Magnolia is a borough in Camden County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 4,341, reflecting a decline of 68 (-1.5%) from the 4,409 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 452 (-9.3%) from the 4,861 counted in the 1990 Census.

Peter Mott House is an historic home that is the oldest standing residence in Lawnside, New Jersey. It was the home of Peter and Eliza Mott, a freed Black farmer, carpenter, pastor, and a "stationmaster" on the Underground Railroad. It is located in close proximity to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike, and the White Horse Pike.

As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 5, reflecting a decline of 19 (-79.2%) from the 24 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 11 (-31.4%) from the 35 counted in the 1990 Census. As of the 2010 Census it was the smallest municipality by population in New Jersey, with seven fewer residents than nearby Pine Valley, which had 12.Tavistock was incorporated as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 16, 1921, from portions of the now-defunct Centre Township. The name of the borough came from the estate in England of a family of early settlers.The borough was formed in order to allow the members of Tavistock Country Club to play golf on Sundays by members of the Victor Talking Machine Company. This was prohibited at the Haddon Country Club which was governed by a local blue law prohibiting sporting activities on Sundays. Tavistock's secession from Haddonfield, New Jersey, the original site of the club, is said to have been driven by the fact that Haddonfield was (and remains) a dry borough, though Tavistock was formed in 1921 during Prohibition when liquor would have been banned. Members of the club included State Senator Joseph Wallworth and Assembly Speaker T. Harry Rowland, who helped push the bill that created the new municipality to unanimous approval in the New Jersey Legislature.

Tavistock Country Club is a private 18-hole golf club located in Tavistock, New Jersey. On December 14, 1920, the club was formally incorporated, and the course was ready for play on June 22, 1921. The course is nestled between Warwick Road and Interstate 295 in Camden County, New Jersey.The club is where the modern day snowboard was created by Tom Sims.Tavistock is part of the smallest municipality in New Jersey by population. The Borough of Tavistock was established in 1921 as the club's original municipality, Haddonfield, did not allow for games to be played on Sunday.The current (2019) club champion at Tavistock is Jamie Slonis and Mary McGuinness.

Sterling High School has been approved by the New Jersey Department of Education (2000) and has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1964 and was granted probationary accreditation by Middle States in 2012.As of the 2020–21 school year, the school had an enrollment of 912 students and 69.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 13.2:1. Ashland station is a rapid transit station on the PATCO Lindenwold Line. The station is located in Voorhees, New Jersey, roughly near the intersection of Evesham and Burnt Mill Roads. The borough is the state's ninth-smallest municipality.The Borough of Hi-Nella was created on April 23, 1929, from portions of Clementon Township, as one of seven municipalities created from the now-defunct township, and one of five new municipalities (joining Lindenwold, Pine Hill, Pine Valley and Somerdale) created on that same date. The borough's name is traditionally said to derive from a Native American term meaning "high rolling knoll" or "high ground", though it may have been named for Nella, the wife of Lucious Parker, who developed Hi-Nella Estates in the late 1920s.The Star-Ledger included Hi-Nella in its 2010 series of articles covering "Towns that Shouldn't Exist", citing the borough's small area, population and staff, along with its use of a double-wide trailer as a municipal building.
