line. The station is named after Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.

The Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) (Arabic: أبراج بحيرات الجميرا) is a large development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which consists of 80 towers being constructed along the edges of three artificial lakes (Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, JLT Lake) as well as the JLT Embankment of eight towers facing Jumeirah Islands. Initially JLT had four lakes (Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, Lake Elucio, Lake Allure), in late 2012 developer (DMCC) announced that lake Elucio would be drained and 55,000 m2 (590,000 sq ft) park would be created instead. Subsequently, Lake Allure has been renamed to JLT Lake. The total area covered by the lakes, waterways and landscaping will be 730,000-square-metre (7,900,000 sq ft). The towers will range from having 35 floors to having 45, except for the centerpiece (Almas Tower), which is 66 floors. The tallest tower and the centerpiece of the entire complex is Almas Tower which is situated on its own island between Lake Almas West and Lake Almas East. The completion of Saba Tower in December 2006 marked the first tower to be completed in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The majority of construction took place in 2008. By April 2011, over 80 percent of the towers in JLT was claimed to have been completed. As of June 2015 there were reported to still be 11 towers being either left undone due to the 2009 crisis or still undergoing construction in JLT. The most prominent of these are Wind Tower 1 and Wind Tower 2 that are part of Cluster B and right on Shk. Zayed Road - they are under construction since more than 12 years.

Dream Tower is a completed residential building in Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 29 storey residential tower is being built across 67,580 sq ft (6,278 m2) of land space with total covering area of 750,000 sq ft (70,000 m2), excluding car parking space.

The Hydropolis Underwater Hotel and Resort is a proposed underwater hotel in Dubai. It would be the first multi-room underwater hotel in the world. The original plan was to locate it 20 meters (66 ft) underwater off the coast of Jumeirah Beach, although this site was later found to be unsuitable. The hotel's plan is to cover an area of 260 hectares (640 acres).Originally announced in 2005, the plans had been put on hold by 2014.

The Orra Marina is a 31-floor tower in the Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of Orra Marina was completed in 2012.The development was undertaken by Orra International, a company known for its ventures in both real estate and jewelry. The owner of Orra Marina is generally attributed to Orra Real Estate, a division of Orra International, which is part of the larger Orra Group.
