Bible College of Malaysia (BCM) is a denominational seminary affiliated with the Assemblies of God of Malaysia. It is located in the city of Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. MBPJ Tower or Menara MBPJ (formerly Menara MPPJ or MPPJ Tower) is a major landmark in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It houses several commercial facilities and is one of the earliest skyscrapers in the city. It is located in Petaling Jaya New Town (Section 52). The building was officially opened on October 1987 by Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah of Selangor.

The German School Kuala Lumpur (German: Deutsche Schule Kuala Lumpur, DSKL; Malay: Sekolah Jerman Kuala Lumpur) is a private school in Malaysia that is located on Lorong Utara B in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, near the Tun Hussein Onn Eye Hospital. The syllabus at this school is based on the German Education Curriculum. The school is a non-profit private institution run by the Society Persatuan Sekolah Jerman Malaysia (Deutscher Schulverein Malaysia). It provides education for students from Kindergarten including Preschool (1 year) to Primary School (4 years) and thereafter Secondary School (8 years) which leads to the German University Entrance Qualification "DIA" (Deutsches Internationales Abitur).

Bukit Bintang Boys Secondary School (Malay: Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (L) Bukit Bintang; abbreviated SMKLBB or BBBSS) was established in 1958, making it one of the oldest secondary boys school in the city of Petaling Jaya The school only holds one school session. The morning session is for Form 1 to Form 5 students. This is so to accommodate the large number of students attending the school. The pupils are known as "BBians". Sri Sithi Vinayagar Temple is a Hindu temple located along Jalan Selangor in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is also generally referred to as the PJ Pillaiyar Temple. The resident deity is Ganesha in the form of Sri Sithi Vinayagar. The temple is said to be the largest temple in Malaysia dedicated to Lord Ganesha. The temple was completed in 1964 following Dravidian architecture and remains one of the main Hindu temples serving the religious needs of the Hindu population of Petaling Jaya. It is run by the Petaling Jaya Hindu Association.
