Portland Airport, formerly just Airport, is a light rail station in Portland, Oregon, United States, served by TriMet as part of the MAX Light Rail system. Serving Portland International Airport, it is the eastern terminus of the Red Line, which connects the airport, downtown Portland, and Beaverton. The station is located at the ground floor of the airport's main passenger terminal near the southern end of the arrivals hall and baggage claim area. Portland Airport station was built as part of the Airport MAX project. Construction began in July 2000, and it opened on September 10, 2001. Trains serve the station for 22 hours daily with headways of 15 minutes during most of the day. It recorded an average of 1,705 weekday boardings in spring 2023.

Henry's Tavern is a small chain of bars and restaurants. It currently exists in two locations, one in Portland International Airport, and another in Denver, Colorado.

It is within Portland's city limits just south of the Columbia River in Multnomah County, 6 miles (10 kilometers) by air and 12 mi (19 km) by highway northeast of downtown Portland. Portland International Airport is often referred to by its IATA airport code, PDX. The airport covers 3,000 acres (1,214 ha) of land.Portland International Airport has direct flights to cities throughout the United States and in several other countries, including Canada, Mexico, Germany, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Iceland. The airport is a hub for Alaska Airlines. It also has a maintenance facility for Alaska Air subsidiary Horizon Air. General aviation services are provided at PDX by Atlantic Aviation. The Oregon Air National Guard has a base on the southwest portion of the airport property grounds, and is also the host unit of the 142nd Fighter Wing (142 FW), which operates the F-15 Eagle. Local transportation includes the MAX Red Line light rail, which takes passengers between PDX and downtown Portland, as well as farther west to Beaverton. There is also Interstate 205, which connects to southwestern Washington (north from PDX) along with many suburbs of Portland (south from PDX).

The John Stanger House is a house located in Vancouver, Washington in the Jane Weber Evergreen Arboretum and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is considered the oldest private home in Clark county still on its original site and the second oldest residence in the county.The home's site was settled circa 1840 by John Stranger, a millwright for the Hudson's Bay Company who came to the area in 1838 and later assisted in the construction of a water-powered gristmill in nearby Mill Creek for Fort Vancouver.

Cully Park is a 24.73-acre (10.01 ha) public park operated by Portland Parks & Recreation in northeast Portland, Oregon's Cully neighborhood, in the United States. The park was acquired in 2002. The site previously served as a landfill.Cully Park offers views of Mount Hood and Mount St. Helens.

Mount Hood Avenue station is a light rail station on the MAX Red Line in Portland, Oregon. Located at the northern end of the Cascade Station development, it is the 2nd stop north on the Airport MAX. The street for which it is named, Mount Hood Avenue, is located about 1,200 feet (370 m) southeast of the station. Mount Hood is approximately 40 miles (64.3 km) away from the station.

Neerchokikoo is a revitalized Native American village near Portland, Oregon. Neerchokikoo is culturally significant, is an ancient Native encampment in what is now Northeast Portland, and is a gathering site close to the confluence of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers. Grants and donors were helpful in giving money, to revitalize the site.It is in the Cully neighborhood of Portland, Oregon.The Native American Youth and Family Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit, relocated to Neerchokikoo in 2006. The organization offers services to the Native community of Portland.The annual powwow is named for the village of Neerchokikoo.

Whitaker Ponds Nature Park is a park located in northeast Portland, Oregon. The park is maintained by Portland Parks & Recreation and volunteers from the Columbia Slough Watershed Council.Nearby is the Indian village Neerchokikoo.

Cully is a neighborhood in the Northeast section of Portland, Oregon. The neighborhood, as well as NE Cully Blvd. that runs diagonally through it, is named after English stonemason Thomas Cully (1810–1891), an early settler. Cully borders Sunderland, Concordia, and Beaumont-Wilshire on the west, Portland International Airport on the north, Sumner on the east, and Rose City Park and Roseway on the south. Neighborhood parks include Sacajawea Park (1985), Rigler Community Garden (2004), Kʰunamokwst Park (2015), and Whitaker Ponds Nature Park (1998). Nevertheless, Cully has the smallest amount of parkland per capita, and largest population living more than one-half mile from a park, of any Portland neighborhood. The Thomas Cully Park Community Garden celebrated its grand opening on October 18, 2012.Rose City Cemetery, founded in 1906, occupies the southwest corner of the neighborhood. Within its grounds is the Japanese Cemetery, which is maintained independently by the Japanese Ancestral Society of Portland.

Sacajawea Park is a public park in northeast Portland, Oregon's Cully neighborhood, in the United States. Managed by Portland Parks & Recreation, the 4.86-acre (1.97 ha) park was acquired in 1985 and has an off-leash area.In 2013, approximately 30 volunteers renovated the park in partnership with the Portland Trail Blazers and Banfield Pet Hospital.

Sumner is a neighborhood in the Northeast section of Portland, Oregon, including the portion of the city of Maywood Park west of Interstate 205. The area includes Portland International Airport at its northern extreme but there are no residences surrounding it. Also the area north of Columbia Blvd. is industrial and commercial, though it does contain a few hotels.
